Shameful Rooms to let don‘t come here ever. Complete disgrace.
Reviewed By 853johndoeCan not begin to describe the level of disgrace. These people should not be in this business. The room and bathroom are very badly made, they are not soundproof and are far from the level of even an average room. We were charged an extremely high price for a two night stay and when we complained about the room, they did not accept to return us an amount as compensation. The place is a doghouse. Upon arrival we saw there was no reception, no breakfast area, no nothing! Such a place should not be allowed to operate and use deceitful and misleading photos and description to lure guests. They said that their photos are not misleading, but if anyone sees the photos and then actually comes to see it in person he/she will have a fit. The description says guesthouse when indeed it is mentioned as a two star hotel but one would not even give halph a star. The people who own and operate it should be ashamed of themselves. And for keeping our money! The fireplace has been covered internally with cement and is holding a metal wire on top. We were asked not to use many logs. The kindling for the fire was from furniture, even with screws! See photos! The sink in the bath is irregularly proportioned with the tap and one can not wash his/her hands. The door of the bathroom has been screwed with naked-eye screws. Of course the handle is not in position and when one tries to close the door of the bathroom it is very difficult to do so. The bathroom window seems it comes from a stable. One wants to leave immediately from this place. Don‘t spoil your weekend and free time to come here and stay. Avoid it at all costs. Unbelievably shameful…

Reviewed By jklivintravellerThe hotel owner and stuff gain 5 stars for their behaviour, politeness and service. They did inform us politely about the things we could do in the area. The breakfast was great and handmade. The suite was nicely decorated and designed, and I have to say that looking at the set during summer, I only wished I would go back during winter, when it will surely be absolutely fantastic-the scenery must match best during winter. After all, Trikala is more of a winter destination. The hotel owner was polite to the point that he insisted to send me an item I forgot in the room, on his expenses! He was great. Surely would go back, surely recommend it to others.

Reviewed By Χαρά ΕOur stay was wonderful, the staff was really friendly and polite and the unit even better that the pictures. We really enjoyed the fireplace and the jacuzzi. The breakfast was great and it was served in bed whenever requested. Well done.

Reviewed By KLouposThe personnel is very kind and helpful. The rooms are of adequate size and clean. the breakfast was not something special but was fresh and fine. We had some smoke from the fireplace into the room and there was a smoky smell overall in the room. One serious comments is the soundproofness of the rooms which was very basic and you could hear people in the next room even at speaking levels.

Reviewed By Sotiris Sstuff is friendly and family business and always looking to make the customer happy... breakfast is served in a room full of light but in the nearby hotel archontiko fiamegou about 5 mins on foot or 2 mins by car.However they can bring you the breakfast after your request soon in your room....the breakfast has good variety greek and european style and many of the offered food is homemade.... The breakfast in some cases is included in price... The room was full of light (EFTERPI) with a fantastic view from its balcony and quiet and v.clean (also cleaned and towels and sheets changed every day).The pillows were not so thick but we got thicker ones on request.The matress perfect.The only disadvantage was the low water pressure in the bathroom creating a little annoyance. There was also an easy to use fireplace but smoke was escaping inside the room and there was an annoying smell of ash after the use. There was free WIFI and free easy open parking inside the hotel.The taverns,shops were easily accessible by car within 10mins.....the countryside around fantastic....RELAXING AND TRANQUILE WEEKEND IN COMBINATION with ST valentine's day

Reviewed By Olga_TsampΕξαιρετική φιλοξενία και τοποθεσία. Οι φωτογραφίες το αδικούν. Συμβουλεύτηκα τα σχόλια από γνωστή σελίδα κρατήσεων καθώς εδώ δεν υπήρχαν. Μετά την διαμονή μας κατάλαβα πόσο δίκιο είχαν. Με την πρώτη ευκαιρία θα επιστρέψουμε!!
