Very good family vacation
Reviewed By Angelo TIt was our second time at the hotel were we had been 2 years ago. We had agood experience then and a better one this year when we found what we didn't like improved. The position is beautiful and the residence is almost new. The sand beach is at the beginning of a very long one and a little bit overcrowded but very good for familys with kids that can play in the very low water without big worries. Any room has his own parasol and two sunloungers. The pool is clean, relatively warm, whit very nice grass and a few threes. The rooms are big, comfortable and very quite. Cleaning is very good and service very helpful. The food is between good and very good. The buffet is always very good with local products. The main courses were good but because the dishes were served like in a buffet the cook had always to prepare pastas a little bit "rare" to avoid overcooking. Meat and fish dishes were good and ingredients were very good. Bakery was always very good while breakfast was ok based on sweets as usual in Italy. The hotel had a group of entertainers that worked with training (everything between acquagym to yoga), activities and games, entertainment at the evening and childcaring during the day (and evening with babydance). We enjoyed them all and wish to thank Federica, the two Andrea and first of all Lorenzo for the very good job they all did.

Korkean kukkulan reunalta on alueen upeimmat maisemat ja ympäristö on hiljainen ja rauhallinen. Mariella ja Laura leipovat mitä herkullisimmat suolaiset ja makeat herkut aamiaiselle. Aamiaisbuffet onkin todella laadukas ja valikoima vaihtuu päivittäin. Paras aamiainen koko italian matkallamme! Talossa on paljon rescue-koiria ja kissoja. Sekä kanala. Eläimet ovat rauhallisia ja viihtyvät omissa oloissaan, ei tarvitse pelätä. - - - I could move in here! This lovely country house is situated on a side of a high hill. Calm and beautiful surrounding, pretty garden and outstanding view! Mariella and Laura are welcoming and friendly. They bake the best salty and sweet pastries for the breakfast. Buffet is rich and changes daily. The best breakfast in Italy! There are some rescue dogs and cats. Cute and well behaving. No need to be scared.

We used traditional materials, simple as stone, wood, iron, with custom-made furniture.All the rooms have been renovated, adjusting the taste of tradition with the services of a modern hotel.
Lovely villa
Reviewed By Georgiana LAmazing villa with a medieval feel, everything looked brand new and the room we had was truly royal style. It was huge and the bed was made for kings ;) we loved it so much! The hostess was amazing and in the morning she offered us a rich breakfast with lots of choices! The villa had amazing views from the terrace across the mountains and the sea and it was set in a scenic village.

Great location, accommodations and service
Reviewed By wendy oThe owner Gieuseppe, and all of his staff, were very attentive to our requests and needs. They were patient and accommodating. The rooms were clean, the breakfast every morning was very filling and good. The shuttle service was very pleasant and the groundskeeper brought out the beach furniture when we went out to sit on the beach overlooking the sea. Gieuseppe assisted us with directions and contacts for tracing our family roots. I split a 2 bedroom apartment with my relatives and I feel we received very good value for our money.

Simply wonderful
Reviewed By GyrCopenhagenWe knew we'd arrived somewhere special when our host Giuseppe and his family welcomed us with a cup of coffee and cakes in front of a 270 degree panorama of the Cilento coastline, the picturesque seaside town of Acciaroli beneath us. Throughout our four-night stay we were treated to large, sumptuous breakfasts, including fresh honey straight from the honeycombs in Giuseppe's brother's hives up the hill. Agriturismo Le Agavi is stylishly furnished, peaceful, impeccably clean and a delightful retreat on one of Italy's lesser known rivieras. It is easily reached in less than 10 minutes by car up the mountain from the clean, wide, blue-flagged beach that stretches north from Acciaroli. Giuseppe and his family are charming and helpful and we could not have asked for more from our stay. The sole disappointment was our inability to find anywhere to rent bicycles (we had planned to explore the hills on two wheels). But the hospitality, tranquility and show-stopping views, including sunsets over the distant island of Capri, more than compensated. This is a place - and a region - to come back to. We certainly intend to.
