Reviewed By normanbM6482VEStayed here for 5 nights. The location is excellent, on the bay of Kotor a 5 euro taxi ride from Kotor old town. The staff are lovely, the swimming pool nice and warm and they have a lovely sunbathing area right by the sea. We had a standard room on the ground floor, maybe I would upgrade to a room off the ground floor next time as the window looks straight onto the roadside. Great stay.

Reviewed By HarryR140Located across the bay from Kotor, the terraces provide a nice view. The access road is a bit problematic as 2-way traffic is very tight and can lead to delays on the way to the old city. Our room was comfortable and had a nice terrace view. The staff was rather stingy, charging extra for minor items. The hotel is popular with the motorcycle crowd.

The hotel is located at the shore of the bay in the center of town Prcanj, in an old stone house of the XVIII century. Here you can purely feel the atmosphere of that time, when in those parts lived glorious sailors - traders and customers, and poets and artists spent their vacation in finding the muses - enjoy the beautiful nature, old monuments, Orthodox and Catholic churches and clean air, which is an integral component of breathtaking scenery.

Reviewed By Russell TIt’s a very good boutique hotel near Kotor. The staff were superb. There was a mixup with the room (but I blame hotels.com, not this hotel). The staff sorted it out and I was very happy with our ocean room view. There’s a lovely seating area on the bay for breakfast, drinks, sunbathing, and swimming. The location is pretty good. It was too hot to walk to Kotor, but we would have if it were cooler. Most would probably drive, and it’s a short drive. Internet was pretty good but not great. I wouldn’t want to have a bunch of video calls from here (and thankfully, I didn’t!). I’d recommend requesting room 11. Pros: Staff Breakfast (Eggs, Yogurt, Fruit) Views Location Cons: Breakfast (Croissant, “Bacon”, Cheese) Views (if not facing Bay, it’s ok)

Reviewed By Binyamin8We stayed in their big house out front because the mid-season price was only slightly more expensive than much smaller options up the road. Dragana the owner and hostess is awesome. The house was her grandmother's and they've done a great job of renovating and modernizing. During our 3-night stay she brought us a bottle of wine, a huge bowl of fresh fruit and even homemade cake. On the morning of our last day the Prcanj-Kotor road was unexpectedly closed for several hours because of a marathon and Dragana arranged a boat ride across the bay to a waiting taxi that whisked us and our luggage to the Podgorica airport for our flight home, and even arranged for our rental car to be picked up at her place! The location is at a quiet end of the village, right on the water and it's amazingly easy to get in and out of the sea within a few paces of your front door. There's a little grocery market just a couple of doors down. The house itself has lots of space, fully air-conditioned rooms (the bedrooms and the kitchen/dining/living room), and a nice balcony fronting the house with chairs and little tables. A couple of the bedrooms are really large with a comfy chair and another chair at a desk. There were two modern bathrooms upstairs with showers, and another small bathroom downstairs. Also easy parking inside the property's gate (the vehicle gate is opened with an electronic remote control that we left in our rental car during our stay). The water in the sea was calm and warm, and there were even a few things to see with a snorkeling mask (small fishes, crabs, clams and a few big fat sea hares). Highly recommended!

Fabulous apartment
Reviewed By HKD15We just spent 4 fabulous days in Dubrovnik staying in this wonderful apartment. Location was perfect and really well equipped. It literally has everything you could want. The terrace and garden provided a perfect oasis...great for breakfast and lunch...and to chill after a long day sightseeing. I couldn't recommend this place highly enough. Thank you Petra for looking after us so well!

Reviewed By 708teabAccommodation doesn’t look like the pictures on the site. The staff is rude and uncultured. You wait half an hour to order breakfast and drinks. The waiter didn’t know how to serve us, after which he used swear words in addressing us. I am really shocked by the service and behavior of the employees in this accommodation. The manager and the maintenance lady were very kind, whilst the owner and the waiters were extremely rude towards the guests. I’d greet them good morning and wouldn’t hear back, which is actually very strange. Do not book this accommodation if you want your vacation to pass in peace and relaxation.

First of all, the nature around make you feel that you are in a fairy tale) by 5-7 min walk you could reach the sea and enjoy the view! Second,warm welcome! The owners were friendly and helpful! Third, it was clean and cozy! Our room was basic but so clean) we had everything we needed including the kitchen. Also there was a small yard in front of our apartment , so we usually had breakfast there and enjoyed a beautiful view of the mountains. I highly recomend to stay in Apartments Djurovic . Great place with friendly owners in an excellent location make your stay absolutely memorable)

Reviewed By jenniferrZ7645OIWe had a beautiful stay at Vila old Marina. The location is so pretty and quaint which is exactly what we like. The area has some lovely places to eat and little mini markets close by to pick up drinks and snacks. We loved lounging in the sun by and having a dip in the water which is beautifully clear. The Vila has plenty of sunbeds by the water and tables and chairs to enjoy food and drinks. Aleksandar was a great host and helped us with everything we needed! Thank you ??

Wonderful stay here
Reviewed By Miha312We visited and stayed here for almost 2 weeks. The apartments are great (we stayed in one apartment with sea view, for 4 guests, together with another couple and then we switched to another apartment for us 2, as we stayed longer). The location is just great, right next to the beach, in a wonderful building, where you have anything you need available. The host is very polite and helpful, she helped with anything we needed and she was very careful that we have everything we need. I highly recommend this place, and the sea view and all the comfort, it’s worth all the money.
