Rooms clean BUT there was no doona cover on the very old and pilled doona, it was so bad you could feel it through the sheet. One of the pillow cases was made from a very hard scratchy wooden fabric. Cooked Breakfast was cold , staff didn’t seem to care when we brought it to their attention. Car park could not have been any further away from our room.

My sister and I stayed in Kingfisher cottage for 3 nights, to explore Marysville. Dalrymples is a delightful setting with beautiful autumn leaves all around us. We parked the car and walked to everything: cafes and restaurants, Info Centre and Art Space, Gallipoli Park, Bruno's Sculpture Garden and several of the nearby walks. The cottage was very spacious and comfortable, and having 2 bedrooms with ensuites suited us perfectly. We enjoyed mild weather, but will return to enjoy the open fire in the colder months. The contactless check-in and arrival information was great, with key code, driving directions and even a map of the property with cottages marked. The welcome letter also listed various eateries and tourist information items which made it very easy to settle in and start exploring. Every minute of our stay was a delight.

Luxury 5 star bed and breakfast with king bed, double spa and great outlook from verandahs. Full cooked breakfast each morning in our dinning room getaway for that romantic weekend or for the more energetic mountain biking, bush walking or cross country skiing.
We stayed at the Cottages for three wonderful nights. The hosts Christine and Ashraf were so helpful and friendly, an asset to Marysville township. We were in the Rose Spa room, very quiet clean comfortable and a lovely garden view. The location of the cottages was perfect to access the town shops and restaurants. Also it was only 4km from the Steavenson Falls. We would highly recommend staying at Balangara Cottages for anyone wishing to have a relaxing time away.

Merry Mary is a relatively new guest accommodation just walking distance from the Marysville town. Very peaceful and the magnificent birds kept us entertained. The owners were very pleasing and did all they possibly could to make our stay memorable. Beds are very comfortable and the whole place is very clean. Breakfast was served with a smile. Just one little problem with the ground floor accommodation is the noise from the rooms above which did not help me to concentrate on my work or get a relaxing sleep. So if you do go to Merry Mary I would recommend the upper floor rooms.

Marysville Caravan and Holiday Park is set in Marysville. Steavenson's River meanders through the middle of the park. The only accommodation in Marysville sitting on the river. Our cabins are self contained, to allow you the flexibility to have all your cooking needs and have en-suites. Most cabins are 2 bed rooms. We have Cabins looking over the river - all bedding supplied. Budget Cabins - you BYO sheets and towels. Single accommodation Cabins, for the single traveler. All our caravan/camping sites are green and powered. Small Bush Kitchen, fire pits along the river, small children's playground, jumping pillow. We are walking distance to supermarket and all shops. We have a function room available for groups to have meetings, family gathering etc. The Marysville Caravan and Holiday Park is truly your ideal family holiday park, relaxing no matter what time of year.
Way overpriced. $135 a night for a powered site over Easter. Also a minimum of 5 nights which was impossible for most. They want a sizeable deposit and no refunds if for some reason you can’t make it, despite the fact that they rebooked the sites. Greed at its best,

Sharen, we had a wonderful time in your cottage. I was surprised how these cottages are maintained giving a feel of living in a forest, yet you are in the main city. Everything was excellent - beds, bathrooms, spa, utilities, etc. Perfect place for friends and family. The best part is everything is so near to these cottages that you don’t have to travel far in reaching out to the best places. Thanks for the lovely hospitality.

I spent the night here in a cabin while riding through the area. The owner was very helpful with the booking, and helped us select a cabin (there were a few spare on this night), and then gave information about the area and where to eat etc, which was all useful. The cabin itself was warm and accommodating, and had all the mod cons. Fantastic place to stay
