We stayed for 4 nights over the Jubilee Weekend whilst exploring the area. Great central location for Wadebridge, Padstow, Rock and Port Isaac. Molesworth Arms was a brilliant place! - As a hotel it was perfect with fresh modern rooms, always very clean and very reasonably priced. - As a restaurant, again, couldnt fault a thing. Breakfast every morning was top notch, with Sharon always making us laugh throughout. She is a great character, hard worker and a credit to Molesworth. We had a couple of evening meals there which again, were really really good!!! - As a bar it was always quick service, big selection of drinks and reasonably priced! We sat out the front, inside and out the back, always with a great atmosphere. All the staff we meet were polite and very attentive - so thank you! The only minor thing I will mention is that the coffee/tea was removed from the 'help yourself' table at breakfast after our 1st day. We then had to bother the waiting staff for top ups etc when they were already busy (and doing a great job). I would suggest maybe having it back on the table so that people can help themselves! Thank you for a tremendous stay Molesworth Arms!!!

Surrounded by 100 acres of beautifully landscaped private gardens and woodlands, Hustyns provides the various lodging options to suit your needs. From luxurious self-catering cottages to a variety of hotel rooms and even offering back to nature choices of our glamping village, the luxury country hotel provides the ideal country retreat. Hustyns enjoys panoramic views over North Cornwall’s legendary Bodmin Moor and is just a short drive from both the north and south coasts, Padstow, Eden Project, and many other attractions. Guests are encouraged to treat the resort as their private haven of tranquillity, far from the fast moving modern world. To help you relax, the well-equipped health and beauty spa offers an indoor swimming pool and, for guests over 16 years old, a gymnasium, spa baths, steam room and sauna, with beauty therapists on hand to pamper your worries away.
We stayed with our family at Hustyns for a couple of nights. Set in an idyllic location overlooking countryside and close to some amazing beach/surfing locations this hotel has a lot to offer. The staff at the hotel are exceptional throughout with a warm welcome every time and very accommodating. Unfortunately the facilities really do not live up to the standard of the staff team given the poorly manicured pathways, borders and children’s areas, the windows overlooking a spectacular landscape are very poorly cleaned and the unkept plants throughout the hotel leaving a poorly managed impression. During our stay we didn’t see any cleaning take place around the hotel which was quite concerning. The food at breakfast was nice if a little basic with no pastries available and the atmosphere again very dull. The evening menu was very limited but not something we felt compelled to try. Local Polseath, thanks to the lovely staff recommendation, made up for the limited food options at the hotel but do require a hairy drive through country lanes so not something all would want to explore. Evening and day time bar were limited (if at all available) and do not take advantage of the stunning location. The rooms were fairly basic but comfortable apart from the high temperatures despite it only being 17degrees outside and a fan provided. The spa was very basic with incredibly poor changing rooms and shower facilities; doors hanging off and large plastic boxes to put clothing in as the lockers are all out of use is not something you would class as “luxury”. Overall a very dated hotel in need of some modernisation to justify the star rating and “luxury” description but the staff do really deserve the top marks for their standards. We would advise management consider the reviews and respond to comments to ensure future bookings.

After fun days out in Cornwall, you can look forward to a tasty meal at our in-house Thyme restaurant, before relaxing in one of our extra-comfy king-size Hypnos beds.
This was our family holiday and we stayed for 8 nights. Staff were brilliant and very welcoming everyday. Great location for exploring Cornwall esp North. No complaints. Only thing I would say, be nice for Premier Inn to clean rooms mid-stay if you are staying for 3 plus days but sure if I had asked the staff would have arranged this. Thank you for great stay.

Outstanding! Trewornan Manor is an exceptional heritage property, located within beautiful, extensive gardens, close to Padstow, Rock and Port Isaac. The guests rooms are wonderfully spacious and relaxing, with spotless bedrooms that are well equipped and extremely comfortable. Superb breakfast and lovely complimentary home made cakes available in the afternoons, with further treats in the rooms. Paul is the most hospitable and accommodating host, who aims to make your stay as pleasurable as possible and he achieves this with great success. Adults only and no pets is a bonus for us too. Truly an outstanding and memorable place to stay in North Cornwall.

Booked a table in advance for my fiancés birthday, they allowed me to decorate the wood cabin outside, which was warm and cozy, very well furnished and it made the evening feel more personal. The staff were great and nothing was too much trouble, we had a young gentleman serving us, we could not fault him! Great food and cannot recommend their cheese cake enough!!

We are ideally situated on the North coast close to beaches, the Camel trail and with in easy reach of Wadebridge,Padstow, Port Isaac, Rock and Polzeath. I’ll start with the house , what an amazing property set in well maintained gardens , the only noise you could hear were the birds , our room was spotlessly clean every day along with the bathroom, the choice of freshly prepared breakfast available was first class and all because of Nicky the owner what an amazing friendly host , thank you for what you did we will always be great full , would 100% recommend staying here and hope to return again .

At St Minver Holiday Park, there are plenty of opportunities to explore the fantastic fishing ports, quaint quiet villages, and get that classic Cornwall experience! There are three beautiful beaches locally with buckets and spades to do for the whole group! On-park, if you’re wanting to make a splash then you’ll love the indoor pool. Let off some steam in the sauna before heading out on a woodland walk or nature trail. You’ll have worked up an appetite – enjoy a feast at the Pizza & Steakhouse Restaurant! If you’re wanting to soak up the sun our picnic area is the perfect spot.
We’ve just arrived home from 4 nights at St. Minver holiday park. We stayed in one of the 2 bed lodges. The accommodation was lovely - much better than we expected. Very well equipped kitchen, with dishwasher and washing machine. Location on the park was great however there is a steep hill to the Manor House, which was fine for us but might be tricky for someone with mobility problems - that said, there is a lot of parking available at the Manor House. One item that bothered my husband more than me and the kids, there is no phone signal or wifi in the lodge. We only got signal on leaving the park or by visiting the Manor House. Something to be aware of. Swimming pool was lovely and having 45min sessions actually worked out really well. Only complaint, which would of been handy to know prior, was the time slots for ‘owners’. We missed out on the swimming on our last day as the 4pm slot was for ‘owners only’ and sadly none of them used the pool to swim. Which was a little frustrating. So swimming times are from 10am until 3pm - starting on the hour and running for 45mins. You will need to book and apparently the Parkdean booking app doesn’t work so best to book them directly at the pool. We ate at the restaurant a few times and the food was actually very nice. Staff were all very friendly, helpful and welcoming and willing to have a nice chat and genuinely interested in your day - which I thought was very sweet. Playground was great and kids enjoyed it whilst we enjoyed a soft drink in the sun. All in all we had a great stay and would 100% visit again. And would recommend it to friends and family too.
