We stayed in the Suspenso Maior during 3 days. The place is great for resting. There is no noisy around. We were in touch with nature daily. The room is clean and excellent atmosphere The staff is very friendly. We loved daily delicious breakfast. Beyond we took 2 hours relaxing massage, an amazing experience with beautiful twilight. Silvia definitely thought in each detail for our wellness. We really recommend to check packet massage and consider book Jardim Suspenso da Babilônia to stay.

Villa Parahytinga is impeccable in every single point: the breakfast is great, the house is very charming, the service is friendly and polite and everything is pretty clean. Oh, the location is one of the best in the city, too. In other words: a must!

My husband and I spent the new year holiday at Pousada Villa Campestre. We got the luxury chalet. It is really comfortable, good bed, decent air conditioning and fireplace. Awesome bathtub and view. Tasty homy breakfast but don't expect a hotel continental anything... If you order scrambled eggs they will fix you some. Nice cakes. Most pies and buns are not for vegetarians nor natural eaters. The service is slow and people share the butter and jam. Also the ladies take a long time to refill stuff so you should go and tell them what you need. The thing is: the only meal available is breakfast. There is no restaurant, no room service, no bar, no drinks... I guess the general idea here is to sleep there and spend most of the day out. The minibars in the chalets are empty and you can fetch water and wine at the reception desk (where the nicest and most helpful people in the town work! Mr. Jose Roberto is a sweetheart.). We bought booze and snacks in the town center to enjoy our time at the swimming pool and tub. Two nights before leaving we got a surprise visit from a very scary spider. It was huge and terrifying and after that there was no more sleeping. The chalets have no telephone so you gotta run downhill to get help and the lady's answer was: when we get there it might be gone so... But Mr. Jose Roberto for the rescue! They have wireless Internet available but the reception is questionable, we brought equipment to try to watch Netflix at night but the movies wouldn't load. They have pirate dvds you can borrow at the reception desk and dvd players in the rooms. I will definitely go back to Sto. Antonio but probably to a different inn. If it wasn't for the spider we might give the place a second shot, it's a real pretty place!

A simple, nice quiet place for a couple to spend the weekend with some privacy. Well priced and great location overlooking the town. Very clean and well organized. Very Brazilian (the hosts do not speak English, but are helpful). We will return.
