This is one of the loveliest hotels I’ve stayed in . The staff were so friendly, helpful and polite. The food was excellent and you would not imagine such lovely meals could be prepared from a small kitchen. The breakfast choice was awesome. The rooms were very tastefully decorated with toiletries provided and the pool and public areas were stylish and beautiful.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights when my husband and I decided to road-trip Mallorca for our honeymoon! The hotel was clean, beautiful and the staff was wonderful! Our room was a little small but had everything we needed and the location and the outdoor space made up for this! We had a room with a private heated pool/hot tub and it was definitely worth it! There was also a wonderful roof top where we enjoyed the view with champagne and tapas! The hotel is steps to the town square with tons of restaurants and we were lucky enough to be there for the market as well! The only downfall was the parking is a little far for carrying lots of luggage but the town doesn’t have meters so we were able to move our car closer the next day which made it better. There was also a street that you could definitely drop off luggage and then go park without having to drive through the town center! When we put the hotel in our gps it took use through the town center which was hard to navigate, the hotel entrance is not on a road you can drive on so I would suggest putting in a parking lot or nearby street in the gps. Once we got learned how to enter and exit the town without driving through the center it made a great home base to explore nearby spots like Cala figuera, cap de fermentor, and the port! We would definitely return!

The clue is in the name – this is a hostel, not a hotel. Rooms spartan - no fridge no mini bar, no bottled water, bath chipped and resprayed. Very ‘youth hostel’ dormitory style. There are no facilities at all – no communal areas apart from a reception area where chairs and tables share space with some bike racks and a handful of mini fridges and a coffee machine that is permanently switched off. It’s also a bit sneaky in the way it markets itself – most of the photos are of its ‘sister hotel’ (Juma) and it lumps the two together in the blurb. The sister hotel is a bit smarter, has a restaurant and cafe and has a superb location on the main square. However, this is all fine if you’ve paid £75 a night, particularly as the staff is professional and eager to help (thanks Joan and Joana); the location (although down a dark side street) is very central and the breakfast (at their sister hotel) is very good too. However, if, like us, you have paid over £300 per night through Headwater Holidays as part of a Mallorcan cycling tour of ‘boutique hotels’, you will feel somewhat cheated… But if you're paying the prices on here, and you're after a clean and central location with really helpful staff then I would def recommend.

What an awesome place!! From the accommodation, to the hosts and staff working there, to the fantastic food and the resort itself. I won’t call it a hotel as it feels much more like a retreat, so peaceful along with beautiful scenery. We were looked after from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. Cannot wait to come back. Thoroughly, highly recommend a stay here.

I stayed here for a few nights on a cycling trip - first time to visit Mallorca and some of the famous climbs. The hosts are very friendly, welcoming and caring of their guests. The hotel very clean, with air conditioning and a small window. There is an elevator but it’s only a two story building. The shower was fine, the room spacious and the bed comfortable. It is a little basic but for the value I thought it’s fine. I will write this in any reviews now that I would hope the owners can switch the prepackaged soap to a dispenser to avoid single use plastics (I think they were plastic covered foil shampoo packets). The breakfast was simple European style and eggs cooked to order. The bread was nice! There are local coffee shops nearby in the quiet town of Pollença, plenty of restaurants around the corner and parking is quite easy on the streets around the hotel in the evening. If you are interested in cycling I think this is a great spot to head out from in almost all directions - I only had time for 3 rides, a gentle ride along the coast, sa colabra and finally cap de Formentor. I would consider staying again and would recommend, it was good value at the time I was visiting. The reason to say they are very caring hosts are I headed out on my bike and a big rain storm passed through, they sent me a whatsapp to make sure I was ok! :)

Dirty rooms, not similar at all to the advertised pictures, shouting/drunk guests, dirty bed sheets, a horrible power or airco generator blowing hot air underneath the room, and making incredible noise. Breakfast is terrible as well, just a croissant. Save your holiday, don't book here.

Spent 2 nights here after 2 years. I saw improvement as far as helpfulness of tha staff and bed linen and coversheets free. We arrived quite early before 1300 hours and were allowed to check-in - what was realy unexpected and great! But what made me dissappointed was no wifi, no hot water in a shower and missing soap in the bathroom area. So we left with mixed emotions.
