Reviewed By lorenad535This hotel is about 3 blocks from the food area. The Mercado. Hotel is very clean an inexpensive. They provide free water bottles and coffee. Staff is very nice! I will definitely stay here again! Everything is walking distance from here.

Reviewed By monacatlansúper limpio, cómodo, excelente atención, buena ubicación, nuevo, extraordinaria experiencia. Las habitaciones amplias con aire acondicionado, su entorno tranquilo. No cuenta con capacidad en su estacionamiento pero la zona es muy tranquila y segura, así q puedes dejar tu carro fuera del hotel.

Reviewed By CatalinaFioLa ubicación está buenísima porque te queda cerca el cine, walmart, el centro no está tan lejos y hay gasolinera cerca. El servicio, atención, instalaciones, todo estuvo muy bien, el lugar es muy limpio y el ambiente es tranquilo. Recomendadísimo! Si volvemos :) Además el restaurante del edificio también estuvo super rico :D tienes opción a que te lleven pizzas o cualquier cosa de su menú al cuarto, todo rico y accesible.

Reviewed By jairhcastilloEl hotel es muy bonito y tiene muy buena atención. Las habitaciones son de tamaño aceptable y todo estaba en perfecto orden y limpieza. Quizá su único pequeño defecto, es que es un poco complicado encontrar estacionamiento.

Horrible service during COVID-19
Reviewed By 589glauciavMy family booked 5 rooms in January for April to attend Tepabril. Due to COVID-19 the fiestas in Tepa were canceled this year. We called the hotel to cancel our reservations and they refused to credit our account. They only agreed to re-schedule our stay, which we don't want to do, especially since there is a stay at home order in Mexico and COVID-19 cases are rising. This hotel does not offer refunds, but during this unprecedented time, we expect exception to that rule. All other hotels are making exceptions. As it is, during the month of April due to the fiestas this hotel charges double their normal rate. Customer Service is horrible! They lost all our future business and we will spread the word.

Reviewed By CerverobulcaNo un gran hotel, pero se ubica en el centro de Tepatitlan. El costo es algo caro no es barato. La habitación tienen vista al Palacio Municipal. Cama cómoda y dormible. Televisión de plasma con cable. Agua caliente y fría. No cuenta con aire acondicionado. El WiFi es deficiente. Tiene un restaurante en el último piso, se pone el reventón siempre.

Después de 10 horas de viaje y una reserva programada, su opción paga doble o vete!!! Lo cual nos dijo su recepcionista Judith Ramirez, confirmado por la Gerente Rosy Castillo y hasta por el dueño Agustín. Increíble la falta de seriedad, compromiso. Traigo niños y una persona de la 3a edad enferma. No les importa. De manera dolosa lo único que quieren es que pagues más, no dan soluciones, inclusive renococieron por la Gerente Rosy Castellanos y Judith Ramirez de recepción que les pasa bien seguido!!! cómo???? es eso aceptable en un hotel "serio"? Increíble!!! Como no había más hoteles, porque le dije si encuentras donde me quede con mi familia me voy, y no hubo claro, nos tuvimos que quedar ahí, PAGANDO MÁS! osea sin respeto y responsabilidad a la reservación hecha. Y pues, les dejo fotos del hotel que le falta mucha atención . Aaaaaaaaaaaaa y para rematar, su elevador no sirve y tu tienes que subir los 3 pisos las maletas cargadas por las escaleras...
