We decided to stay at the airport the night before to avoid a 2:00am drive to Detroit. The convenience of the parking situation drew us as well as my being a Hilton Honors member. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the facility, and the friendliness of the staff! Thanks Hilton, this is why I have been an Honors member since 2002!

My flight was delayed tonight and my buddy and I came here for drinks while we waited for our flight. Lynn organized a shuttle for us to and from the airport, and Stephanie took such great care of use at the bar. Love them, great customer service!!!! Definitely come here if you have a delay!

Older Hampton hotel but clean
Reviewed By N_Racing56Older hotel but clean. Front desk was very nice at check in and check out. At check in this was the only Hampton that offered free water. Breakfast was the usual Hampton style. You could hear planes from the room but not loud. The one elevator didn’t display the floor so you had to look where you were before getting off.

I was traveling alone with my 5 year old who suddenly got very sick in the middle of the night. I had nothing in the hotel room to help with the situation, and she went over and above to help us get what we needed.

Extremely disappointing
Reviewed By pf859Stayed because it was close to the airport. Seemed fine until 2 weeks later i received a $100 parking fine in the mail. The person who checked me in forgot to ask if i had a car. My license plate was flagged and sent to a 3rd party collection service. When i called the hotel and spoke with the manger i was told "yes this happens all the time". They promised to have it resolved. Several weeks later its still not resolved. I won't stay there again. Extremely disappointed with the lack of customer support ..

Tamara was working front desk and she was such a calming influence and she immediately helped us out and accommodated us in the most excellent manner. We were about to leave and book another hotel until she took care of this. She was outstanding. The hotel is beautiful and we are so happy we stayed. Thank you Tamara!

We had nine kids we wanted to have eat a quick breakfast before we headed to the airport I would have rather paid for the breakfast than have no breakfast at all they had cereal but no milk, not much else

Getting into the ages
Reviewed By TomLe68Stayed in this hotel one night with business people. The hotel is getting into the ages. Overall it was ok. Breakfast was sooo disappointing. I had oatmeal which had no taste at all. It took 30min to prepare it. My business partner warned me because he stayed a few nights. The breakfast just takes very long to get. Better bring time. The dinner was good and very tasty.
