TERRIBLE AFTER SALES SERVICE
Reviewed By crazyafrican63The hotel room is dated, the wooden flooring is badly worn, Excellent shower but the brown wall and floor tiles is perfect for hiding filth. Looked as if someone had spat a dark liquid on the wall of the shower next to the soap rack, in the corner of the showers there was a block like mass and the drain was dirty- could have been hair or a mud like substance at least the face towels, shower and bathrobes were clean. There was a problem with the TV volume, the white chairs are in a desperate needed of a deep clean and generally the service was good - after leaving I requested a call from the hotel at the time of leaving, 2 emails and a call on the 26th - really disgusting after sales service

Reviewed By John071Located next door to the Merkaz train station, whole of Israel is at your footsteps. As Israel is small, if you get up early enough, you can use this hotel as your base and take day trips all over. A bus station is there as well, getting in and around T-A is fantastic with busses going everywhere continuously. It has a pool, great breakfast. Many small eating places and shops dotted around, so I love coming here. I would say that the hotel rooms need some maintenance, but that is a very minor criticism.

The Rooms are newly renovated in a beautiful modern taste. Very comfortable bad and beautiful bathroom. The hotel offers an amazing breakfast with huge selection of dishes , drinks, fruits… you name it and it is available! Service level is fantastic and very accommodating! I am a world traveler…this hotel is a high class hotel. For sure I will return to this amazing place.

Great hotel experience in Israel.

After getting a large but not fully renovated room the first nights the hotel manager Nisim arranged to allow us to move to a newly renovated room next door with great views from the 13s floor. The hotel is fully renovated with beautiful lobby on the second floor leading to a outdoor terrace with extra sitting. On the 16s floor there is a rooftop area and an outdoor pool with plenty of longing beds/chars, very clean and modern. Nisim has been in-touch with us throughout our stay and always provided a positive solutions to all our needs, his professionalism and dedication made our stay at the hotel relaxing and very pleasant. Highly recommended!

Reviewed By Davidbm95I had a great experience. The hosts were a super couple with no flaws, only the best to offer... it was really worth every penny. I stayed in a big room with a beautiful balcony and view. The room faces sunrise and absorbed a lot of light, I had a great time with that. They have a unique pricing plan for guests which includes daily weekly and monthly, which is really convenient for people who don't want to be bound to contracts. The guests are free to roam around the compound which includes extremely gorgeous gardens with accessible spices and teas. And two fish ponds with huge fish, some you can pet, which was really awesome.. I didn't even think that was possible.. The bathroom was perfect and recently renovated. A great shower and toilet. The water was also surprisingly perfect. Clear and tastes like bottled water right from the sink. Cooking and laundry utilities were available and super helpful. And last but not least there was a multi-layer rooftop accessible area with a chill out space and beautiful views of Israel, along with an exercise space with a few weights. All in all, it was just perfect. Thank you so much Dekel Guesthouse, will definitely be seeing you again soon ?

The unit has everything you need and more. Cozy kitchen, balcony, beedroom and toilet. Highly recommended for travelers to this area.
