Great stay just at tho foothills of Jeseníky Mountains
Reviewed By Silence_CZIn the middle of the quiet little town of Loučná nad Desnou stays this beautiful hotel located in recently renowated old building. The room size took my breath as there was space for a double bed, a desk, a fridge, a large closet and even a conference table with two armchairs next to big french windows with a beautiful view over the mountains. On the other hand, I would gladly sacrifice a part of the room size for better soundproofing. The noise from the other room was annoying sometimes but I have experienced much worse. Everything was clean and fresh. The staff was friendly and extra helpful. We have tried hotel's private wellness (Infrared sauna, whirlpool and relax area) and considering the price (And for longer stays it is for free) it was flawless - fresh and clean. Breakfast is really basic, but good. Just five minute walk from the hotel there is a restaurant Na staré poště. Don't get confused by how it looks both at the outside and inside - it offers really good meals from fresh and mostly local ingredients you would appriciate even in the big city. Nice surprise. Going to Jeseníky Mountains? Hotel Valdes totally recommended.

A nice place to stay
Reviewed By kate_taborWe stayed at Cervenohorske Sedlo as a family for couple of days and I can honestly say that it was an amazing time. The hotel rooms were cozy and with amazing view and we also enjoyed the hotel pool and table tennis a lot. Dinner buffets were awesome and full of many different options. We also had a homemade blueberry lemonade every single day and it was perfect. There are many hiking trails around this area so the whole trip was simply amazing.

What you see is not what you get
Reviewed By Rea KWe made a reservation online, we saw some pics and we liked it. The lady on a front desk was lovely, but she asked to pay immediately for the whole stay. I am not used to pay for accomodation before I can see where I will live for a while. So I did the same, she denied to let us check the room, istead of it she showed us the same pics what I saw on net. Well than, it must be the room, we paid the whole amount. Than we finaly became the keyz from room No. 3. It wasn't the same - instead of sunny apt on the higer floor with french window providing nice view we became dark room on the ground floor with a lillte window showing only an electrical transforming station producing annoying humming sound effect. Only the bath corresponding to promo pics. See my pics. We decided to left immediately, even the whole ski resort doesnt look bad. We have found a wellness 4* hotel near by and for half price. I can honestly say that 220 Euro for 2 nights BB in this standard is a bit overpriced.

Reviewed By denisam2020We stayed in this pension 4 days. Kitchen from restaurant is available and shared for guests. Restaurant is closed. Location of pension is good. Ski areal Kouty is 1,5km. Rooms are clean but towels stink. Not far from here is railway. So you can hear it.

Traditional mountain hut, blueberry dumplings recomended
Reviewed By Martin LWe enjoyed two stops in Svycarna, the first during ascent from Cernohorske sedlo to Prade and the second when going back. Overall, it had a nice atmosphere of a traditional mountain hut and quite good selection of food. The tripe soup was rather average, but blueberry dumplings and blueberry liqueur were excellent. We recommend stopping for a lunch when passing by. Take your food outside and have a look on highland cattle on the meadow around the hut.

Reviewed By MartinaT1619Skvělý nový penzion, trošičku na samotě, což jednomu umožní noční sledování hvězd se sklenkou výtečného moku v ruce.....a že zrovinka padaly Perseidy ...... Pan majitel je mimo jiné dovozce a odborník na vínka, tak si můžete vybrat z bohaté nabídky italských, rakouských, francouzských, moravských a dokonce moldavských vín. Mě osobně velmi zachutnal moldavský Cabernet Sauvignon. Pokud dáte přednost pivínku, tak Holba z Hanušovic je velice lahodná, jak by také ne, když se vyrábí z krasové vody. Restaurace je příjemné místo, kde se podávají snídaně a večer můžete posedět u dobrot a nějaké té sklenky. Z penzionu jsou pěkné výhledy do půvabného kraje Jesenicka.... Okolí nabízí mnoho různých možností k výletům i sportovnímu vyžití. Je zde milá a přátelská atmosféra, vstřícný přístup, vše čisťounké a vonící novotou. Děti si mohou bezpečně hrát venku. Parkujete přímo před penzionem.

Reviewed By Roving808353Pokój mieliśmy w budynku głównym (zielonym).Piętro drugie wysokie.Schody męczące szczególnie dla starszych.Apartament bardzo duży, czteroosobowy.Mnóstwo miejsca.Oddzielna sypialnia,coś na kształt salonu z kuchnią, spory przedpokój i wielka łazienka. Czystość bez szału, ale może być. Minusy to ewidentnie bliskość głównej drogi.Okno wychodziło wprost na nią.Pociągi mimo,że też blisko nam nie przeszkadzały.Na dole ogród ( murawa),mini plac zabaw,siedzenia,stoły. Ocena 4 ogólnie.W miasteczku sporo dużo ladniejszych miejsc.

Very nice set up
Reviewed By Karel KThe rooms are little retro, but it feel very cosy. Nice and clean with good service. I love the winter atmosphere. Nice and warm inside, small sauna and small swimming pool are handy for the time you do not want to spend on the slope. 3 slopes literally on the doorstep. No transport required for skying. My sons and I normally stay a week or 2x 4 days. Recommending the "package" rather than the daily rate. Restaurant is nice and food caters for most. I always put on weight but ;-) The price is increasing yearly, but the clientele as well, so it is understandable. We would found cheaper, maybe even a touch better, but the place has a character and the facilities make it convenient.

Reviewed By Michal HPříjemná a milá obsluha při ubytování. Klid na chatě ruší blízkost nádraží pod kopcem. Určitě je příjemná přítomnost čistého bazénu v bezprostřední blízkosti chaty. Pocity z nedostatečné hygieny ručníků nám pokazila celý pobyt.
