Reviewed By REDMAN5314Giannis is a wonderful host, an unbelievable guy and we sat with him and discussed! The room was accessible and with a beautiful view. The pool was magnificent with its master Manolis and I spent quite some time inside! You should try the coffee, and the pizza of the kitchen.

Good accommodation, food dishes need some improvement
Reviewed By FloriPMThe hotel is near Neos Marmaras, close to the beach and to a pine forest. It consists of several buildings (A - K) with different types of rooms, double superior rooms, or junior suits with different views. It has a very nice and big garden with plants of palm trees, flowers, grass, a fountain, a children's playground and a pool for kids and adults. When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist explained how to get to our building, but it is a little bit confusing as you need to search for the letter of the building and then the room number. If you have languages and a small kid, it is hard to get from the parking area to the building. You also need to sign if you want your room to be cleaned every three days or not all, but the maids come every day to take out the trash and clean the room. They didn't change our sheets for a whole week. The staff all around the hotel, at the restaurant, at the pool bar were helpful, kind, polite, and friendly. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. For a family of two and a kid you also receive a folding bed (not very comfortable and not safe for a 2 years old child). The furniture is brand new, the balcony is big with a table and two or three chairs and a laundry wire. The air condition works pretty well and only when closing the balcony door. The remote control is not working very well and the tv channels are few. The WIFI is free and has a good signal all over the hotel. The pool is nice and clean but crowded and you have to wake up in the morning to occupy a sunbed by leaving towels on them. You also have one table near your sunbeds, but nobody takes the empty glasses, so you need to take them to the garbage basket located in the middle of the distance. The drinks are not that good, especially the soft drinks and the coffee. The beer and the alcoholic drinks are ok. The beach is good sized, but it can be cleaner. The entry in the water is really bad, full of rocks, but if you have special shoes it's ok. If you want to have a drink, you need to cross the street and go to the pool bar. The same thing with the toilet. The restaurant is big, with lots of tables, but you need to have gloves to take your food and wear a mask. The food is not that great. A lot of semi-prepared food. The fish dishes were disappointing. We received twice some fried calamari and octopus and some pasta with seafood. For small kids, you don't have too many options. The pasta is the same every day, and the sauce, especially the "carbonara" tastes really bad. The salads and the cheese is really good. The desserts are the same, jars with vanilla cream covered with different things. The watermelon is omnipresent. You can get crepes, waffles, and ice cream at the restaurant. The breakfast is the same every day. I definitely recommend accommodation with breakfast, especially since there are quite a few taverns around where you can eat great food and you practically get the same price. We had one night of live music and kids have almost every night mini disco, an animator who entertains them for half an hour by playing and dancing to kids songs.

Rooms in almost basement level are terrible
Reviewed By lajtyI was in this hotel with my family during July. Althought vacation itself was really perfect, I can't say the same for the room we stayed in. Room was situated below ground, not basement but something between basement and level 0 and it was terrible. Only 1 small window, space not enough for 4 persons for sure, towels changed only once in 10 days, floods in bathroom after every shower, wifi didn't work most of time... Thank you, but we will not come again. Neos Marmaras and beaches on Sithonia were perfect like majority wrote here so there is no need to repeat everything again.

Reviewed By black_jackFirst of all, I had really nice experience before even go to this hotel, since my wife is pregnant, we had to wait control at doctor, and Irene from Meliton Inn Hotel, saves us room until results from doctor came. So from start we had good experience and communication. When we came, we felt really welcome, received small bottle of homemade olive oil for present. Nice gesture. Room was really nice, hotel also. We tried also couple of things in hotel restaurant and everything was great. Hotel offers you free sunbeds and umbrella. It's in grest location, both for resting and enjoying, and for a starting point to explore other beaches. We really had great time, nice experience from all hosts in hotel. It seems to me that this is big family hotel, so they all try to make you feel welcome and make sure that everything is ok. Even though on booking is not saying, hotel offers free parking, they have one big part of land for that. Breakfast was fine, has everything you need. Maybe it will be better to change or insert few new things every two days or three. All in all, good choice and great experience. Best regards and thanks for everything to Irene and Dimitri

Evolving hotel, hospitality, privacy and plain good old manners
Reviewed By Tony SEvery year me and four of my best friends from high school and spouses meet somewhere in the world for about a week during summer. This year Chalkidiki, Sithonia, was chosen by one of the friends. I was sceptical at the beginning to come from Chicago to Saint George. I got lucky and very much pleasantly surprised. Although the hotel had shortcomings: path from main road not paved yet, wifi choppy, no safe, breakfast was ok but not great, air conditioning only worked as fan with no cooling etc. However, Maria the Owner rocks, she's typical Greek hostess doing anything and everything with style and from the heart to make her guests happy. Staff ain't bad either, Gabriella took care of us as well. The place is secluded and you can have privacy here. We had a couple of skinny dipping here. Beach is ok, but you can visit any beaches in Sithonia from here, especially Las Banditas is only a couple of miles away. Good restaurants are not far either like Panos Taverna and Tony's. Beds, linens etc were great. A little fridge works fine too. Overall I'm giving Maria and her home a 4 stars as she truly makes a difference. I'd go back there anytime. I'm sure Maria will be building up and improving the place.

Nice hotel with sea view
Reviewed By markostefanovicNice small hotel at the beach, with its own sunbeds, free for the guests. Rooms located at a seaside have big terraces with great sea view. Hotel is located 20 minutes from town center, but it is in nice neighborhood, with several taverns nearby. Staff is really polite. The only flaw is that it is overpriced for 3 stars hotel, but it seems that prices in Greece are going this way for everybody else as well.

In every morning they prepare breakfast in the house: omelette, pizza, feta pie, spinach pie, vanilla pie, donuts and other delights. Very clean rooms, every room with balcony and a place to put your clothes on dry land. Do not hesitate to make a reservation here. For sure if i will go back to Neos Marmaras sometime i’ll stay just here.

You can have your breakfast in the balcony enjoying the view. Amazing bar in the garden!!highly recommended to order drinks and snacks (super tasty Greek sandwich). The stuff is extremely polite and always willing to help and give advice. 100% recommendable and for sure we will come back!!!
