We were driving through the Italian countryside from Florence and reserved a night here in advance. Roberto and Daniela make you feel so welcome. Our upstairs corner room was very neat and clean with beautiful views. It was comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed wine on the patio in the afternoon then dined in town later on. In the morning, Daniela made us the perfect cappuccino and served a beautiful breakfast of meats, cheeses and pastries/breads. It was lovely. And very affordable.We loved our time at Country House Parco Ducale and look forward to another (longer) visit one day. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Reviewed By cox01Considering the price it is super!!! The hospitality is poor and that was the only time in our 14 days holliday in Les Marches. The daughter who welcomed us was correct and polite but not warm.The appartments are spotless, old but for this budget you can't expect the finest decoration. The aircon worked perfect. The views are not really nice from the terraces, Or you see a hedge or you see a rather small garden with grass. You can't see the pool from the rooms. The pool has the best views and is really welcome after a day of excursions (Cagli, Borgo Pace and Urbino, all af them half an hour driving) Good, cheap restaurants in the neighbourhood. There is also a communual outdoor kitchen and bbq. There were a lot of Dutch guests!

B & B "da ViVi" is composed by three bedrooms for two or three people . Each room has its own bathroom with shower. If you are looking for relaxation, good food and good views, B & B "by Vi.Vi" is what is right for you!
A quick winter trip to Urbania
Reviewed By GlasgowDilWe came in very cold weather to a very warm welcome from Alice and Massimo. The place is quiet, spotless, very nicely decorated and wonderfully warm, even in very cold weather which was a real consideration for us. We arrived on the eve of the celebrations for Befana, so had a treat indeed! I would certainly recommend this very reasonably priced B&B on the edge of a lovely town.

The farm Orsaiola offers genuine familial warmth of hospitality, the excellent home cooking in the rustic dining room with red-checked tablecloths or out on the porch overlooking the gently rolling,wooded countryside. 11 rooms with private bathrooms, all meals served, open all year.

Too early for the pool, but the staff, breakfast/meals and wine were excellent. It is a very beautiful area and the motorcycling was brilliant. You won't be disappointed. On to Croata next.

Reviewed By Chrissie77We popped in for dinner, quite late and without reservation. We were welcomed and a table quickly prepared. This is an agriturismo, so everything fresh from the farm. We had a most enjoyable 3 course meal with wine and water for 18 euros per person, unbelievable! They also have rooms. Wish we had found it sooner. If in the area, highly recommended.

Wonderful time in Marche!
Reviewed By Maciej BWe spent five splendid days in Ca Serrantonio in September 2013. The location is very picturesque in the woods in hilly landscape. The house is ancient and very carefully renovated and maintained, very clean and nicely decorated inside. There is very comfortable parking lot. But the best side of this location are the hosts: the landlord, his wife Anna and their sons, particularly Davide. We rarely met such friendly people! The food was amazing, even in very high Italian standards, like e.g. tagliata con cartufi, gnocchi con porcini, cottolette d'agnello... All washed down with excellent Sangiovese wine, local limoncello or grappa... Highly recommended!
