Not luxury but very relaxing
Reviewed By KBorowiakI was looking for place like this to have some rest while driving long distances. Cities are to loud or food is terrible. Here is perfect. Quiet neighborhood. Horses just few meters from your window. Great selection of food for breakfast. As I said this place is very nice and very tidy but not luxury. From the other hand why you would need that. Place is beautiful.

Nice and quiet
Reviewed By Jan WSmall and nice hotel with few rooms. We got a very large room with 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. Very clean and fresh. The town is very small but nice. A canal is close with a lock. One can walk or bike along the canal.

Amazing hotel
Reviewed By nathaliejelWe highly recommend this hotel! It has so much charm, the staff is very helpful and kind, the breakfast is to die for and the setting is absolutely beautiful. This old farmhouse has been updated and modernized all while keeping its charm. It's rustic and romantic and very cozy and clean. We look forward to going back!

Reviewed By cinbkkOur standard double room was provided with working desk and a big, clean bathroom. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were lumpy. Our view was the wall of the church next door. We weren't bothered by the church bells that rung every half hour. The excellent, included breakfast was quite varied with different types of cornflakes, and breads, with meats and cheese, yoghurt, fruits, coffee tea etc. The staff was very hospitable, and we had to wait just a short time to check in on their day off.

Nice and cosy hotel!
Reviewed By ReneGudvangenThis review don't have the 5 starts because some little issues like the maid open the room when I was inside in underwear or the breakfast (that have more less variety but not the best). Any way the stay was wonderfull, the room was charming, the restaurant have good beers and specially the attention of Cristina was TOP. She was all the time helpfull, professional and with a smile in the face even if I was the last guest in the bar. Highly recommendable place!

Reviewed By Petra BWir waren für eine Nacht in diesem netten und liebevoll gestalteten Landhaus. Sehr idyllisch mit dem Pferdestall, welcher aber keineswegs stört. Zimmer leise und sauber...frühstück ausreichend. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit...wir kommen sicher wieder!

Very quaint bed and breakfast
Reviewed By SANDRA MWe stayed at Altes Rittergut some years ago after the Mercure cancelled our reservations on a business trip. At first we wondered where we were going as we arrived at night and drove out to the country. The family very kind and accommodating considering our late arrival. The gardens are quite lovely and I enjoyed the artwork. The house has the most beautiful antique furniture. The guest rooms are clean and decor quaint. The guests are looked after by the Honorary consul of Kyrgyzstan and her family who own the Bed and Breakfast. Our stay was pleasant! It may be a very late thank you but thank you from your Jamaican guests. Next time we visit we will bring some more Jamaican coffee.

Katastrophe
Reviewed By LECKTMICHAMBillige Absteige.Zimmer sind zwar renoviert, aber auf Toilette bekommt man die Tür an den Kopf. Reinigung findet fast gar nicht statt. In meinem 5-wöchigen Aufenthalt wurde nur 2x die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher gewechselt. Der Papierkorb wochenweise gar nicht gelehrt.Der Fußboden nicht einmal gesaugt. Der Fernseher hatte ständig keine Verbindung mit dem Receiver. Ausländische Monteure wurden bevorzugt behandelt,da es von ihnen anscheinend keine Beanstandungen gab. Es gab einen Kochraum mit 3 Herden,wovon nur 2 funktionierten und das Wasser war auch ständig kalt zum abwaschen. Töpfe oder Pfannen waren ebenfalls nicht vorhanden. Die Kochmöglichkeit konnte quasi nicht genutzt werden,weil sie aufgrund der hohen Belegung zu klein ist. Ebenso gab es ein hohes Konfliktpotenzial,welches sich durch laute Streitereien äußerte. Das Hotel war im ganzen sehr laut.Der einzige Pluspunkt war die W-LAN Verbindung welche durch Restart des Routers ganz gut war.
