Central London's just a hop, skip and a jump away when you stay at Premier Inn Hotel London Romford (Mercury Gardens). But don't forget Romford's got its own thing going on too, with lots of fun and entertainment, not to mention a buzzing nightlife. From chart toppers at the O2 to record breakers at the Olympic Park, there are plenty of things to see and do while you're here. Don't miss some great shopping at Westfield Stratford City, or go into town for all the shops and attractions of the West End. After a busy day come back to great food at our Beefeater restaurant and a lovely comfy bed.
Everything is ok, but the rooms are dusty. Give a good clean before the guest arrive. Other then that is a good place to stay. I will recommend this place. Good customer service. Got free car park. If it’s a buffet breakfast it will be even better..

Welcome to Harefield Manor, a quality hotel with competitive prices. The main reception of the hotel lends itself to a Victorian House, originally built in 1881, one of the most prestigious buildings in the Essex area. The hotel has 53 en-suite bedrooms; all the rooms are comfortable and well equipped. More importantly, the housekeeping team pays particular attention to cleanliness, comfort and upkeep throughout the hotel. Harefield Manor's on-site restaurant, I Paparazzi Ristoranto Italiano, is renowned for its excellent cuisine and has won many accolades to sustain this factor. The restaurant has a range of menus, a fine a la carte menu complimented by a specially selected wine list plus the great value Special Acclaimed Set Menu or just choose from the snack menu and a quick drink in the bar or garden.
Was truly truly awful. Service - none existant and what did occur was rude and couldn't care less. No food Poor bar area. Tired and dated bathroom from at least the 80s Nosy room. Noisy everything. Unclean and grubby The breakfast was truly truly awful.

It has only just been brought to my attention that my review was not uploaded. I do not complain about my stays, there are always positive things to say about every review I write.... accept this one. Before a negative post I tried to contact the property, no answer, am actually taking my business to the complaints team. No contact information provided worked for them, x2 telephone numbers and and email address, all wouldn’t allow. We had nowhere to turn since they’d turnt off the emergency contact number. We checked in and had to continue about our work, returned and upon inspection was the WORST state we have EVER experienced. Luckily messages can’t carry smells! We have very very low standards but since having to provide extra details to prove our key worker status we are NOT happy. It was literally so awful I slept in my vehicle! There are bugs behind the fridge, hairs in the double bed... that bed hadn’t been changed, the tv is dusty (gone to pull it out from the wall and covered in dust), there is a bag of rubbish in the wardrobes as I’ve gone looking for a hair dryer and a TERRIBLE stench we found upon first arrival. After inspection on our second and final visit, it was the kettle! Went for a cup of tea, the kettle wouldn’t boil so inspected it to find thick green mould and a terrible stench coming from inside it. Looked as though someone had cooked in it (some weeks ago) and it hasn’t been cleaned. I’m sorry but I wouldnt stay in a place like this for free! Very upset as this was our ‘life saver’ ended up staying in my car! This place is NOT covid nor human safe! Again, I like businesses to have their chance to redeem themselves and support them any which way I can, but this was SHOCKING, especially during a pandemic. People were smoking in the room, ash and fag butts all over the window sills, on check in one of us mentioned the smell of smoke, the guy shrugged and apologised that the previous people had been smoking. My review was dismissed on several occasions on the booking.com website, giving me the impression that they pick and choose what reviews they upload.

Having used P Inns for a number of stays over the last 6 months for work this one does rate up there, a smaller P Inn with some friendly and very helpful staff, Viru the chef was accommodating and cooked some food I asked for to order and over my 4 day stay was helpful and smiley each morning, I try to use P Inn when I stay awayhowever some days the cost is not as cost reflective as I would like and I do understand supply and demand but overall value for money. Many thanks Barrie

Visited this hotel for a weekend break whilst visiting our son. The room we had was excellent, large bedroom and bath/shower room, large size bed, very white bedding and soft towels. Room had a microwave and fridge in it with knives, forks, spoons, bowls and plates, tea, coffee and a kettle. Couldn't fault anything. Easy to park and staff very friendly and helpful. Have booked again.

Just arrived back after a great weekend break in Romford. We were in the area for football in London plus meeting with new tenants at a property I own in the area. We arrived to a very welcoming greeting from Prash the owner.Parking was great just outside. Our room was lovely with a massive bed and a very clean bathroom. The shower was also really powerful. The Guest house is a great position, 10/15 minute walk to Romford Station. 7/8 minute walk to Romford market plus good pubs. We had room only but Prash recommended North Street cafe which we already knew about. Fantastic breakfast and great staff. We will definitely stop here again due to location and cleanliness. Thanks Prash ?
