Filthy room and poor customer service.
Reviewed By Mary Susan TFloor was sticky when walking on it. Foul odor in room. Broken furniture. We have stayed here numerous times in the past. The above was reported to front desk that night and they advised to speak to checkout clerk and they would take care of it. No apology no compensation, no nothing. Checkout clerk told us night clerk should have dealt with it. We won’t stay here again. All we got was a poor nights sleep and a $200 bill. Beware

Reviewed By BlueeyedmeAs a lifetime Titanium member, the number of nights I’ve stayed at Marriott properties is measured in years. As such, the Marriott brands are my go to for quality. After a long days drive I opted to stay at this Courtyard property expecting the usual quality Courtyard experience. Unfortunately neither the staff or the physical property was up for the task. Everything from the greeting to the poor state cleanliness and utter lack of breakfast options was a disappointment. I should have opted for a local motel as this property is not worth the premium.

Reviewed By 990tammiesEvening desk clerk was very rude and took forever to come to the check-in window. Got in our room and there was dirty, dried soapy water and hair in shower. Refrigerator and microwave looked like they were 30 years old.

Reviewed By joebX4875VPIt has been 2 months since my "stay" at this garbage dumpster masquerading as a hotel. It claims to be sanitized, however, I've seen gas station bathrooms in better shape. We arrived at the property after 10pm and very tired. We just wanted to watch a little TV and go to sleep. We soon discovered that the TV remote was missing. We went to the desk to get a replacement, but after a few minutes rummaging, the desk clerk announced he didn't have a remote. No offer to change rooms or do anything else to accommodate us. We decided to search the room hoping it was hiding somewhere. It was not, however, we did discover many other things.tge bed platform initially hidden by the sheets was completely shredded. The bottom half completely gone. We looked under the chair in the corner... two large pieces of pizza just lying there like they had been undisturbed for weeks. We then moved out the nightstands. Piles of garbage including cigarettes in a nonsmoking room. We made another trip to the front desk with pictures of all the trash. The night man just shrugged and said he'd let the manager know in the morning. We finally gave up and went to sleep. In the morning we asked what the manager intended to do. No one knew a thing about it and the manager was no where to be found. I asked that he call as soon as he could and we checked out. He didn't call that day or the next. In fact after multiple calls to the hotel and to Choice Hotels we have never received a call back. We did talk to a different front desk person a week after our stay and explained what happened. He actually checked the room we stayed in and the same garbage was still in the same place it was the week before. If you're looking for a place to party and barf on the floor, this is your place. No one will even notice. If you're traveling with your family, avoid this place like the plague. Mostly because it could be living in one of the uncleaned corners of this garbage dump. I also have to stay this is my last stay in a choice hotel anywhere. They are always substandard and poor run.

Reviewed By JDHART777We were travelling and booked on the road. Firstly there was a note on the door stating to call this number to check in. After about 20 mins a vehicle pulled up with a man and a woman . The woman got out and checked us in. Very strange way of doing business. Our room was filthy and the bed linens had stains and holes in them. The room next door was boarded up with plywood. There were lots of people BBQing and drinking in the parking lot. We considered leaving but had an exhausted child with us so we tough it out. I usually book a choice hotel while traveling and have always had good luck but there was nothing "Choice or Quality" about this hotel and should not be part of the chain

Reviewed By Coastal606759This place was the worst place I've ever stayed the toilet wasn't mounted to the floor doors wouldn't close holes in the wall the room smell like mildew and musk it was loud rap music playing in the rooms and the parking lot I felt like I was staying in a third world country.
