Turks and Caicos is an excellent destination for divers and snorklers. Smith’s Reef in Provo is one of the area’s most popular dive spots, thanks to a diverse collection of sea creatures in a spectrum of electric colors. For a completely different vibe, explore the black coral and submerged overhangs of Black Forest or kayak the bright turquoise waters of Chalk Sound. Both the Caicos Conch Farm and the bird sanctuary on uninhabited French Cay offer unique ways to commune with local wildlife.

The world renowned Grace Bay Club, first luxury all-suite resort in Turks and Caicos, offers guests a haven for uninterrupted relaxation. The resort, with the largest beach front access - 1100 feet, features all ocean front suites. Divided into three separate sections that caters to discerning travelers of all tastes, it includes the adults-only Hotel area with private restaurant, bar, and swimming pool; family-friendly Villas with their own restaurant, bar, and pool; and the uber-luxe Estate, with a complete set of exclusive amenities.
We just stayed for a week at a Grace Bay Club villa. Michael was our concierge. The villa was fabulous and the daily housekeeping and outdoor team who did our pool/beach setup was excellent. Michael took care of all our needs and is top notch as a concierge. Had a great vacation and plan to visit again.

We had an amazing time with our family at Seven Stars. The rooms are spacious and updated, with amazing electric roll-down blackout blinds and super comfortable beds. All the staff were courteous and incredibly helpful with room requests and taxi service. Resort is within 15-20 minute walking distance to terrific restaurants. We ate lunch every day at The Deck (on site) with gorgeous views of the beach, and the breakfast buffet had an excellent variety. Grace Bay Beach deserves its #1 rating in the world! We can't wait to visit again.

I had an amazing long weekend at The Palm Turks and Caicos. Mark the manager and the whole staff are the best of the best. This is the first time I visited Turks and Caicos and I couldn’t ask for a better place to enjoy my vacation. This is really a place to relax. Everyone is very kind, professional and the service is great. The beach, the pool and all the amenities are wonderful and always clean and ready to enjoy. I highly recommend Palms Turks and Caicos and definitely I will be coming back soon.

I had so much fun at Turks & Caicos back in February that I’m going back in July for another vacation and taking a new group of friends that have never been before! Rodriguez was especially awesome - he had the best energy during aqua gym, definitely had the best playlist of upbeat Brazilian music - I even had to ask him for it after, and overall was a lot of fun to hang out with. Don’t miss his aqua gym and seeing him on the dance floor at night! Excited to go back in just a few weeks!

The fully renovated, Wymara Resort and Villas brings a signature approach to luxury lifestyle that redefines the destination resort experience. Each of the 91 guestrooms and 7 Villas offers sweeping ocean views positioned and designed to pay homage to the unspoiled island. The resort blends Caribbean cool with sophisticated style to create a sense of place for our guests.
Came here for a week long minimoon and absolutely loved it. Wymara’s location can not be beat. Being at the end of the stretch of hotels on Grace Bay, the atmosphere is so relaxing, quiet and spaced out. We took an hour long walk one night from Wymara to the Grace Bay Club, and saw how all the other hotels have customers packed like sardines on the beach. At Wymara, the beds on the beach are super spread out, and, while this is not an adults only hotel, we only saw one kid the whole time. We were also so pleased with the food we ate. We had breakfast and lunch there every day, and two dinners, including the Wednesday night fish fry. Everything was better than typical resort food and felt super high end. We also loved the environment at the pool, as well as our spa treatments. The only thing we felt was off was what other reviews mention - the service on the beach can be really slow and inconsistent, even though we were tipping cash call week. We had to follow up on our orders and no one ever really checked in on us, even when we did the $175/day cabanas. But in the end we always got what we needed. Highly recommend!

We spent a week at the beautiful Ports of Call Resort with friends from May 8-14. Must agree with most of the reviews that the staff make this resort perfect for us. Right from the start with booking our stay with Shay, to check in with Fabuola and Sandy, to Watson and Joseph at the bar, to chatting with Taiwayne and Aggie. All were very helpful and nice people. Our room was located on the 3rd floor of the west wing. Very clean and well presented. Although it was considered a "garden view" room, we overlooked the newly landscaped septic area and grocery store. But it wasn't an issue. Bathroom and shower were spacious for 2. Housekeeping was done on the 3rd day of our stay which was fine for us. The small bar fridge in the room would've been nice to be up off the floor to make it easier to access. The resort itself was beautiful and well maintained. The daily continental breakfast was a nice added feature. It got a little hot and crowded at certain times but the coffee and food was always plentiful and perfect for us to start the day. Pool area was small but clean. We could've used the pool water a little colder and refreshing but it was nice. We never found it over-crowded. The nearby amenities were easy to walk to. Shops, restaurants and beach access were a short 5-15 minute walk from the resort. Grace Bay beach was amazing. Lounge chairs and umbrella's are available free of charge. The view from the beach is awesome. The water is clear as pool water and the white sand is like flour. Overall, we had a great stay at the POCR. We will be back!!!

The Shore Club Turks & Caicos features include 4 swimming pools, 5 restaurants / bars, wellness centre including spa and fitness center, complimentary kids club, tennis courts, water sports, rental yacht and so much more! Long Bay Beach—the most private stretch of Providenciales, the most sought after location of the Turks and Caicos Islands—offers the best of both worlds, a stunning, secluded beach just minutes away from Provo’s town center. The resort has been named Most Instagrammable Hotel in the World in both 2021 and 2022.
Our Mom & daughter getaway was long anticipated, and was well worth the wait. Ubers and hotel shuttles are not allowed to compete with T&C taxis, so we arrived from the airport by taxi van. The free hotel shuttle between affiliated properties is a good amenity that we made frequent use of, in addition to paid (and pricey) taxis. Well groomed and cordial staff greeted us on arrival, and brought a chilled fruit welcome drink during check-in. Our room was gorgeous and well appointed with crisp linens, blackout curtains, light fabric robes, and brand toiletries. Turn down service was very enjoyable, leaving soft lighting along with chocolates. We needed aloe for our poor sun decisions; it was readily available in the gift shop as a pharmacy item. We enjoyed the swim up bar, pool with generous sized towels, and a fire island at night. Well attended beach furnishings added to our wind surf watching along the (much wilder than Grace Bay) Long Bay. The whole property was just tranquil. We had generous breakfasts in the Almond Tree area. btw - some almonds grew throughout the tree's canopy, adding to the natural and man-made beauty. Staff was superb. Loved their friendliness and white glove service style. A convenient C-testing free clinic is on site and provided expedited service for our departure. Certainly hope to return.

All-inclusive Alexandra Resort invites you to enjoy the best resort on world acclaimed Grace Bay Beach. Of all the Turks and Caicos resorts located on exclusive Providenciales, few offer the perfect combination of a beachfront address, spacious suites, and a wide range of amenities and services including the fact that when you stay at Alexandra Resort, you can also play at our other all-inclusive sister resort: Blue Haven Resort. We are proud to enhance your all-inclusive experience at the Turks and Caicos Collection where our preferred selection of Turks and Caicos resorts each offer distinct experiences but are united under one extraordinary service philosophy!
My husband, 22 year old son, 21 year old daughter and I just spent 4 nights at the Alexandra Resort. We are leaving today and are so sad to go. We stayed in two studios which surprisingly gave ample room. Rooms were clean and well appointed. Now to the best stuff...THE BEACH! WOW! The Alexandra's beach is gorgeous. Peaceful serene plenty of chairs with umbrellas and wonderful staff. Speaking of staff at the resort. MISS GLORIA is a superstar! She made us feel like family at the restaurant by the beach. There is plenty to do as well. Paddleboarding, kayaking, Cycling ect. For a free parasailing (kids did and loved it) and we also went on a snorkeling excursion to Iguana Island-so fun! We also, took advantage of an afternoon at the spa. The food was very good. My favorite was Fish Deck the kids favorite was the Sushi restaurant. All in,all amazing trip in paradise!!

All Beachfront Suites – All our spacious suites offer breathtaking views of our beach and swimming pool and include full kitchens with washer dryer. Our one-mile long beach is the most beautiful and gentle in all of South Caicos. No other resort in Turks and Caicos offers suites of our quality at such a competitive price. East Bay Beach is in a national marine park and in a reef-protected bay, offering premium beach and swimming conditions. Water sports such as diving, snorkeling, and fishing depart from our beach by boat and sites are only 15 minutes away. Our often-deserted beach offers the same white sand and clear waters as world acclaimed Grace Bay Beach – just without the crowds. The resort has 3 beachfront restaurants. The journey is part of the experience. Start your vacation early with a relaxing 90-minute boat ride over the most turquoise waters imaginable across the Caicos Sand Bank directly to the resort’s beach or enjoy a scenic 25-minute flight to South Caicos.
I rarely write a review but this place was just too wonderful not to acknowledge them! I’m so glad I stumbled upon this hidden gem! The staff was very helpful and friendly. even before I arrived they answered questions, helped me book the excursion of my choice, and made sure that I arrived without any trouble. The excellent care continued from the moment the plane touched down. The resort was clean, gorgeous, felt very safe, and was not crowded at all. It was So SO peaceful. This is the place you go to get away from everything and recharge which is just what I needed. THIS IS BY FAR MY FAVORITE PLACE I’VE STAYED! I hope to return soon! I chose to eat from the menu except for breakfast and I did enjoy the breakfast buffet. I highly recommend the pulled pork sandwich, chef salad, and surf and turf. The massage was wonderful. But the highlight of my trip was the kayaking excursion! The group size was very small and guide was excellent! He was knowledgeable and kind. The mangroves where you go to kayak are stunning! You seriously need to do this excursion! I wish I’d read a review that told me that they provide beach towels so I would have known there was no need to pack them so I want to make sure to include that in this review. If I had to say something negative it would be that the pillows were too hard for me, but I just used the throw pillow from the couch and it really was no big deal, the bed was very comfortable so a pillow swap and all was good. If you like soft pillows just pack you one that’s what I will do next time.
