The hotel is very nice, it’s very good located with all the facilities near by. It’s really nice to go out in the canal and walk around the river. The food is also good and the service helpful and good. Swimming pool and gym very good as well. Overall I would say amazing staycation.

Was travelling with my family. Room rate is acceptable. Room is clean. For location wise, it’s very convenient, very short distance walk to food market, shopping area, and also 7-11. The concierge is very friendly and helpful. Overall, it’s a great stay!

With unique balcony rooms that provide the comfort and warmth of home, Copthorne King's Hotel Singapore is the best family hotel to stay near Robertson Quay offering impeccable hospitality. We offer a landscaped outdoor pool, steam and sauna facilities and a garden terrace with stunning city views where you can experience the resort life right in the city!
We have had the worst service ever received by any hotel in our life. The staff was very rude, the service was pathetic, they dont have any potter service, they dont give any services apart from one time cleaning of rooms and if we ask for anything more apart from it they said no we dont provide and they dont even clean rooms properly. They had a partition outside which was covering some area. The partition had a broken wheel and kids were standing there and partition fell near our kid and thank god our child was not hurt. Instead of saying whether the kid is ok or not they shouted on us to control our kid and tell them not to roam around. Means is this the way you treat or give services. Highly disappointed

Great location as it's on the Quay and walking distance to bars and restaurants. Tiny room. Even tinier space for the toilet and shower. You can sit on the toilet and brush your teeth over the sink at the same time. Ha! Great air conditioning. Our room (608) has a good view of the Singapore River and CBD area. The double bed wasn't the most comfortable nor were the sheets very nice. No selection of English TV channels. No place to work - no desk or chair. Overall: if you don't plan on being in the room that much, it's not too bad for the price.

Not a bad stay at hotel Conforto. 2 nights I had here and the room was nice but right at front door near reception so handy for leaving quick but noisy with reception talking or bell going off when people come in. Not much privacy either as thin walls. But still nice enough room with tea, coffee and water. Staff were nice too .

Studio M Hotel is Singapore's first fully loft-inspired designer hotel. It means that we're big on style, and understand that it's kind of cool to stay in a space that feels like a contemporary stylish urban living. Whether you're travelling for work, leisure or a bit of good-old self-discovery, you can do so in style in a hotel that was once lauded as AsiaOne People's Choice Award for best Boutique Hotel. Designed by Italian style maestro and architect, Piero Lissoni, Studio M Hotel Singapore offers contemporary living spaces in which one can work, rest and play.
oom not ready even at 5pm, but staff Amanda was very apologetic and offered drinks voucher while waiting, As she was really nice, so decided to be a nice guest and just wait. The queue area is a bit confusing at the front desk. While there is a sign indicating a queue, however, people are coming from all directions and just queue randomly anywhere they like as the sign is not very visible. The queue management should be improved. Room wise basic but well maintained, and although there were a bit of musky smell, else nothing bad really.

We spent a month in Singapore and stayed at Park Avenue Clemenceau Apartments. Fantastic location. Our self contained, serviced apartment had everything we needed - so much more than we expected. It was very spacious, the big bed was so lovely at the end of our adventures each day and a lovely pool to relax in. The friendly staff were incredibly helpful with all of our needs and queries. The best thing was the housekeeping. We had Mui Ling ensuring we had what we needed. She was very generous with her time and became somewhat of a personal travel guide. She checked on where we wanted to go and provided us with transport tips, special places to visit. She even reminded us to drink plenty of water. We had so many amazing adventures, ate the most amazing food and were able to experience eating with the locals as well as enjoying the vast array of foods. We ended our trip with a night river cruise and high tea locally. Mui Ling even gave us tips for finding our way around the airport - another amazing adventure. Thank you to the staff at Clemenceau, but particularly Mui Ling - we didn't miss out on anything in beautiful Singapore :) :) Linda and Shane

This Hotel is under contract with the Singaporean government and will cancel your booking if they need your room. This fact needs to be mentioned before a booking is made. I can't believe how unprofessional management at this Hotel are.
