“Hotel Elite House” The Hotel “Elite House” is located in the center of Mestia. Where you are able to meet the traditional lifestyle of the mountain area. You’ll be enchanted with the landscapes, the oldest towers and also the mountain “Tetnuldi”, “Banguriani” and “Laila”,which is perfectly seen from the hotel balconies. The hotel “Elite House” consists of 17 Rooms and Restaurant . The visitors of the hotel “Elite House” will be hosted by the local cooks . The visitors will be able to get the taste of the traditional dishes of Svaneti. Tasting traditional and amazingly delicious dishes, having the glass of wine and watching the wonderful and beautiful landscapes of Mestia will really make your evening unforgettable.
A welcoming place in Mestia
Reviewed By nrvsI stayed at Elite House for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. It's located very close to the center of town, but it's away from the main street with most vehicle traffic so it's pretty quiet. My room and bed were comfortable and I enjoyed the balcony overlooking some smaller mountains on the edge of town. My only complaint about the room is that there was a bit of a smell from the bathroom drains, but this isn't something that can be fixed without completely redoing the building's plumbing. The best part about Elite House is Marina, the person you'll see most often. She absolutely wants to make sure your stay in Svaneti is great. She cooks a huge breakfast (15 GEL, totally worth it) and showed me where I could do my laundry (15 GEL as well—AND they have a dryer). She was also able to call a guy she knew to drive me in his 4x4 for a day trip to Ushguli. Marina doesn't speak English, but I had no trouble communicating with her using Google Translate and gestures. There are probably a hundred guesthouses and hotels in Mestia, but I am really glad I chose to stay at Elite House.

Reviewed By ingzoneWe were staying in Teo's Guest House who referred us to Keti Margiani Guest House that offers breakfast for only 15 lari per person. One young lady who speaks English fluently welcomed us with warmth and even offered to see the terrace for the beautiful morning view of Mestia. Her mother cooked the fresh delicious food, we could not believe that she prepared a LOT that we could barely finish. What was left in the table she insisted for us to take away. Truly love the hospitality here compared to Tbilisi.

Highlight of our Georgia trip
Reviewed By john zCan't say enough good things about this hotel. The only really comfortable and well-run place to stay in Mazeri, a quiet alternative to touristy Mestia and disappointingly dirty Ushguli. Location is superb with views to Mount Ushba and the southern Caucasus range. The lovely cook Temona kept producing fresh bread every day and lovely cakes which she forced upon us. Huge packed lunches kept us going on day hikes. Dinners were devine and room extremely comfortable. We stayed three days, spent a night in Mestia and came back for another four. Mazeri being superior in every way for scenery and the amount of day hikes. Would recommend Mount Mazeri and the ruins of Gul village and well as meadow bashing to the villages below Mazeri. Only hiccup was the driver not turning up to take us to Mestia for the early morning bus but we made it anyway.

No ptoblem to leave car on nearby city parking. Comfy beds. Everything is walking distance.Local cinema and restauranta are perfect and just few minutes walk downhill. I definetly recommend thus place for few days while explire Usghuli and Mestia. Eka is good to arrange trips to Usghuli village. She speaks good English.

The food was very good, but what I enjoyed the most was the excellent service provided by all the employees. All were very professional, food was delicious, atmosphere and views from the rooftop was great and prices are very good.

Located in center of Martvili in Samegrelo Zveno-Svaneti Region, 40 km from Kutaisi, 270 km From Tbilisi, 135 km from Batumi- 300 meters from the Martvili bus station. The nearest airport is Kutaisi International Airport, 30 km from the property. We Have WiFi and free parking on site. There are two trade centers, two fast food and restaurant near by. There are a lot of touristic attractions around: 1. Martvili Canyon 2. Okatse Canyon 3. Abasha Waterfalls 4. Prometheus cave 5. Sataplia Cave 6. Museum of local lore 7. Bagrati Cathedral we have guides, cars and we are arranging tours upon request.

Cosy rooms, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, inviting lounging area, cosy garden for outdoor dinning. Everything is very nice and clean. Great quality WiFi. The food was great! The host was very friendly and helpful, his hospitality exceeded all our expectations. He made us feel like we were staying at a friends rather than just a guest house and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a happy and memorable one. We were very happy with our stay!

My friend told me about this hotel and it overcame my expectations about this hotel and restaurant which was on forth floor of the hotel , there was a lot of Georgian foods which was sublime for our stomaches especially their special dish "Taste of samegrelo" there was also draft red wine which also was on spot thank you Iberia palace and your staff for giving us such great experience we love you. The hotel is located in the centre of Mestia-- the Seti neighborhood. The hotel, where traditional and modern design styles are well incorporated, offers high quality services and comfortable 18 rooms with provate bathrooms.
An OK place to stay in a fantastic area
Reviewed By Fowl666The hotel is very close to the centre of Mestia, with the other side of the coin being dogs and raucous people on and off in the night: not ideal for light sleepers. The compensation it has comfortable (although small) rooms, is friendly and a good jumping-off point for the fantastic experience of being in Sveneti and for more local attractions such as the superb museum. Breakfast is fine and they have discovered porridge. They are expanding their enterprise, so the rooms may be larger in future.
