Hotel Hills located in Stará Lesná offers the power of nature combined with a high comfort. With welcoming atmosphere and supreme quality of services the hotel became one of the best and superior hotels of High Tatras and within the whole of Slovakia. Comfortable mountain stay
Reviewed By divinginheelsQuite s new hotel with well appointed rooms, close to many skiing resorts in the heart of the High Tatra mountains. We had half-board with amazing breakfast and culinary dinners with different these each evening. We loved the indoor pool and tge wellness center with different saunas and steam rooms. Attentive and service-oriented staff. Wonderful stay snd hope to be soon back!

Comfortable 4 star hotel with some “howevers”
Reviewed By mojmirbWell, how to start this review of this well located so as well equipped 4 star hotel… I don’t want to focus my feedback in a pesimestic way as this hotel is indeed very comfortalble. But there are some “howevers”. First of them is that if you ask for an earlier check in (despite your room has been already cleaned) you are required to pay an extra fee. Second “however” is that the hotel was not fully prepared for a golden week in its main season (between X-mass and New Year) as they did not manged a ski bus for guests (I was said that they normally manage such a service, but due to post pandemic opening they had not had enough time to manage… but I saw that several other hotels had). Last reservation is about its wellness. It is indeed very posh, well equipped (with quite big stainless steel pool, pool bar, several types of sauna, etc), however when you enter it at 4-5 PM, after a whole day skiing, and saunas are not prepared, one can ask whether they really captured the meaning of the words “wellness hotel” with which this hotel is labeled. I think that such experience is not acceptable, especially when this is indeed not a cheap hotel Not to be only complaining, its rooms (at least family room we stayed in) were really comfortbale, food offered within a half- board was very tasty and of very good choice and staff was friendly. Moreover the hotel has a cigar and cognac lounge. In case the occurances above did not happen, I would give my full recommendations and a five stars rating.

Peace and quiet - great for relaxing vacation
Reviewed By Bart_CamelSpend there few days as our part of Tatras trip in July. We have arrived with our teen son, it was not a problem for him, but overall hotel does not accept children - it's so called "adult friendly" hotel. Check in/check-out was pretty ok, although some of the staff member have issues with spoken English, but overall it was not a big issue for us. We had a 2-bedroom apartment, so it was spacious enough for all of us. Living room has a balcony, however it's shared with other rooms - just a remark related to privacy. Just a small remarks on cleanliness in the kitchenette - we needed to wash the wine glasses as there were some streaks on them - usually we don't have such issues. The best thing for us was a dining area - basically not crowded at all on breakfast and dinner, which was a great surprise, as there were a lot of guests anyway. Super friendly and professional staff during meals, also a bar staff were great. Hotel has also a wellness/SPA area - we used this few times and from our perspective - it was really good. Few saunas, jaccuzis, small swimming pool - all OK. Overall, I can definitely recommend the hotel - no matter if you look for a relaxing time, or do you some hiking - you will spend a great time there.

Perfect location
Reviewed By csabinnyuSorry for the late review. We stayed there in July 2015. Accommodation was great, staff were friendly, food was delicious (both breakfast and dinner). Pension is located not far from the frequented areas of High Tatras. Every must see (Strbske pleso, Stary Smokovec, Tatranska Lomnica) is within few kilometres. The wiew in clear weather conditions is absolutely breathtaking.

Reviewed By NadjaErlangenWe have spent weekend in hotel Lesana. I am surprised, but positively. Great position, spectacular view from our room. Clean, newly renovated rooms, could be little big bigger.Hairdryer poor quality, you can hardly to dry your hair. They should change it. Great facilities for kids, big indoor playgroung, our kids had fun there. New welness with saunas, two whirlpools and one exterior pool with warm salty water. Just have to point that the water in whirlpools was too hot. It is no need to be so hot. We have bought voucher with halfbord. Large choice at breakfast, plenty of food, you will choose what you need. The dinner in the first evening was tasty, we had goulash, but the portions could be a bit bigger. But next day it was much better. In the bar they dindt have any whiskey, nevertheless in the beverage menu they offer it. We really enjoyed the stay there. Kids were happy, they could play hours in the indoor place. We spent great weekend and for the price with that view.. Just perfect! Thanks Lesana :)

Amazing stay
Reviewed By Nitsan RA great place to stay in the tatra mountains! The hosts, Eva and Vlado are incredible, they will help you plan every part of your trip in the tatra mountains. The rooms are great, large, clean and comfortable, breakfast is really good. All in all, this was a great experience and we would definitely go there again, and so should you!
