From the remoteness of Peru’s Andes Mountains to the unexplored territories of its Amazon rain forest, the country holds a mysticism all its own. It’s the motherland of the Inca civilization and home to Machu Picchu, alpaca products, and more than 4,000 types of native potatoes.

In the Miraflores neighborhood, one of the most fascinating and dynamic areas of the city, you can walk the promenade that passes along the edge of a cliff like no other. From this extraordinary vantage point, the Iberostar Selection Miraflores hotel offers you a rooftop terrace with a pool and a glass-enclosed lounge bar, allowing you to enjoy the view of the Pacific Ocean.

Only four blocks from Cusco's main square amongst some of it's oldest casonas in the baroque art district of San Blas, the Antigua Casona San Blas, with its authentic colonial architecture, beautifully appointed rooms, lounges and central courtyard, will provide you a warm welcome and an authentic introduction to the culture heritage, art and history of the capital of the Inca empire.
I stayed here for 3 nights after my awesome Salkantay Trek with Alpaca Expeditions. My sons and friends stayed here, too. The hotel is beautifully decorated, the staff is really friendly and very helpful, and they speak great English. The rooms are lovely, with a small balcony overlooking the open air courtyard with fountains and plants. There are plenty of electrical outlets for charging smart phones, ipads, gopros, battery banks - you name it! Much appreciated. The bathroom had a terrific walk in shower, and the staff provides filtered water in a pitcher so you don’t have to buy bottled water or increase single use plastic consumption. Each evening the staff brings a hot water bottle for a comfortable night sleep (the air was quite cold evenings and mornings - its late fall early winter in May in Cusco, so it dipped into the high 30s), and they bring a thermos of lovely herbal tea. The hotel also has a spa and I enjoyed an incredible massage with Andean herbs and therapeutics - just what I needed after a hard, but fantastic 5 days of trekking at high altitude! The hotel is very fairly priced for the incredible service and amenities. I highly recommend staying here. There is a cool open air market around the corner from it, and restaurants close by. Its an easy walk to the Plaza de Armas.

This hotel is a hidden gem in Cusco. Only a block or two off the main plaza, it is in the perfect location. The hotel itself is classy and historical and the staff are all amazing! The rooms even had jacuzzi tubs and rain showers, which I did not expect to have in Cusco, Peru.

It was a good experience to stay in the hotel. Pro. Very attentive staff, safe enough to walk around even in the dark. Breakfast choices are good variations. Con Hotel room was noisy music from outside every night, even at 10 pm, loud music was going on. I used earplugs for 3 nights to get sleep.

Boutique Hotel located in the bohemian neighbourhood of San Blas, only five blocks away from the Main Square. Enjoy a peaceful stay in one of our sixteen rooms with great views to our inner patio or different iconic areas of the city, such as San Cristobal Church, Santo Domingo, and panoramic views of the city. Savour our delicious buffet breakfast served every morning complemented with a lovely view of Cusco.
My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay at Atoq San Blas. Lenny and Ayde went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and were a pleasure to interact with. The location is excellent, in a less touristy neighborhood full of boutiques, cafes, and restaurants. The view from the hotel is beautiful. Cusco can be a bit cold in the winter, so the rooms can get a little bit chilly during the day, but the beds were warm/comfortable, the showers had plenty of hot water, and the heaters turn on in the evenings and early morning. The breakfast was delicious and very accommodating (quinoa fritters, eggs, coffee, tea, juice, toast, butter/jam, granola, yogurt). Luggage storage was available and we utilized this for the night we trekked to Machu Picchu (in between our two separate reservations at Atoq San Blas). Overall, we had a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend Atoq San Blas.

We visited for three nights during my daughter’s National Championship in Rock climbing; with the warm care, excellent hospitality — and plate of enthusiastic, colorful encouragement for a successful competition — the team for the Sacred Valley of Cusco should come away with high spirits! And my daughter a winner as always! Thank you Cristian, Jose, Carlos and creative chef Jose Penafiel!! We will come back everytime to celebrate a successful and memorable competition and visit to Lima. The accommodations and hotel in general are very modern, pool is warm even for cold evenings. Jacuzzi is fantastic with city and ocean views. Breakfast is fantastic. Staff is the best! I was happily surprised for their warm service being a large international hotel. Nicely representative of the warm culture that Peru has where we reside in the Cusco valley area. Thank you!!

One of Lima's most famous districts, Miraflores overflows with restaurants foodies will love, cool local shops and Instagram-worthy ancient and contemporary architecture. With so much to do during your stay at Radisson RED, there's no time to worry about where to park. Our hotel offers free parking to all guests, so you can explore more and stress less.
The hotel itself is very nice. Our main issue resolved around the service at the hotel. We arrived late Friday night and the room we got was right above the bar. There was absolutely no sound proofing as if we were sitting at the bar in our room. The only room they had available was one with a full size bed. Whicj was good for 1 night and I was promised that we could move to another king room the next day as people checked out. I asked several times and they avoided the subject all together telling me they would give a call when they had something ready(never got a call). I also never got a hair dryer adapter as I requsted twice so I never got to blow dry my hair. The night staff were very friendly and great but the day staff were completely useless and couldn't help us with anything. Also had an issue with the shower. Without moving the handle, the temperature switched from freezing cold to blazing hot at random.

The hotel is clean, modern and love the breakfast. The dinner menu is good but limited but there are many options down nearby. I have to make a point here. I heard about the crime etc in Peru in general. I felt very safe walking around even at night. My wife was all stressed out over it. I think the issue has been overblown or has changed for the better. Cusco is a city with good and bad parts just like any other city. I loved Lima and the people are gracious and friendly and there is so much to do and see. Get out and enjoy it all, but start with this hotel and I think others will agree that it is a really nice hotel in a really nice part of Cusco. My only problem with this hotel was with this 1 girl who worked the desk out front. Many people I traveled with had issues with her attitude. Other than her, everyone else was top notch.
