Excellent stay
Reviewed By cviljo949967Although I only stayed for the night, the accommodation and view was excellent. Although no meals or restaurant were onsite, there was an excellent Thai retaurant close by. The additional charge for internet unfortunately was a bit of a negative and should be included in the costs.

It felt like a home from home experience.The staff are approachable and friendly.They are so professional and want to make your stay exemplary.The premises is safe and secure.Hajo also seems to be a great employer as staff were so well trained yet comfortable around him. I will definitely stay here again.

unhappy with with booking service
Reviewed By shonae2022I sent an email to book for 3 nights and ask for the invoice, my email was read but not acknowledged and still do not have a booking, I plan to arrive on 22 February and depart on 25 February. Numbers I called 021 526 4000 and 021 5561 6314. I had to call back 3 time to check if my emails were received Sun1 Milnerton

Disappointing
Reviewed By Nicky_martz68For an establishment of this stature, our stay was very disappointing. The room was clean and neat, but there were no free toiletries, no one offered the WiFi password, only one of the bedside lamps worked, the cords to switch on the fan had broken off and I had to stand on the bed to switch on the fan, and the batteries in the TV remote were held in with sticky tape. For two guests, there was one mug, one spoon, and one glass - a kettle, but no tea or coffee! On checkout, there was no one to assist with handing over keys - there was no one in sight at all.

It is also on a lovelt beach which affords one long beach walks on un-crowded beaches and great views of Cape Town. The restaurant in the adjoining hotel serves great meals too.

Thembani and Noma were very good hosts from when we arrived to the day we left. They ensured we were comfortable, when we needed anything they were quick to help out. Thembani went above and beyond, showing us around Cape Town on the little detours. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again

Our 13 en-suite bedrooms are equipped with the finest linen, Luxury towels, DSTv, hair dryers on request, tea / coffee stations and free Wi-Fi. Breakfast is served in the gracious atmosphere of our breakfast room overlooking the pool area. We also cater for business meetings, private functions, braai facilities, team buildings etc. In house laundry, Lunch and dinner on request.
Shockingly inconsiderate!

We had booked 5 months earlier in July and paid in full. Travelling from UK this has added so much stress to our holiday - how are we meant to find something with such short notice and work with last minute booking rates? Absolutely despicable!

Not recommended for a solo female traveler

Windows could not close and they used wires to secure it..for a solo female traveler in South Africa..were safety is of concern...this shouldn't be done in any establishment!! Shower were not clean. Although the gardens and from this unit.
