We have been in these apartments for a few days. Our had no terrace but there were four windows, all very clean and tidy. The mistress looked after us very well, was correct and kind. The place is very nice, there is a pool with hot water to enjoy even if it is cool. It is advisable to go there without a kid, we went there with the little one and read the rules that can not be thrown not to shout, in short, play. Because it is a very quiet place. Despite this, which has cost us God and help, that does not call or make noise, we have enjoyed it to the fullest. Trip advisor does not let me comment on my language, Catalan.

We were initially disappointed that this hotel was out of the town centre, on the ring road. We like to be in the middle of things so we can easily walk to different places to eat during our stay, and we thought this was what we were getting. The receptionist was surprised, insisting it was only ten minutes walk to the centre, but she doesn't know how slowly I walk! In fact it took us 15 minutes, which was fine most evenings as the weather was good. The hotel restaurant was closed in the evenings while we were there, other than the last night, due to some problem with their fridges, but we found some nice places in town to eat. We had a lovely room overlooking the pool, which husband tried but came straight out saying it was freezing - not heated! Behind the pool was a beautiful snow-capped mountain and the whole scene looked like something out of a travel brochure - totally beautiful. Our room was very comfortable with room to unpack our things and a good bathroom. Good wi-fi. Everything worked well and was perfectly clean. The breakfasts were excellent, with the terrific French bread I adore and everything else you could possibly want to eat. The staff were friendly and helpful, serving us drinks in the evening when we got back after dinner, although there isn't really a proper bar area in the hotel. We had the buffet they were at last serving on our last night as it was raining and we didn't want to walk into town. As French meals go it was a bit disappointing and we were glad we were only having it one night. Prades is a good place to stay to tour around the area - so much to see and do and the huge Tuesday Market is excellent.

This house of character, built in 1870, was converted in the early 2000s into a charming guest house where life is good. A beautiful garden, with pool (new in 2019) and terrace, where are served breakfasts and dinner during the summer season allows to relax in peace, after having visit the valley of the Conflent, and to admire the splendid sight on the Canigou Massif. You can enjoy a hot or cold beverage at any time of the day. A fridge, an ice machine and a coffe machine are at your disposal. The 5 confortables and luminous rooms, with moutains view for some, can accomodate up to 4 persons, and are all have bathroom with shower and private toilet. Anne Lise et Eric
Great charming B&B. Rooms are great, charming back yard garden. Free parking in back up B&B-ask for auto door opener. Homemade fruit salad was great. Great location to see other towns in the area. Highly recommended!! One of the nicest places we have stayed.

The hotel is well-situated in the center of Prades and provides some guest parking, an important feature when staying in the older section of any town. The staff were friendly and the room clean. I found the breakfast varied and generous. When booking, I recommend that you check the hours of the front desk. It was closed when we arrived in the early afternoon. A neighbor helpfully pointed us to the owner's lodging. Had we been in a rush to check in, we could have done so. I give it 4 stars with the caveat that this is a 2-star class hotel, not the Ritz. For the type of hotel that it is, they do a very good job.

Manor built in the 30th with beautiful gardens and breathtaking views on the Mt. Canigou. The strategic situation between the mediterranian sea and the Pyrenees makes the villa a fantastic base for all kinds of nature sports, motorbiking, cycling, hiking etc. The combination of a wide range of activities with the nearby swimming lake, the mediterranian beaches or our pool makes it just perfect for an active-relaxing holiday. We provide traditional B&B or self catered apartments in different sizes (sleeps 2-5 ). In the evening you can sit on the terrace, enjoy the scenery or make your own barbecue in the garden. If you prefere eating in one of the local restaurants, just a short walk away, we would be happy to reserve a table for you.
Spacious, clean, quiet, comfortable, amazing garden (ehm, park), excellent pool, extremely hospitable hosts, and near unlimited opportunities for outdoor, cultural, and gastronomical activity. My guess is that catholics stay here to practice for paradise. A true oasis and rare find!

A warm welcome awaits you at Villa Lafabregue, a beautiful house in the centre of Prades with either B&B or self catering accommodation, set in an acre of gardens with large swimming pool. We provide crockery and cutlery so you can bring food back from the market to eat on your terrace. There are laundry facilities available. You can make up a sandwich for your lunch from the breakfast buffet. We have free WiFi and internet access. We hope to provide you a relaxed, informal stay, making you feel at home.
We keep returning to Villa Lafabregue for the same warm welcome and beautiful surroundings. We stayed in a very comfortable terrace room with an enormous corner terrace overlooking both the Canigou and the garden and swimming pool. Tea and coffee facilities are in the room and on the buffet outside in the hallway you will find all the crockery/condiments you could need for a hastily-bought market lunch on the terrace on a sunny winters afternoon. The Tuesday Prades market is always a great experience. Breakfast is perfect and copious. The homemade Seville orange marmalade is especially good. Kate & Nick are wonderful hosts and make everyone feel at home in their stunning property. Great value for your money and well worth a visit.

Want a base offering all the convenience of a town, yet surrounded by the stunning scenery of the Pyrenees? Declan and Sharon O'Kane welcome you to their elegant, sympathetically restored 19th century townhouse, with swimming pool, private parking and beautiful mature gardens. All rooms are large and bright with original fireplaces, floorboards and stunning views of Mount Canigou. In summer, enjoy breakfast on the patio, shaded by the wisteria blossom overhead. We will be delighted to advise you on the many sights and delights of this beautiful part of France.
Lovely B&B run in a thoroughly professional manner but retaining the personal touch. Rooms are well equipped and immaculately clean. You are welcomed as an old friend, cold beer and wine in the fridge is offered and the outdoor pool is inviting and, of course, thoroughly clean. Breakfast is a most pleasurable experience with home cooked bread available. Compote of yoghurt with fresh fruit and museli is perfect to set you up for the day. Reasonable prices for such excellence. It is the second time I have stayed and it is quite likely that I will stay again, and it appears that there are many other returning guests so that says it all.

Situated between the sea and the mountains and in the heart of the Pyrenees Orientales region, Evelyne and Alex welcome you to Castell Rose. It is an impressive pink marble middle class home, which enjoys the benefit of a unique situation, 2.5 hectares of parkland with centennial trees. The charm and character of the building will seduce you, as will the peace and the gentle rhythm of life in this special place.
Great place - an oasis. Very easy and comfortable, large pool , garden, trampoline and bbq area. Best restaurants are a short drive away. Good access to local attractions. Recommend canyoning with kids.

Booked for a nights stay, advised the owner that we had been held up in traffic and would arrive by 22:10. Less than 10 mins after their check in time. When we arrived we were met with hostility beyond anything imaginable. The owner was rude, abusive and refused to honour the booking. He threw us out with a barrage of swearing. How they are still in business, I don't know. Avoid this this place like the plague!!
