Upscale hotel in nice area
Reviewed By mes227Close to great restaurants, easy access to the metro, nice neighborhood for walking. The hotel is relatively new and well staffed. Also some nice restaurant and bar options inside the hotel. As one other commenter noted the elevator system is a bit of a maze and the resturant names and locations are confusing (for example, the "roof top bar" is on the 4th floor, well below the top.) Staff was very friendly and helpful. I was hear twice on the same trip, a few days apart. The first time I got a "Wonderful" class room with two double beds (I like the extra bed to layout my stuff). The room was large and comfortable, with a large desk-type table attached to one wall which I very much appreciated. The lighting is odd, though, and with literally every light in the room turned on it was still a little dark (and turning on all the lights takes some time as the switches are poorly thought out). But I did like the room, and the be was very comfy. The second time they gave me a single queen bed (though my reservation was for two doubles). This room was smaller but still fine and the queen bed was also comfortable. But unlike the first room where everything worked, this one had a series of problems: The single spot light over the desk flickered enough to be a problem, but with some patience and experimenting I could fine the one spot on the dimmer where it didn't flicker but it also didn't put out enough light. I asked for maintenance, and the very nice woman who arrive to look at it said it's normal (it is not) and that was that. The toilet was a problem - the cubby for the toilet was oddly long and the light at the wrong end so when I stood to pee I actually could tell if I was hitting my target (lights in generally are poorly laid out at the W). And when I first used that cubby the door was stuck so firmly I had to use both hands and much of my 193 pounds to open it. The faucet handle for the sink were very tight and moved in jumps so I could never get the flow or mix of hot and cold right. Basically a lot of little things they got wrong which in a cheaper hotel wouldn't be noteworthy. But here they are.

Reviewed By 121beatricehI stayed 1 week in the hotel alone and it was perfect. People are really kind and adaptable. The spa is really clean and the roof top is great (the swimming pool was not heated). The transfert from and to the airport was also ok. The place and the area are perfect to live and discover Providencia. I have no comment on the restaurant as I did not use it.

The staff here went above and beyond and the hotel was spotless. I also really enjoyed both restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

The air conditioning didn't cool, called for help 3 times, finally maintenance came, tried to tell me that 29 degrees celcius was OK....NOPE. finally after arguing, fixed it and cooled off room. no bueno

Location is amazing - right by Avenue Providencia which is a nice street with plenty of restaurants and stores. They offer a shuttle service from/to the airport as well (for a fee). Definitely recommend this hotel!

Breakfast menu needs updating and rotating on a daily basis. Basically had the same breakfast for the three days I was there.

Rude Staff and Room Smelled

Upon exiting one morning while trying to open the door, I was yelled at by a staff member very rudely and loudly. It was unacceptable to speak to a guest that way. The housekeepers start very early and are incredibly loud. I would not stay here again.

Safe and clean

Price value im judging on luxury and was real fair, in the states a nightly rate would be around 120.00 a night and i paid 85.00 a night. Great helpful staff..always friendly. The restaurant in the hotel is ok but overall convenient. The surrounding areas arent the safest to venture out to. If you need a rapid pcr, they provide a discount card for 10% which is nice. Overall.. I give it a 9 out of 10. The indoor pool and gym is a plus.

Nice modern hotel with a view from bar on top
Reviewed By petr bRooms are nice, price is reasonable. However, the restaurant on top serves hopeless and hopelessly overpriced food. You may find it worth for the view. In the area we found no decent restaurants, but it is next to metro station and uber is cheap. It is far from the centre Reception procedures are lengthy and complicated. As we were attempting to checkout, there was a short (but interminable) queue, attended by FOUR reception staff. One was there just to be nice and calming to the queuing guests, one was checking guests out, one was checking in (BUT there was nobody to check in, so she was temporarily unemployed) and the forth one (clearly senior) was viewing the other three to see if they were performing their specific tasks. After a long wait we gave up after the promise from the nice guy that we will get the bill by email (we are still waiting for this....) We had to remind the cleaners to clean the floor of the room three times
