Reviewed By WinelovingjetsetterFor the price this place is not worth it, they could do better with the cleaning. Overall a nice hotel. The staff is very friendly and the chef at the omelette station knows what he is doing 10/10. The beach is short walking distance so that was nice. A bit far from everything so I suggest using Grab app for taxis.

We have a newly renovated facility complete with 20 bungalows, a restaurant with an international chef, and a bar. Our salt water pool is the perfect place to cool off and relax. We are located right on Naiharn Lake which is just a quick stroll from the famous Naiharn Beach. Our bungalows are complete with air con, wifi, ensuit bathrooms with hot/cold water, king size beds, and safes.

The location is excellent just minutes from the beach ten minutes walk to restaurants or if you want to chill at the the Lakeside Bar it more than accommodating. Bill M

Reviewed By glenntownsendSpent 10 days at this new Wyndham resort. Yet to be fully finished , but still well worth the visit. Staff are all lovely. Sort out of the way of the town , but very close to the beach. Would high recommend this resort.

Reviewed By zemstWe booked 3 nights a poolvilla after arriving in Thailand. So we could wait in style for our PCR results. The poolvilla was ok but not spotless. The Terras was not 100% clean, chairs outside with bird poop… The room was ok but for 250€ per night we expect to have a top luxury feeling and that was not the case. Breakfast was very limited due to COVID and the fact that there were not many tourists. Not all services were available. We understand the situation but then they should adapt the price. It is a beautiful resort but don’t spend 250€ at a poolvilla it is not worth the money.

Reviewed By 888travelI’m in two minds about this place. There are some positives and some negatives: Firstly, the reception area is closed, the restaurant is closed and there is no shuttle service. If you have any questions or issues whilst staying you have to WhatsApp the manager - there is no one to ask so it makes it all a bit impersonal. When you arrive you have to ring them to let them know and they come out with a key and they take 1000 BAHT CASH DEPOSIT. The room was large but everything is concrete, even the bed and ‘dressing table’. This made us very conscious about dropping and breaking things (they are very strict about breakages/damage, hence the 1000 baht deposit) or banging into the bed at night. There were no bedside lights, just the overhead switch. The side of the hotel overlooks a building site and there were noisy diggers. Big pool but it was a little grimy. There were also had ants in the room. The hotel is situated in an area where there are heaps of restaurants, cafés, fruit stalls and convenience stores. You are spoilt for choice for places to eat and the cheapest massages I’ve seen in all of Phuket (150-200 baht for an hour). However it’s just before a busy T junction where one road branches to Phuket town and the other to Kata/Patong. It can be tricky to cross the road at times. The main issue was the cost of getting around. It took us 40 minutes to walk to Naiharn Beach. Taxis wanted 200 baht. So, the location is fine if you have your own transport or you don’t mind staying by the pool, but not so good if you want to explore and see the beaches – which is surely why people come to Phuket in the first place! Got a good price for the room though so can’t really complain.

Wasn’t what we were expecting
Reviewed By Ailsa VI’ll just dot point issues we had as I don’t like to leave negative reviews usually: - you definitely need a car or a bike to get around... it’s a long way from anywhere - water went out one day so we had to wait overnight for someone to come fix it - the fridge was broken so food we bought went bad in the heat and it took a few days to fix. In the end the bought in a new one after sending a technician twice. Just swap it out in the first place! - they wanted me to replace 2 forks that were apparently missing after our stay! - they came early to check us out so we had to rush and leave early. There were three of them and they just came in and stood in the loungeroom until we got ready rather than coming back at the agreed time - they came earlier than notified to clean so we weren’t ready and so they didn’t clean the apartment. They didnt top up towels or toilet paper. - there is nothing in the way of food in the kitchen, not even tea bags or salt and pepper! - curtains have a lot of mildew on them and the rooms smelt musty - the staff around the hotel weren’t very helpful or friendly. Can’t recommend staying here. Although I think each individual apartment is owned by individuals rather than the complex so I think it could be that we just got a bad egg! The environment was nice and I can see that it has potential to be a nice place to stay.

Phuket Riviera was the ideal spot for us (family of three with baby) to arrive. Everyone that works there was super kind and helpful. Well before we arrived they helped us with all the requirements we needed. When we got there we arrived to a clean two bedroom apartment overlooking the pool in the perfect location. We know Phuket a bit as we have been many times and Nai Harn area is the best for families with the nicest beaches. This hotel also allows dogs if you got one. The room we had included a highchair and crib which was the icing on the cake. To give one example of how helpful they are, I left my charing cable in the room. When I called to ask, they sent it that date by post and did not even charge me for the post. We will be back!

Reviewed By Grant PI would say that this is the best gastro bar we have been to in Thailand. Views are epic, cocktails are perfect and there is great cold straight beer. The food is very good, both delicious and generous. The prices are very reasonable when you consider the environment, quality and service.
