We and our Golden retriever loved the hotel, calm relax stay surrounded by a large garden and lake close by for a early morning stroll with Sparrow our dog. Fresh breakfast with a selection of bread and pastries from the local boulanger ? We highly recommend the hotel where we slept very well with fine bedlinen. We will be back soon !!!

This superbly placed bed and breakfast accommodation provides relaxation and comfort in an attractive, restored farmhouse surrounded by an acre of landscaped gardens bounded by mature trees and shrubs set in tranquil rural surroundings. Situated in a quiet hamlet just a short drive from junction 20 off the A20 Autoroute, near enough to be convenient but far enough away to provide an oasis of calm after the stresses of the motorway.
Thank you to both Chris and Sarah for a lovely overnight stay, a great way to finish on holiday as we journeyed back to UK. Clean, Comfortable, beautiful surroundings. Plenty for breakfast and as I had asked about Gluten free were able to ensure I had enough to eat. The evening meal was very tasty and well cooked..our 8year old loved it. overall we would definately stay here again for sure.

We decided to spend a night in Le Blanc in order to explore the Brenne National Park and found this hotel on the spur of the moment. We're very pleased we did! The street entrance is unpreposessing - a door directly on the pavement - but once inside a different story unfolded. The hotel doubles up as a Beauty Salon with rooms to let. The owner/manageress is a lovely, helpful lady and showed us to a room accessed from the very pleasant central courtyard, hidden from the street. It was huge, spotlessly clean, with a comfortable four-poster bed, a settee and a desk and with an adjoining large en-suite shower room. You also had full use of the fully-fitted communal kitchen (where breakfast was served) if you wanted it, which also had an ironing board. All this for 57 euros a night plus 7 euros for breakfast, which was served by the the same smiling manageress. There is free on-street parking both in front and on the quiet street behind the hotel and the free Wifi was good. Not to be missed for a great French experience!

Vraiment top.

We had a lovely stay in Les Brulis. It is a 5 minute drive into town, the setting is beautiful and peaceful, and the owner was very welcoming. Nice breakfast of croissants, brioche, bread and jam provided. Very good value.

We stayed at this hotel for a wedding in the region. We arrived early and were welcomed by the owner. We were directed to our room which was good and functional. Everything we needed was there. The beds are large with nice bathrooms. There is free internet and a large parking lot. We enjoyed our stay and the politeness of the owner. Great stay for a small hotel in the countryside.

The previous reviews describe this property so well. The owners do speak English and are so welcoming. Breakfast in the morning around a shared table was delicious. Thank you for a warm welcome. Do call ahead so they can open the gate for your parking. I'm attaching pictures of the studio apartment which is outstanding.

We left the A71 to stay at this accommodation because "booking.com" stated that we could have dinner there and the photographs of the rooms looked of good quality. We sent a number of Emails to enquire about dinner and all were ignored. We phoned about dinner and a rather curt individual told us that they do not do dinner. At this point we would have cancelled but my credit card number had been given. The bedroom we were offered did not have an en-suite,we booked an en-suite bedroom. We were offered an alternative bedroom for an extra 10Euros. We took that room although it was very dark and damp with no air con and one of those saniflo toilets that makes a nuisance of itself with vulgar noises. Do not be confused by the photographs ,I was. One picture of the breakfast table shows fruit for breakfast. I would have thought that when we stayed {the first week of Aug 2013} there would be an abundance of fruit in France. Not on our morning there was non. On offer and presented by Monsieur with panashe was a croissants, I dont like croissants. But there was bread jam ham and processed cheese on offer. My advice is if there is an Ibis or Novotel in the vicinity then stay there, I have stayed in many all over France. You get what it says on the tin. Air Con. Happy toilets.Good food and coffee. A strong point well worth mentioning. THEY ARE CHEAPER.

The price is reasonable, but the quality is poor. The rooms were old and damp (I had the feeling no one had stayed there for a long time), with stanes of smashed flies etc on the curtains and windows. There were cobwebs and it was dusty. The bathroom smelt bad and was old. The shower was good however!!! The restaurant is good, but pricy in comparison with the hotel. The service of the personell is stiff and unfriendly, not client minded at all. The pictures on the website are taken from a distance, now I onderstand why.... The 'tilleuls' have disappeared a long time back. This should say enough.
