Reviewed By Wander45417916531It was a business trip. Hotel is average. Rooms are not that spacious. They provide free wifi for their guests. Personally i didn’t like the staffs behaviour. Pretty average hotel. Though the lobby interior and hotel exterior looks fantastic.

Reviewed By 416nehabThe rooms are spacious and clean. Love the closed balcony like area they have which provides space for keeping bags or even sitting. The hotel staff is very nice and cordial. The only thing is that thr hotel is not located in the central part of Sambalpur and is about 5 kms away from sambalpur junction. Overall we had good stay

Reviewed By SSDelhiI booked 3 rooms (later booked one more) as it was rated the top most hotel in Sambalpur. Hopes were decent as it is a part of the Royal Orchid Hotel Chain. The hotel, we were told, is a relatively new construction, but it was poorly managed with marks on walls, dirty bed linen, small rooms, average breakfast. It did not at all, meet the expected standard.

Fried dough breads which has been kneaded last night or maybe earlier. Just two fruit options. 3. Serving idlis rockhard without any chutneys. When you ask for chutney, they start acting like is it a combination? 4. Most unprofessional front office staff. Waste on earth. He doesn't want to work . Always occupied with phone ignoring guests. 5. Set top box (TV) account suspended. Shuffling across rooms is a normal practice. 6. Slow laundry service. Delivered other room's clothes to my room. 7. Dirty old linen . Looks like they haven't changed it since last year. 8. Really bad slum view out of my room main window. Please find attached pictures.

Great hotel at a reasonable cost
Reviewed By bikashjenaSingle occupancy AC room Rs 1568 inclusive of breakfast.rooms neat and clean,no disturbance.Very effective carrier AC.Complimentary breakfast was very filling,2 idli with masala dosa,coffee,fruit juice tropicana or omlette or 2 boiled eggs with 4 slice of bread butter jam juice coffee.I had it in their restaurant,very neat clean,good service with comfortable AC.Dont expect room with view in sambalpur.Frankly quite a dirty city.But this hotel along with others is in the central part of the city,with shops medical stores and auto rickshaw facilities which are the sharing type if you do not have your own car.Hotel has good parking space.Hotel is behind their clothes shop which is fairly big.Frankly a happy experience.I was in room 304.Only thing I could not figure out from where the cigarette smell was coming from,maybe from the bathroom exhaust or maybe a smoker had stayed in the room.

It's little overpriced and lot of things are missing at this price. Property area is vast but not that standerd and also maintenance is ok type only. The only thing they have is good vast space but garden and all need to be maintained properly. My room cattle was very dirty and when I ask to replace they give me one which is not working. I again complain but no response then i left as it's is and complain at entrance then he provide me complimentary tea that was good. Next washroom dustbin not opening by leg have to open by hands what a pity. Food too much costly taste is good but not worth that high price. Complementary breakfast was good but less options again cost cutting by them. Overall might be a good experience but somewhere the management fails to deliver me
