Nice place to stay for Bodensee car trip
Reviewed By Igor KLocated few minutes drive from Friedrichshafen center. Rooms are clean, big and well maintained. Breakfast was very basic. There is private parking for hotel guests, but if you arrive on weekend afternoon, it may be occupied by restaurant visitors. In this case there is a free public parking on the other side of the street.

Lucky to stay here
Reviewed By EwaldolalaHalf way to our final holiday destination we decided to spend one night in Müllheim. We checked a few hotels in the city center and luckily they were all booked full. So we ended up just outside the center (7 min walk) in this very nice and seemingly brand new hotel. Very friendly hosts and spacious, quiet and clean rooms. Breakfast was a treat too with a personal touch. An ideal location to stay for a longer period if you want to hike or bike in the area. We were so lucky the other hotels were fully booked. They seemed more “have been” locations. This stay I enjoyed and will certainly revisit next time I go to Italy by car.

Welcoming and comfortable
Reviewed By CheiranthusI picked this hotel for it's location and facilities, i.e. the on-site restaurant. The room exceeded my expectations, it was very large with a sitting area, comfortable beds and a superb bathroom. The meal in the restaurant was delicious, and the breakfast the following morning was generous with a very good selection of different foods on offer. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. We didn't spend much time in the town, but it looked very picturesque and pretty. I have no hesitation to recommend this hotel and its restaurant!

Reviewed By Ieuan RReally an excellent place to stay. Nice and clean. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast selection was good - eggs and bacon cooked to order. Convenient location, small supermarket and restaurants within walking distance.

Authentic boutique hotel in great location
Reviewed By Q746EGdavidepWe stayed one night in the comfort room, which is beautiful and functional. Since we were on a road trip, we appreciated the free parking in the hotel’s backyard. The managers are very kind and accommodate our wish to take breakfast up to our room. The quiet location 2’ walking from the center is just great.

Motorbike trip to the Black Forrest
Reviewed By Adv3ntur3ProA lovely hotel booked on the move while we were touring the Black Forrest. The room was big with a well appointed and very clean bathroom. Off road parking which was also good for the bike.The evening meal was faultless and very large portions. There was plenty of choice at the breakfast buffet and you ordered what type of eggs you wanted when offered freshly made tea of coffee. An all round good stay and highly recommended!

Reviewed By boj197Very good hotel near Heidelberg ( busstop outside hotel ) balkong at the river Neckar. Very good breakfast and also restaurang both inside and outside. Clean good sixe rooms. Parking at the hotel. Only 1 h to Rudesheim and 1,5 h to Rothemburg ab der tauber.

Stop on hike
Reviewed By JustRose_CHThe todtnauer Hütte is on the Panoramaweg from the Haus der nature up to st. Wilhelmer Hütte. It’s a great place to stop for a coffee and a cake, if there is a free table. Without a reservation it’s often too full to get a place but as hikes can be spontaneous it’s not always easy to make a set booking. The walk up and the view from the pension are both worth it. The picture I’ve shared is of the view on the walk up.

A most pleasant brand-new hotel
Reviewed By MrsPiketThe Mückensee hotel & restaurant is family owned and managed since 1926 and radiates German high quality. The newly built hotel opened in May 2016 and offers 24 rooms over 3 floors. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The hotel is located at the southern edge of Lorch near the B29 motorway. Notwithstanding the road the hotel is very quiet as it is located in the forest next to a tiny lake. Our room was tastefully furnished and decorated, fixed luggage rack, desk & chairs, large size flatscreen TV, wardrobe & safe, excellent double bed, and a separate bathroom with washbasin, toilet & rain-shower. All was impeccably clean. Complimentary mineral water but no coffee & tea making facility in the room. You find a coffee machine in the breakfast room. Complimentary Wi-Fi Internet and free parking. Mückensee Biergarten & restaurant serves tasty Schwäbian & German dishes and good beer. The hotel is serving a very good breakfast. The atmosphere in the spic & span Mückensee hotel is modern and we had an excellent stay. Highly recommended.

Surprice next to the Highway
Reviewed By Bernd AThis Hotel is next to the Highway and I have chosen it because I was on the way to Switzerland and this was a affordable hotel before crossing the border. The rooms are facing away from the highway with a wonderful view and quite! Each room has a balcony and the rooms are large. There is an easy access to the 24 h restaurant from the rest area. The selection and the food in this restaurant was surprisingly good. Expect a little bit higher price, but much less than any meal in Switzerland. This Hotel is only 30 Minutes away from Schaffhausen. This is a very good alternative to the expensive hotels in Switzerland, or lake Constance. For the next trip to Schaffhausen I will definitely chose again this hotel.
