Reviewed By Jerry371exceptional hotel, very clean, great wifi, breakfast was good although you had to heat it up in the microwave which was no big deal, room was spacious, lots of room, We wish there was a different door on the bathroom. It was a sliding door which did not fully close, but again, no big deal. Also, wish the shower had a little more force to it but I suspect it has a low flow shower head, even with that the shower was fine. The staff was amazing, very friendly. We would like to give a shout out to Brandy who worked the 3 to 11 shift, simply a fantastic employee at this hotel. We would definitely stay there again

Reviewed By morrison0910We stayed in a double queen suite the beds were comfortable over all the room was clean however the blanket for the pull out couch was covered in hair. No pool, golf that is listed is false, breakfast was okay

Reviewed By fmcoreybCheck in time is 3pm. Room wasn’t ready until 5:35pm. They didn’t start cleaning the room until I got there to check in at 4:45pm. I feel that if check in time is 3pm, my room should be ready at 3pm. Besides that and the some of the outlets being out, it wasn’t a bad room. Clean and spacious. I had a king bed with whirlpool tub. I would have much rather the whirlpool tub be in the bathroom than in the middle of the living room section of the suite.

Reviewed By C2810VLdebbiewChecking in was a breeze, the clerk was super friendly. The room was fresh & clean no carpet yay! Although some of the older Laquintas do need updating. Came with efficiency kitchen with full size fridge, cooktop, & dishwasher tho we ate out. Double beds were comfy, we slept well. We recommend this Laquinta!

Reviewed By donovanr7428Recommend? -Yes (BUT) Stayed for a little over month. Clean but carpets felt and smelt dirty. Had to update my keycard what felt like every over day, and I was on third floor so that was a drag. Price of staying fluctuated and that was also annoying, but I do understand why they do it. Elevator didn’t work for 3-4 days also. I worked a schedule of 8-9pm and you’d imagine all those things annoyed me. JUST BE READY TO UPDATE KEYCARD

DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL
Reviewed By SunriseandStormDo not stay in this hotel. They made a paper copy of your driver’s license at check in, and they do not tell you. I just happen to see it. They do it under the counter. I saw her fold the paper in half and I saw my driver’s license. They would not give it back to me, told me they do not shred it when I leave. I asked them where they keep it, for how long. They told me they keep them on site in boxes and store them forever. In this day and age of identity theft, this is a big no no. I reported the issue to Wyndham. Now you ask, so why did I not leave? I went there for a dog show, had 2 german shepherds with me, arrived late afternoon, not much choice there. Other than that, the rooms are clean and the outside has plenty of grass to walk your dogs. Pet fee is $15 per dog per night, not cheap.
