The hotel is located within a walking distance to town centre, five minutes walk to the port to koh samui, koh pha ghan and koh tao. The hotel itself comprised of 34 rooms which seperate into 28 king bed rooms and 6 twin rooms.

Reviewed By May-may01We stayed there for two nights during the long weekend period,the place's well located just across the main bridge from the city shrine.Won't recommend anyone to stay in suite room type because the wall is super thin and you could hear the next room so loud and clear. Security is not so safe cos you can enter the room directly from carpark. Be cautious and book on your own decisions, for us it's worth the money since we didn't stay in the room that much just need a place to crash.

Reviewed By vagablondiThe place itself clean and well run. Nothing special but everything you need plus gratis simple breakfast - ideal stay for a night. It would have been 4 or 5 stars if I had no experienced one of the worst approach from the staff in SEAsia - 0 stars. A simple card payment turned into several wrong withdrawal, lack of receipt, overcharging and 1,5 hours discussion without solution - and the staff member who made the repeated mistake did show such an unprofessional attitude and lack of basic math and card payment procedure that I was seriously surprised. Several phone call with the boss, a few emails and 10 days later the overcharging was refunded. So stay here if you wish but pay by cash the exact amount and save yourself the trouble.

Reviewed By JulieD406We were planning to spend 3 nights here but we cancelled after 1 night. The place is in the middle of nowhere ... it could be a little paradise if it was maintained properly ! Everything is left like this... dirty, old , not fixed... the restaurant is average and closes early (9.00 pm)... The swimming pool is a joke and the pictures on the page do not reflect at all the reality !!!! It is dirty, blurry, the 3 loungers are broken and seem to have had a better life 15 years ago ! Finally the breakfast is a shame ! We had to choose between eggs eggs and eggs on the night before, including the time slot ! It was not good at all, and sherry on the cake... the staff who brought our food was dressed in dirty and destroyed clothes as coming from building works activity !!!! I have to highlight that the management accepted our cancellation and did not charge us for the 2 nights we cancelled.

Reviewed By whitepointer1 star hotel,Very hard plastic covered bed, hotel charges 300 Baht to take you to airport. It's a very large car so can fit multiple passenger's. Aircon works well, rooms quiet, TV all Thai channels. Airport approx 10 minutes away. Free coffee in the morning.

Reviewed By paulbF2702YIA lot of love and care has gone into preparing every detail of the rooms and facilities. The owners are both very helpful and friendly, and made us feel extremely welcome. We would certainly return and highly recommend it to anyone who wishes to stay somewhere out of the city centre. The Kayaking along the rivers was an unexpected bonus! The pool was lovely, fresh and clean. Breakfast was excellent and we loved the home made sweet treat we were given when we left.
