Reviewed By shereenmaVery warm welcoming by Pamela, beautiful sunsets every night, tents facing the ocean… dreamland ! We slept really well every night, while listening to the waves. The tents are more than confortable, with air conditioning, wifi, tv, private bathroom.

Reviewed By Nikolaos SEs un hotel muy bien ubicado con una playa tremenda y una vista espectacular. Pero lo que falta es profesionalismo de la parte de la administration. Empezando desde el momento que llegamos al hotel, pedí agua de la recepción y mi novia agarró una botellita de la heladera, la cual al fin la cobraron 4 soles en vez de ofrecernos algo por la bienvenida. Además, entrando a la habitación, vimos que no hay toallas de tocador. Fuimos a la ducha y el piso era sucio. Sacamos la manta y la sabana abajo era sucia. La habitación no tenía tacho para la basura ni hablar para heladera. Finalmente fuimos a la playa frente del hotel (que está gestionada por el hotel, así que para entrar tienes que tener una pulsera que te ponen a la recepción) y cuando pedimos unas toallas nos dijeron que teníamos que traer nuestras propias toallas. Generalmente muy mala atención al cliente y eso hace el hotel muy caro por lo que ofrece como experiencia. It’s a hotel at a very beautiful place with a very beautiful beach and a great view. But what is missing is the professionalism of the administration. Firstly arriving at the reception I have asked for water and my girlfriend got me a bottle from the fridge. A bottle that have charged it at the end 4 soles instead of offering a refreshment drink as a welcoming drink. Moreover, when we entered at the room we realised that there were no hand towels. Al shower the floor was very dirty. We lifted the blanket and we have seen that the bedsheets were dirty as well. The room didn’t have a basket for the garbage and of course not to talk about fridge. Finally we have been to the beach in front of the hotel (which is managed by the hotel, so in order to get in you need a special wristband that you get from the reception) and when we have asked for towels they have told us that we had to bring ours. Generally speaking very bad behaviour towards the client and all these make the hotel very expensive for what it offers.

Reviewed By cajuncowboy64Quiet place on the beach. Ten minute moto taxi ride from town. NIce patio restaurant. Took a Sunday morning trip whale watching and swimming with the giant sea turtles. I hope to return on one of my visits back to Peru.

Reviewed By valecruzalayzaWe asked for four cheese lasagna which we loved and calzone that was ok. We noticed that they used very good ingredients. Mainly Italian food. For drinks I had piña colada 9/10. Service was nice. You can pay with credit card.

Reviewed By Evp70Realmente una experience inolvidable,mi esposa y yo pasamos unos dias en la cabana frente a la playa y escuchar el ruido de las olas era totalmente relajante....ni que hablar de la atencion de la Sra Maria, la comida y nuestros amigos Sombra, Motyluna y Tigre...100% recomendable. We came from Florida where we have nice beaches but this secluded place was truly paradise. Such a rustic and relaxing place. No need to venture off the property. We spent our days sitting on the beach enjoying the beautiful ocean view and our evening eating delicious food and drinking ice cold beer at the restaurant. Highly recommend.

Reviewed By 458rogerfWonderful stay. Super nice room, views, massage, jacuzzi and food. Very attentive hosts, helping with every single detail. I had a lot of fun kitesurfing and surfing with Bruno who took me to the right spot according to wind/waves conditions. Very pleasant sessions. Learned some new wave riding skills, saw whales, sea lions and turtles while kitesurfing which was quite an amazing experience. We also rented the e-bikes (excellent condition Fat-tyre Rossignol!) from Casa Safran to cycle on the beach early morning which was another fun activity with my partner. Many thanks to Casa Safran for welcoming us. I never do reviews, but this was not just a nice place, it was exceptional!

Reviewed By ValeriaguilarvPequeño hotel que desde la entrada te llama a la meditación y relajación, muy bien decorado y ambientado, las habitaciones son cómodas, bien aireadas y limpias con un estilo rústico propio de un hotel a la orilla del mar. No cuenta con restaurante pero puede comer en los locales cercanos al hotel o pedir tu comida por delivery (un poco más costoso por la distancia en Vichayito). No hay horarios para la piscina, puedes ir de frente al mar que está a unos pasos y relajarte con una lectura a orillas del mar. Lo que destaca son sus servicios de masajes, en mi caso que estaba gestando tiene masajes especiales que me súper relajaron y me sentí consentida... gracias Mirella! Todo muy privado, limpio y ordenado... una estadía súper recomendada!

The hotel is located directly in front of the sea and has 19 rooms, 4 of them located directly in front of the sea, which have flat screen televisions, cable television and air conditioning. We have a swimming pool, a game area that includes a billiard table, a handball, a mini golf and different board games. We have a restaurant that operates daily from 8 am to 5 pm.
