The key facilities are plenty of car park, room with private bathroom, fridge, tv, air con…… However, you will need a car to stay. There is no 7-11 near the hotel. I love free coffee in the morning and closed to many local attractions if you have a car. Highly recommended

Comfortable experience
Reviewed By sydneysteveLocated on the outskirts of town with plenty of parking if you have your own vehicle. Reception staff friendly and helpful albeit little english but with my little Thai they were happy to arrange my taxis and tuk tuks. My Standard double room was of a decent size. Enough hanging and storage space. Everything worked fine, good lighting but unfortunately no english channels on the television. Lack of western tourists I guess. Buffet breakfast was included with my room although it is mainly aimed toward Asian food (eggs and hotdogs for me). No restaurant for lunch/dinner but there is a Thai restaurant diagonally across the road which is very popular with local people. I had dinner there both nights, meals slightly higher prices but the food is good. Enjoyed my stay.

It wasn't the White House
Reviewed By BlabbottThe hotel is a real value. You won't be wowed by the place, but you can get a good night sleep here in a clean room at a very low price. I can't comment on the free breakfast because we left early when all that was available was toast. I will say that to even offer a free breakfast and wifi at this price is a pleasant surprise.

good value and convenient
Reviewed By parickbeststayed here for a couple of nights. While the hotel is basic, its clean and friendly No coffee or tea in rooms, but bottled water free. Beds are a bit hard, Thai style, but not too bad breakfast is simple, Thai food, with coffee, toast and fried eggs for foreigners Its tucked away down a small soi ( street) but very convenient for the local bars and restaurants, with the main eating area ( 101 bar) only 500 meters away 3 minutes dive down to the big lake with all its bars and restaurants there, and the shopping plaza only a couple of minute more For the price and location, good value and will use again next time i visit

A wonderful home away from home
Reviewed By Thomas HThis place is a hidden gem, there is no other place like this in the area. The owners, a lovely swiss-thai family, carved themselves out a little slice of paradise. The grounds are relaxed and beautiful with buffalos roaming around wich is a great sight to wake up to in the morning. The food (Thai&Western) is tasty and reasonably priced. There are abundant facilities especially compared to other options in the wide area. I will come back next time!

good place to break your trip
Reviewed By Peter BStayed 2 nights as friends live nearby,rooms are clean bed comfortable.The staff are helpful although english is not their forte.I found them to be helpful as there was always one member around whose english is ok.We had a minor problem with shower in our room so we were transferred to another room with apologies it was not a problem to them .The food is good basic thai or western food is available as well. The pool set up is great if you have children will keep them occupied for awhile so you can relax.

Other services and facilities include 4 different sizes Seminar and Function Rooms with capacity ranging from 30 to 400 people, with matching parking spaces, specialist Chinese & Japanese Restaurants and a Coffee Corner. The hotel is also situated close to exits to main roads-leading to tourist destinations, major towns and cities in the north-eastern provinces of the country. Roi-Et Airport is only 20 minutes away from the hotel. Transfer services between airport and hotel can be provided with some advance notice.
A renovation done well …
Reviewed By jarusutthirakRenovation of the old Mai Thai hotel is a success. Everything was ripped out and made new. Rooms are nice (compared to Phetcharat Garden where i lived for 10 years, they are Excellent), inventory fresh and the only thing i really miss, is a safe in the room. The staff is very helpful, although the (missing) amount of english language may be an issue to some. The only thing that others could be missing, would be a pool and a pool area. A bar is not present, but the next bar is less than 100 meters away. The hotel has a japaneese restaurant attached, but there are a plethora of different restaurants within walking distance.

Great place, but far
Reviewed By TubeGuyOttawaI had a great stay here. Very friendly staff, and extremely quiet at night, given the remote location. Room was very clean, Thai style bathroom, firm bed and everything worked. Only complaint is that it is far from everywhere.

Reviewed By susume724このホテルの敷地内にある海鮮料理店。瀟洒な内装で生バンドがある。店の名前はอิสานเลียปาก（この名ではヒットしなかった） 大きな生ガキが５つ。ロブスター一匹。カニハッポンカレー。 ビールしこたま飲んで円換算6千円ほどでコスパ由。 こんな貧しいとされるイーサンの小都市。しかも海から離れている。ローイエットの富裕層がいっぱい来てました。
