La Pagerie Hotel ****-Hotel & Restaurant located at the Pointe du Bout in the South West of Martinique comes in beautiful shades of blue and green colours between the turquoise sea, the swimming pool and the tropical garden, in the heart of the most famous sea resort of the island. Open all year, 24/7, your can enjoy your lunch by the swim-up pool bar or your dinner at the semi-gourmet restaurant Le Pitaya and participate in activities and exhibitions held in the hotel. La Pagerie Hotel & Restaurant is well located, at a walkable distance from the beach, casino and shops. It is ideal for couple, businessmen and women to get some rest and distractions.
My wife and I spent a week at La Pagerie at the end of May, 2022, which was the beginning of the low season. We enjoyed our stay there very much. Transportation by taxi from the airport was arranged by the hotel at our request. On our arrival, everything relating to our reservation was in order. We registered and got the keys to our room very quickly. The staff members at the front desk were very friendly and efficient. My wife speaks excellent French, I, only a little and badly, but we could have checked in entirely in English if we had chosen to do so. Other staff members are less fluent in English but all are helpful. Our room was on the third floor and faced the street. A business complex of shops and restaurants was across the road. Noise was not a problem. The sliding glass door to the balcony blocked most sound and the operation of the very good air conditioner masked the rest. The room was spotless, nicely decorated and in excellent repair. There was ample hot water and excellent water pressure. The bed was very comfortable. A minor issue was that the bathroom lacked a ventilating fan and steam from the shower took time to clear. We went to the hotel restaurant every morning for the breakfast buffet and once for dinner. Breakfasts were a highlight of our stay. The selection of food items was extensive and of high quality. It was a joy to be seated by the beautiful garden, feeling the warm, fresh air and watching the birds and occasional small lizard. The dinner we had at the restaurant was very good too. The chef accommodated my wife, who is a vegetarian, by preparing something special but having regular vegetarian options would have been appreciated. The pool was beautifully lit at night and it and pool area were very well maintained. The garden was large and had a remarkable variety of plants. It was lovely to spend time in it. Shops, restaurants, beaches and the ferry to Fort-de-France are within easy walking distance. A car is essential if you want to explore the island. There are several car rental agencies within steps of the hotel. The hotel has a small parking lot with spaces for about a dozen vehicles but, considering that the hotel has 95 rooms, the chances of finding a spot there are slim. Finding parking on nearby streets also can be very difficult.

Very nice and quiet location, view on the bay (but not by the sea). Services (supermarket, boulangerie, tabac shops) in a walking distance. Clean apartments, with furniture in good condition. Very kind and helpful people at reception. The kitchen is well equipped except for basic things such as salt, oil, sugar (provided only upon request). Hairdryer upon request. Very kind to give us late checkout free of charge: much appreciated.

Our welcoming establishment in southern Martinique is about 20 km from Aimé Césaire international airport and is a 20-minute boat trip from Fort-de-France. It is an ideal starting point for visits to the "Ile aux Fleurs", placed under the sign of new discoveries and relaxation. Sports enthusiasts will also find plenty to satisfy them thanks to its proximity to the superb beaches and water sport centres. Fine sand, turquoise water, banana trees and bougainvillea are on the programme just a stone's throw from your comfortable and colourful room. A guaranteed change of scenery!
We were really surprised by this hotel as we didn’t expect such high quality from its 3 star rating. Charming bungalow rooms, direct access to the beautiful beach, swimming pool, cool cocktail bar, amazing buffet restaurant with high quality cuisine (really amazing considering it’s an all-you-can-eat type), staff super helpful and nice. There’s really no negative note from our stay, except perhaps (but I’m making an effort to find some negative points) the fact that they only provide one towel per person in the room —when you would expect a hand towel + a shower towel. And one suggestion: the reception should staff up when big groups arrive (they can anticipate arrivals by checking plane schedules) to speed up the check in process. But besides that small detail, super nice stay, super place, much recommended!

La Suite Villa is ideally located in the town of Trois Ilets, an ideal spot to explore all the richness of Martinique. Our 5 stars boutique hotel has a unique design; the view over the bay of Fort-de-France bay will seduce you. Our tailor-made services will make you feel right at home. Couples will appreciate the sensuality of our suites, families and friends will enjoy the intimacy and comfort of our villas.
We had a bungalow in the garden. Great hot tub, comfortable beds, two bathrooms and nice sound system! The hotel staff was friendly, both reception and cleaning lady. The pool was quite small and was located in the restaurant, so not inviting to jump in. We also had dinner in the hotel restaurant. That was nice but for that kind of budget you can find better service and food experiences.

Situated in a tropical garden at Pointe du Bout (Trois Ilets) in Martinique, the Carayou Hotel & Spa *** with 207 sea or garden view rommes, will captivate you with its Caribbean charm. Each day the resident chef offers mouth-watering Caribbean cuisine to tantalize your taste-buds, in the Cafe Creole restaurant.Enjoy total relaxation with a pass to the Josephine Spa area (wich includes a hamam, Jacuzzi, and beauty treatment rooms), the swimming pool located at the centre of the hotel complex, or the full-equipped private beach.
We planned our trip to Martinique last week just a few weeks before, and when the hotel that had been recommended to us was unable to accommodate us (it was "Carnaval" week!), we found the Carayou on Trip Advisor, saw the nice reviews and photos of its beautiful complex, and were able to make a week's reservation there. It was a wonderful choice! The hotel is perfectly located at the end of the Pointe du Bout, private, with its own little beach under swaying palm trees, far from the ubiquitous vehicle traffic found on Martinique. Our request for a top floor room with water view was honored, and the reception desk personnel were gracious, personable, friendly and helpful, as were all the hotel employees we encountered during our stay -- those in the dining room, those in charge of cleaning the rooms, those in charge of the daily planned activities, etc. The room was a good size, with a good closet and good air conditioning, immaculate (and kept that way daily), and, like all their rooms, with a balcony. (Slight complaint: our room overlooked the main swimming pool -- even as we had a nice view of the palm trees and the water just beyond -- an area where much of the activity of the hotel takes place and music is played through speakers regularly, disturbing the tranquil 'feeling' of being close to the water and drowning out the beautiful sound of the water's waves and the wind through the palms. Ask for a room in some other area of the large compound.) We chose the demi-pension plan and the breakfast buffet was excellent, and served in a large, screened-in terrace overlooking the water. Lunch and dinner is also served there and the dinner we had upon arriving late from the Norwegian Airways flight from NY to Martinique was fine. The resort is family-friendly and clearly many French families with children of a wide range of ages were there enjoying their school break and also Carnaval. It was fun! You can easily walk through the compound to the adjacent marina where you can arrange day or half day excursions to go scuba diving or snorkling. For snorkling and scuba diving we highly recommend the wonderful people at "Espace Plongee", with whom we took 2 boat trips, one of which took us to the coastal area where the giant turtles congregate. Several of the diving instructors speak English, including the personable Guillaume. Ask for him. And beyond the marina area is the "Creole Village", a very nice modern development of shops and restaurants that makes it easy to find an alternative place for dinner or a sandwich for lunch or pharmacy needs or even an ATM. In short: A perfect location for a lovely hotel -- isolated enough not to be bothered by the hustle/bustle of everyday life, but close enough to other facilities to have all your needs met. Highly recommended.

We stayed at the Village Creole in January 2019. The accommodations were excellent. We had a studio with nice decor. The accommodations are located on the 2nd floor, within a complex of restaurants and stores. We were about a 10 minute walk to the best beach. The Village Creole staff were extremely helpful with our travel plans. We are returning in 2020.

Located on the west coast of the island, in the heart of the seaside resort of Trois Ilets, Hotel Bakoua enjoys a privileged location for both business trips and for your leisure stays. Beach with deck chairs, swimming pool, wellness area, bar on stilts are all assets that will make your stay an unforgettable moment in Martinique. Idyllic setting for your vacation or honeymoon, authentic colonial legacy of its past family home will entice you. 2 Restaurants offer the best of Creole gastronomy. Delicious dishes reinvented daily by our chef. 2 Bars, the Gommier and the Coco bar offers a variety of tasty cocktails.
The hotel itself is not bad. Sure, the structures could use a little updating but the grounds are nice and the location is great. HOWEVER, they accept wedding venues who play really loud music until 1 am in an OPEN AIR facitility. This means the sound travels all throughout the hotel. I was staying the farthest away from where the music was and I still wasn't able to sleep even with earplugs AND my noise cancelling headset. I tried to call the front desk multiple times and they just simply chose not to answer. I ended up getting out of bed and going directly to the front desk at 12:30am only to be told, with a shrug of the shoulders, that "it's a wedding". If you don't have the proper space to isolate those events from your other guests, then you shouldn't be hosting those events. If it was that horrible for me on the far side of the property, I can only imagine what it must have been like for the highest paying guests who were beach front DIRECTLY below the hut that hosted the reception. People pay a lot of money to come have a relaxing vacation and it is just totally disrespectful to subject people to that kind of noise at a hotel. Imagine the families who had young kids kept awake until 1am!! For context: I was at this hotel for only 2 nights and there were weddings 2/2 nights.

Enjoy your stay in Trois-Ilets!
We really like this collection of cabins. It's quiet, staff is friendly, there's a private beach with restaurant as well as lots of garden space. Cabins are rustic though...weak wifi, doors and windows don't close all the way, etc. Simple, basic, and worth the price. If you want luxury, though, go elsewhere.

Guests at these bungalows can find a variety of restaurants within steps of Courbaril Village on the beach and obviously our: the Kreol K Fé right on the spot. Other features at this property are "souvenirs" shop, tobacco & newpapers store, mini-market, car rental and laundry service. Activities such as canoeing, diving and snorkelling can be arranged. Courbaril Village is located 35 minutes' drive from Aime Cesaire International Airport and 30 km from St. Louis Cathedral
I was looking for lodging that was sold out on travel sites so I contacted the property directly. They quoted me a price of 763 euros for 7 nights and requested a 50% deposit (which would be 381.50 euros). I asked about their cancellation policy and they didn't respond. Nonetheless I didn't expect to cancel so I gave them my credit card number and they charged me 450 euros. They deleted the email in the chain with the 763 euro quoted. I asked them twice for an explanation and they didn't respond. Then I told them I wanted to cancel because I could not stay there under those circumstances and they have ignored me. I can't say they are deliberately cheating me, maybe they made a mistake in the original quote, but you don't quote one price and then charge another. They have no business ethics.
