Reviewed By Reut LWow, EVERYTHING!! Do yourself a favor and go specially to this place. The room were perfect, just like in pics, with everything we needed. If something were missing or we wanted extra, it's immediately got done. The view was perfect, wake up every morning to the beach, and by 2-5 min be in it. The restaurant/bar decorated so well and creative, such a pkeasent to sit there. But most of all, and more important than everything - The host. In all my years of traveling, I can count on one hand the absolutely amazing hosts, and Marko is one of them. Such a good person with a giant heart! He wanted everything for us will be perfect, gave us recommendations every day about different beach spot or restaurant, came specially for us to Zadar to take us, gave us tours in Sv. Fillip i Jackov and Biograd. We sat through the night on beers and kept talking. I am so glad and I am honored to meet amazing person like you, thank you for making my stay beyond everything I've ever expected!!

Na prvi pogled,smo bili sigurni da vlasnica kuće vodi dosta racuna o merama zastite protiv virusa...dezinficijenti za licnu i prostornu upotrebu su vidljivi od ulaska u kuću. Izuzetna ljubaznost,čistoća i prostor su učinili naš boravak nezaboravnim. Kuća sa apartmanom je na 100 m od Jadranske magistrale,zaklonjena od buke saobraćaja i dr.turističkih objekata. Udaljenost od mesnice oko 70m ,tgovine 150, mesne plaže 150m. Vredi istražiti i plaže u okolini...za svaku preporuku. After covid 19 spring :( and stay in Santini apt in Zagreb, we decided to spend a summer vacation in the apartment of the Santini family in a beautiful place Sv. Filip i Jakov, geographically well positioned. At first glance, we were sure that the owner takes care a lot about virus protection measures ... disinfectants for personal and space purpose use are visible from entering the house. Extraordinary kindness, cleanliness, space and see view made our stay unforgettable.The apartment has a nice view. The house with the apartment is 100 m from the Adriatic Highway, sheltered from traffic noise, etc. Distance from the butcher's shop about 70 m, shop 150 m, local beach 150 m. It is worth exploring the surrounding beaches ... for every recommendation.

Reviewed By Zuzina1Moc hezký apartmán (my konkrétně v patře 4+2 osoby) , v krásné udržované zahradě, s bazénem. Všude čisto, voňavo a klid. Personál ochotný, se vším poradí, pomůžou, majitelé hodní, příjemní lidé. Kousek do Biogradu na Moru, do Zadaru, výlety na Kornati, ostrov Pašman, Vranské jezero. Byla to moc hezká dovolená, vřele doporučuji.

super vacation, best apartment villa
Reviewed By Aleš Sshort: if you are lookimg for relaxing vacation, not too much nightlife and noise, the town is great to visit. the villa: the the villa is the only one with 4 stars rating. the villa is also the only one that you can true say that is a villa. it has his own pool. we stayed for 10 days, and i can say we will go there as soon as possible. very clean very friendly the price is awensome for what you get. trips: - Biograd town is only 20min foot away, 5min by car. i recommend to go on ferry that goes to Tkon (pašman island) it is a cheap boat tour - Zadar city is 30-40min away. i recommend to go to sea organ ( all the info is already on tripadvisor) overall rating 10 / 10

Reviewed By tReSeKeWe stayed here with 6 persons during the Vespa World Days in June 2015. The apartments are roomy and fully equiped (dishwasher, television, DVDplayer, luxuryshower,...). Our terrace had a superb view over the ocean and it's just a 2 minute walk to the sandy beach. The hostess, Vera, is a very friendly lady who made us feel like home. We could ask her anything and helped us in any way possible. She is the best asset to this apartment. It was a really nice stay and I would consider going back if I would be in the neighbourhood.

Nice view, very clean
Reviewed By Miroslav VNice and very clean this apartment is in the not long ago built multiapartment building. It has a number (one per apartment) of parking spaces and is located 5 minutes walking from the beach. Having the parking space in the apartment complex is a must here because there is nowhere else to park outside. Fully equipped kitchen with gas stove (well, with a few missing utensils like strainer and oven baking tray - I wonder how to use the oven without a baking tray) is small but can be used for preparing simple meals. The living room and one bedroom are climatized. Fre wi-fi is also available. The only thing that makes this apartment building a bit less attractive is actually its very location. It is placed near (15 meters) the state road D8 (also called the Adriatic tourist road). The road connects all (bigger) cities along the Croatian coast and is heavily used by both tourists and locals. Sleeping next to such a road can be quite a challenge. I guess one has to be used to a certain noise level in order to fall asleep without problems. Especially by night: if you close the window to reduce the noise, you have to turn on the air condition that also makes some noise; if you keep the window open in order to get some air and lower temperature then you have to deal with the traffic noise. It is hard to get some sleep in such conditions. Our apartment was on the top of the building and from the balcony we had great view to the sea and the island Pasman. The apartment owner is very kind, allways at customer's service and ready to help, if needed.

Great value large basic apartment
Reviewed By ThewanderingwinosWe had apartment 3, a large apartment with 2 double bedrooms, bathroom and small kitchen with a large balcony running around the outside and parking outside. We were only here for one night primarily to visit a friend nearby. There was absolutely nothing provided here apart from towels, no tea, coffee or even soap, I think it makes a different to guests to have a few basic things available for when they arrive. The bed we had wasn’t very comfortable as the mattress was really thin. There was no pressure to leave early the next day which was nice. Very reasonable amount for such a large apartment, very basic apartment, large outside space, lovely hostess. As long as you bring/buy all the stuff you need you will be fine, I didn’t mind the bed for one night but I wouldn’t have wanted to spend a long time here because of it.

Reviewed By Ines TWir waren ein paar Nächte in der Pansion Cirjak. Als junges Paar wollten wir etwas Entspannung und Ruhe genießen. Wir reservierten ein Zimmer mit Frühstück. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich begrüßt und haben auch einen Parkplatz bekommen. Davon gibt es genug (jedoch immer in der Sonne). Das Zimmer war ok, jedoch für den Preis sehr altmodisch ausgestattet. Die Möbel waren wie vom Sperrmüll. Das WC/Bad ist sehr sehr klein, in die Dusche passt eine Person die etwas Dicker ist sicher nicht rein. Das Klo war kaputt (Spülung ging nicht richtig). Klimaanlage war neuwertig und hat super funktioniert. Im Raum ist auch ein kleiner Kühlschrank und ein Fernseher. Im Kleiderschrank wurde ziemlich lange kein Staub gewischt. Unterm Strich war das Zimmer nichts besonderes aber wenigstens saubere Bettwäsche und Handtücher (die auch nicht die neusten waren). An der Wand stand Ruhe bis 8:00 Uhr Morgens. Jedoch haben wir ab 6 Uhr lautes Reden gehört, vom Personal und anderen Gästen. Lange schlafen ist also nix. Einen großen Punkteabzug gibt es für das Frühstück. Wir haben 10€ für das Frühstück bezahlt (pro Tag). Es war der Horror. Ein bisschen trockenes Brot, Salami, kalte gebratener Eier und etwas Wurst, etwas Milch, ein Stück Butter und eine Sorte Marmelade. Obst - nur ein paar alte Äpfel. Alles kalt und trostlos angerichtet. Zum Trinken gab es kalten Kaffee und einen supersüßen Orangensaft (eher Zuckerwasser) aus Fertigkonzentrat. Gläser gab es keine, nur Plastikbecher!!! Für 10€ hatten wir uns etwas anderes vorgestellt. Man kann sich etwas Mühe geben und alles schön anrichten und wenigstens Frisch vorbereiten. Das war die teuerste Scheibe Brot in unserem Leben. Danach haben wir das Frückstück für den restlichen Urlaub gestrichen. Jedoch wurde uns das am Ende verrechnet, erst nachdem wir gesagt haben, dass wir das Frühstück storniert haben, wurde uns per Kopfrechnen der neue Preis vermittelt und das dann wieder mit 5€ zu viel. Wir machen da sicher keinen Urlaub mehr. Für den Preis findet man sicher was moderneres und neueres.

The house offered a shared garden with grill & lounge chairs for your use.
