Quebec City may be the only fortified city north of Mexico, but it welcomes visitors with open arms. Explore the Citadel, where you might catch Canadian troops staging a military ceremony. As for food, you could splurge on afternoon tea at the Chateau Frontenac, or do as the locals do and snack on poutine—french fries with gravy and cheese curds.

Located in the heart of the historic, culturally vibrant and gastronomic activity of Old Quebec, Hotel Manoir Victoria extends a warm and friendly welcome in an inviting decor that was recently renovated and upgraded. With its unique European style, the 4-star hotel offers 156 rooms and suites, some of which are high-luxury units with ambiance fireplace and whirlpool bath, eight meeting and function rooms that can accommodate up to 175 people, two restaurants including the inspired cuisine of "CHEZ BOULAY - BISTROBOREAL", free wireless high-speed Internet access, an indoor pool, a sauna, a fitness centre, an Internet lounge and indoor parking with valet service.
The hotel itself is fine. The room was OK. Our major issue was with the valet parking, and trying to depart the hotel. When we checked out we advised the front desk that we would like our car from valet parking. The person at the front desk assured us our car would be available soon. After 45 minutes of waiting for our car and watching the valet go back-and-forth numerous times ignoring us. We finally stopped the valet and asked him where our car was. The valet had no idea he was supposed to get our car. We then inquired at the front desk what happened, and the front desk manager shrugged his shoulders and said “sometimes mistakes are made, it is to be expected”. That was it, no apology, no nothing. The apathy from the front desk personnel was palpable. Unbelievable behavior from staff at a hotel that considers itself to be of such a high standard.

Wonderful stay! Clean, friendly, impeccable service, and great location. Have the breakfast buffet. The food is amazing and the waiters/waitresses are exceptional. Room service is worth the money. If your lucky enough to be there when Jasper is there, he will greet you with open paws as well as the rest of the staff. You can’t go wrong with this wonderful and magical place.

The location is very convenient surrounded by restaurants. Everything is walkable distance. The room is very small but nicely designed. Super friendly and helpful staff. Love their customer services a lot. I enjoyed my stay there. The only complaint is the pillow lol. It caused neck pain but I know it's a personal thing. Cammy is great!

More than a boutique hotel, Auberge Saint-Antoine is a window on Québec City’s past. Hundreds of artifacts from both the French and English regimes were discovered during an extensive archaeological dig on the property. In this unique contemporary space, the past has been audaciously re-interpreted for you to savour.
This is a great place to stay in Quebec City. Our room was quiet and clean and the staff was great. The hotel wants guests to stop at the front desk to request to have the room cleaned, which is unusual, but someone flying in from overseas wanting sleep during the day would love this feature. The restaurant is excellent.

Le Manoir d'Auteuil invites guests to enjoy the glamour and elegance of our French art deco boutique hotel. We offer visitors the charm of our historic building, the personal attention of our devoted multi-lingual staff and the special touches found in the smaller and intimate hotels in Quebec City. Our location inside the old city walls, across from the Parliament building and near the Quebec City Conference Center, is ideal for tourists, business visitors and travelers seeking romantic getaways in Quebec.
We stayed for four nights in Room 7. Customer service from ALL staff was superb. The staff was warm, friendly, helpful and professional at all times. Accommodations were also excellent - the room was spacious (at least ours was, we know there are smaller rooms), clean, and REALLY quiet (perhaps because of the age of the building - solid), although we were facing the road at the front of the hotel. Room 7 has a view of the parliament building and d'Auteuil Street, which was fairly busy with cars and pedestrians, but not crazy. It also has a bathroom which is basically the size of the bedroom area - very large. Breakfast was excellent - food terrific, and service quick, pleasant and helpful. This location is within an easy walk of Old Quebec, Governor's Walk, the Citadel, and Parliament. Linda, the owner, was very pleasant and has obviously assembled a great team. Minor gripes - bathroom (at least #7) needs some clothing (and towel) hooks and better reading lights at the bed. Those minor issues did not affect an otherwise perfect stay.

We were traveling from Nova Scotia to Ontario with our cat and needed a pet friendly hotel at the half way mark and this one was close to the A20. Very pleasant place to stay. Very helpful staff. Beds were super comfortable.

Located in the Old-Port of Quebec, our boutique hotel stands proudly on the oldest street of North America in the house of the architect Jean Baillairgé, founder of our ecclesiastic heritage of Québec city.
Le Prori is on the lower level of Old Quebec. We enjoy staying in this area because of restaurants, it quaintness and it is very quiet. The hotel far surpassed what we explected. Our room, though small, was absolutely the cutest and very clean. There are little cubby holes and plenty of room for everything. Every little nook and cranny is used. We were not cramped at all. It is super quiet. If we did not see people at breakfast, I would think we were alone in the hotel! The staff is what truly makes this hotel stand out! Our welcome, our daily inquiries were all met with such enthusiasm. I had inquired about a recipe for a tasty bite they had at breakfast. By the end of the day, a peasant personal note and recipe was at our door. Speaking of breakfast....That was truly a wonderful part of our stay at Prori. I high recomend a stay at Le Prioi.
