This hotel has a Four Star rating. It is , however, the worst hotel we ever stayed in. Small dark room, stifling with no air conditioning. The bathroom had no shampoo or bodylotion. The socalled garden was furnished with uncomfortable furniture. The staff unprofessional.

Nice place in the city center of Ried. Very friendly stuff and also very helpful regarding food and all the other stuff, which is pretty complicated during Covid19 lock-down. But we fould a solution! Clean and nice rooms with a small sweet on your cozy bed.

The hotel itself is clean, however the service was from a horror show. The owner accused us of trying to steal from him, although in reality he just thought the payment was going through Booking.com and since no one was present at the reception during the time of our arrival, nor during the time of our checkout, there was no way we could have known he wanted us to pay directly. The owner then acted arrogantly and wasn't willing to admit his mistake. I do not recommend staying there.

This place was so fun, warm, delightful rooms with historical touches, great staff !! It was a hike up there on our bikes, but it is set in a beautiful center courtyard with businesses and beautiful buildings. We sat outside with mostly locals and got great service and good food from the owners. Just my favorite place on the trip !!

We thought this place is brilliant! We drove through from UK on our route to Croatia, it's situated perfectly next to a main road but far enough to give you the feel of being in the country. The kids loved walking to see the tractors and animals after a long drive in the car. Rooms are a touch dated but immaculately clean and showers were perfect. We had dinner on arrival, food was good and reasonably priced. Breakfast came included with our rooms. Loads of different fresh breads and coffee. It's a family run place with a friendly host. We would definitely stay here again.

A few miles off the motorway just inside Austria, on the top of a bluff, a craglet, overlooking the River Inn; I was given what must have been the best room in the house, two storeys up with a balcony from which the river and the valley town were visible. Not a bit of noise, and a soft comfy mattress (if your back requires something firm, be warned), and the room was immense and impeccably clean, the fixtures in excellent simple taste, the huge en-suite bathroom had underfloor heating (toiletries: Two film-wrapped plastic cups and a cake of soap, but at least you're not paying for a shower bonnet that you'll never use)... Moderately good WiFi access, with slowish downloads in the early evening, as if others in the area were competing for bandwidth, that sped up by early morning. Then downstairs into the restaurant, where I ate an impeccable meal: A dill-scented rich cream potage with the tiniest of dumplings, followed by Tafelspitz (boiled beef) with crispy-fried onion and potato and Semmelkren. What an eye-opener! I'd never before had Tafelspitz that earnt its sobriquet, "head of the table", best dish in the house -- but this cut was so wonderfully cooked, so tender, so flavourful, that I finally understood what Tafelspitz is meant to be. And Semmelkren, a revelation: This is what bread sauce will become when it grows up and meets horseradish, acquires a theme, a purpose, a mission. Brilliant! Then, the next morning... along with the bottomless cup of strong, strong coffee, the feather-light rolls and broad-shouldered brown bread, the sliced meats and cheese and cucumbers and tomatoes, the yogurts and jams and jellies, where one expects the boiled eggs -- well, there they were, but they were green and blue and orange-red EASTER EGGS. Comfort, cuisine, charm. I very much want to find an excuse to come back here!

Osternacherhof is a fantastic familly owned hotel. We return year after year! It is very comfortable, homey, you have everything you need. Rooms are very comfortable and clean! The owner Hans and his familly are very kind and hospitable! It is 5 min away from autobahn A8, easily accessible from autobahn, especially if you’re tired after a long journey! There is a supermarket, gas station and bank nearby. The pets are welcome! The breakfast which is included in the price is fantastic! The restaurant also serves homemade dishes during the day and in the evening! We can recommend everything on the menu but if you are a familly with kids try the ice cream! It is made on a local farm with fresh milk! It is especially comfortable for families and I will not forget to mention the fresh air!

We stayed a long weekend and sampled the bar menu as well as the restaurant menu at a sumptuous banquet. Food was excellent and beautifully presented. Staff are efficient and courteous, and as foreign visitors, we were made to feel very welcome indeed. Breakfast was a buffet of fresh fruit, cereals, various tasty cold cuts with a variety of cheeses supported by freshly baked rolls. Coffee, tea and juice were plentiful. We loved the stay and would stay again. It's a short distance from the Autobahn and in a lovely country setting.
