Why did Marne-la-Vallée make our list? It's simple: Disneyland Park Paris. Families have flocked here since its opening in 1992. Other Disney attractions include Walt Disney Studios Park and Golf Disneyland. If you need a break from Minnie and Mickey et al., visit the Sea Life Centre or Val d'Europe Shopping Center.

We traveled from UK and reached around 2.30. At reception they took 30 minutes to allocate our room though we were the only gusts there. That point I asked them I want to buy some milk for my little one but they said I have to wait till 6 pm when bar would open, alternatively I have to go mini market which one is 24 minutes to go by foot. So we did not get any help from reception regarding little milk. This morning around 8.20 I been to reception and ask them We We traveled from UK and reached around 2.30. So my baby did not get mild that afternoon. As their electric sockets are very different from uk I couldn’t charge my phone, so charge it through my power bank. This morning (30/05/22) I been to reception and asked the receptionist girl to charge it and she said she can take responsibility of my device. But they are taking 100s & 100s pound for the room price per night !!! I told her other staff charged my power bank previously and she replied- may be other staff from night shift but she can’t. Really felt hopeless when I left the hotel. Thanks for reading my review and before you book this hotel please try other options.

Come and stay at the Dream Castle Hotel at Disneyland® Paris, a classic 18th century-style castle surrounded by wonderful gardens in the French style. Lose yourself in a fascinating world with its own special decor and ambiance. Checked in at 5om, took forever and a day, to check in, and only is at reception. Asked for a room on ground floor as disabled they said they had none, then after 30 mins they had one. Lie 1! Told us at 5pm dinner was at 6 in restaurant, only to be told by restaurant there not open tonight. So go to reception to find out and they said it’s closed for a conference of guest, and they only found out at 4pm. So why then did they tell us at 5pm dinner would be 6pm in restaurants when they knew already resturante would be closed. So they gave us options, either leave hotel and eat somewhere else, even though we had paid for half board, or order from the bar. So we tried to order from bar and was told they don’t serve the half board vouchers there, so back to reception who assured us the bar would take so back to the bar and they said they wouldn’t, so back to reception who again said go else where and claim refund of the food voucher when we got home. At this point I was not happy at all and made my feeling clear whilst another party of 4, 2 adults and two children were having the same problem, she told them how could you only know 2x hours before hand it would be closed, and we both told them they would ok known a lot earlier. I the manager who came to us was rub-de and behaved in a disgusting manor and I told him so, and he said he had been here 10 years and I said 10 years or not you don’t treat guests who booked half board basis well in advance like this, you get a conference in last minute and give them the whole restaurant and give paying guests nothing, and when asked to try and sort something it out it took an hour of tooling and throwing before finally getting a cheaper food option to what we paid for. The staff from reception to barman had no idea and passed us from one person to 7 different others, it’s as if the left hand did not know what the right hand was doing. I asked if I could speak to the general manager and was told by mr rude and ignorant thatbhenwpuldmdealmwithncomplaint, so far he has done nothing. And we paid €40 x2 for two all you can eat buffets and all we got was burger and cheap which was like a€15. I won’t be letting this go and will inform Disney who are the partnered hotels of this god damn awlful hotel. And also our holiday company as I want my €80 half board fee refunded They also told us to go eat else where and claim the food voucher back when home, as if that would work as we had no back up from the hotel to say they would give us a refund, but what kind of business tells guests to go eat somewhere else and pay with your own money even though you paid to eat here many months in advance. Anyone else who had the same problem this day Thursday June 9th, please leave a review telling them your experience and make you you inform Disney of what there partnered hotel, service is like.

Make your base in the heart of the Old West, where bustling saloon and restaurant create a lively frontier town atmosphere. It's just a 20 minute walk, or a few minutes by free shuttle, from the Parks
Took grandchildren here and what a amazing experience. Hotel decorated in the toy story theme which my grandson loved. Room was cleaned daily and based in a wild west town. We mislaid our disney park tickets and staff went out of their way to help us sort it. We booked breakfast and grandkids loved it.

We arrived from CDG via taxi after a short drive. First impressions are good. Clean, tidy well kept exterior. Reception area is also shop and a few games for kids to play. Very clean and tidy. Reception staff excellent and friendly. Very helpful at all times. Times for transport to Disney clearly shown at the desk and on the monitor on the wall which shows the next 4 busses and times. [ The bus stops right outside reception ]. Check in simple with only the tourist tax to sort out. We had two rooms booked, 1 double and 1 family. Both were nice , clean and in good repair. Bunks for the kids and singles for the adults. Bathrooms were clean with shower over the bath. Comfortable and very good for a quiet nights rest. [ The room area we were in was extremely quiet at night ]. There is a bar area where you can get a drink, food and snacks. The whole area is kept extremely tidy and clean. Staff great and friendly. I should add that all staff spoke English which was a great help for rusty school boy french ] The room included breakfast which was an excellent spread with great variety for all tastes. Cooked [ bacon, sausage etc ], cereal, croissants. even a microwave for warming the pancakes if you required. Tea, coffee & juice. A nice touch for the kids at the hotel are the two characters who wander around for high 5's and hugs and also a petting farm. Outside the bar area there is also a play area. We did not get chance to try the restaurant on the evenings, but based on oter aspects of this hotel I expect it was the same high standard. The bus to Disney is free, but can be very busy depending on which way round the pickup operates. They are roughly 20 minutes apart, with some at busy times around 10 minutes. We heard that the return, if you stay for fireworks is bedlam. Overall to recap this hotel is excellent and I would have no difficulty in rebooking here in the future.

Completely renovated as of Spring 2016, this 4-star hotel will immerse you even further into a luxurious coastal experience. Enjoy the charm of this 1900s coastal mansion nestled next to Lake Disney. Awash with maritime romance, this Hotel is just a 15 minute walk from the Parks and only a few minutes by free shuttle.
The hotel is very large so expect it to be bustling! We arrived after midnight expecting it to be quiet but there were so many people. The illuminations and fireworks are 11pm nightly so that explained why. The Bay Boutique is open to 12.30am. Check-in was swift. The room was fine. It was spacious for a family of 5-two doubles and a sofa bed though we had to make up the sofa bed ourselves. Only 4 towels in the bathroom though. The beds were comfortable. The furnishings are worn but the beds are comfortable. I do think the hotel is over-priced for what it is. Breakfast was fine but busy. We ended up going to the part near the convention centre as it was less busy-croissants,pastries,cereals,eggs,bacon,smoked salmon etc. The coffee out of a machine wasn’t great-a cafetière would have been better. Concierge staff were helpful with a query we had. The hotel is about 20 minutes walk to the parks. Like the hotel entrance you have to pass through security scanners to enter which is good. We returned each day in the afternoons for a swim in the pool. Both the outdoor and indoor pools were warm, all that was missing was a slide. Room service was hit and miss. Our soap was taken and not replaced for two days. Only 4 towels were left out each day although it was clear we were a family of 5. Waters were only replaced one day. Dirty cups weren’t cleaned. It is very handy to stay here and it’s not far from the park but it is very expensive for what it is-definitely not 4 star. Drinks in the bar are very expensive.

Come and stay at the Magic Circus Hotel at Disneyland® Paris, with its manor house style and brightly coloured interiors. Enter a world of magic and illusion that the whole family will love! Good Hotel for Disney visit when you are crashing at hotel only for night en breakfast. Good pickup and drop Bus service from Disney; But they need to increase frequency of the bus service during the peak time. As all the hotels in the area use same bus service. So it becomes very crowded.

This hotel is bog standard at best and is in desperate need of refurbishment. The carpets in the rooms are cheap and dirty, and the walls around the place are in desperate need of a lick of paint. The rooms themselves are very basic , and the beds are not the most comfortable, but the pillows are something else , I had to fold mine in half to try and get comfy on , they are half the size of a normal pillow , but when folded in half , not much bigger than a postage stamp!!! The continental style breakfast was not too bad if you can tolerate eating croissants or yogurts every morning, or if you can’t , for every item of a standard British breakfast it is 1 euro per item , which can be costly if you want a omelette with 2 eggs and ham and mushroom in it . Food here is quite costly if you have a family to feed , and it’s nothing to get overly excited about. Alcoholic drinks are expensive, expect to pay £7 a pint and if you venture out into Paris , expect to pay £10 or more depending on where you go. The swimming pool here is actually quite good with a few slides for the kids , and is probably the warmest pool I’ve ever been in. The arcade here is quite small , but enough to keep the kids entertained for 15 mins , before you run out of money , as it is 2 euros per game that you go on. For the price we paid for the week , I would expect a lot better quality in terms of room standard, but as you are on holiday and spend most of your time out of the room , you kind of tolerate it. Speaking to other people staying in the hotels next to ours , the standards seem to be more or less the same. There is a free shuttle to Disney from each of the 5 hotels on the same strip , which come every 20-30 mins, and if you decide to venture into Paris , the train station is right next to where the shuttle drops you off. The trains in Paris are far better than back home in England and are always on time, but just takes a little time to figure out the tube station, but it’s probably your cheapest and quickest way to get around. The first stop on the train is val-de-Europe which is a shopping mall , and has quite a few restaurants in there which are reasonably priced and far better than anywhere else we ate in Paris, and is literally 2-3 mins on the train from the disney station.
