Reviewed By CaliforniaSuzieA renovated historic structure made into a sterile environment without much heart. Yes room and hotel were clean. Parking was free but might be limited if an event taking place. Rather bare walls in the room. Two hard singles pushed together in ours. Sweet view out the back tiny windows facing East. A/C never worked despite several reports to reception. Reminds me of the old govt owned places. Its really all about the Ribeira Sacra in that area.

Reviewed By ElliottSmith87The receptionist greeted me with rudeness and passive attitude. I just had a question and thanks to the receptionist on shift the hotel lost a good chance of business. It was a very bad first impression I doubt I will step in again. The hotel is kinda brand new they should be more attentive and less arrogant.

Hotel located in the center of the town, newly renovated, with 17 rooms all with air conditioning, heating, flat screen TV, telephone, free wifi and hair dryers in all bathrooms. Hotel Ribeira Sacra also offers a free buffet breakfast, private paid parking, information desk about the area and reservation for catamaran, winery tours and other tourist activities.

The staff are very helpful, welcoming and speak good English which was a pleasant surprise in this part of Spain. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The rooms are on small side but well designed with bath, hairdryer and safe. Beds are very Comfortable. Room got hot and AC did not seem to work but all windows open. Very clean in room but bathroom needs attention on grouting and could do with bit of an update. Breakfast is cold buffet of cheese, meat, breads and fruit. Not varied much. Still had a lovely relaxing stay.

Reviewed By NhikerThe hotel was hard to find since it is not in Monforte de Lemos. It was worth the effort, though, for the hotel itself was simple and nice and the area is lovely. We took a walk along a nearby river and saw wild daffodils in bloom. The couple who run the hotel are very nice, and the breakfast served was modest but sufficient.

Reviewed By Natalia DHoy domingo hemos ido a comer 3personas (baño reserva previa) ,decir que la comida excelente,pero como punto a mejorar él rato que estuvismos esperando para pedir la comida ,y ya ni que decir la espera entre el primer plato y es segundo 30 minutos ,el camarero que nos atendió súper agradable, no tanto que decir del camarero de barra que cuando nos preguntó qué tal ,le comentamos que la comida genial pero que habían tardado mucho ,y su contestación fue que la buena comida se hace esperar en un tono un poco vacilon ,pero repito la comida súper rica ,y el precio súper asequible,y un menú muy variado .

Our establishment you will spoil from the first detail, trying to make it all easier, we'll make your stay comfortable and pleasant. You will find attention 24 hours at reception. All the rooms are exterior-facing, we have rooms with balcony and several for our customers with reduced mobility. All of them equipped with air conditioning and heating adjustable by the customer. They have Tv screen TVs and free wifi, area of work, work desk with outlets, also in both tables. Free WiFi throughout the hotel. We offer buffet breakfast. Located 15 min. from the Centre and 5 min on any vehicle, an area steeped in history, the "square of the station", in its day, the center of this city, growing hospitality, you will find variety of bars and cafes with a variety of styles, meals, tapas and wines... Ample parking in the area. Possibility of parking of buses. We have bicycle rental. Capacity for large group and gratuities for guides and drivers for the same.

Reviewed By Bobgeorge73Last week I spent 3 nights in a single room at the Hotel Condes de Lemos. I found the room (308) to be very clean and comfortable. The reception staff were friendly and very helpful. My overall rating is based on value for money and expectations. Well my room was very reasonable priced and much better than I expected. Next time I'm in Monforte de Lemos, this is the hotel I will stay.

Reviewed By dotsy62Very dissapoined room without any Windows, had an extra sitting area which was damp and cold and we couldn't use it water leaking down the walls from rain outside not a great place this part of town also wasn't very nice better places on the other side of town on the way to the parador

Situada a 7 km del embarcadero de Ponde do Sil, a 5 km de la Bodegas Regina Viarum y del restaurante A Cantina. Buen acceso en coche.
