Spacious and clean, just report the STRAY DOGS outside
Reviewed By 734juliuscPlace is quite spacious though unit B has a smaller pool but still good enough with the hot spring waters - so clean. Just be careful going outside around 4-5am there are lots of STRAY DOGS I almost got bitten. I just tried to go to the subdivision exit by walking , these dogs chased me and fortunately I escaped when I got to another open resort.

Great place!
Reviewed By Natasha RPROS: The place was great. We have our own Onsen inside our family room. The staff were also helpful and courteous. It was great that their restaurant had a piano too that my son enjoyed playing. :D CONS: We just wish that there was more variety on the food in their restaurant. Also, their wifi was very inconsistent and Smart does not have a signal here so make sure that you have a Globe sim card.

Okey naman ung place but ung kiddie pool my mga bugs dami kagat ng husband ko siguro galing sa mga plants. Our room was big enough for 4. Indoor pool inde maxado na enjoy kasi hot spring nga ang tagal mg cool down ng water nag dradrain pa ewan sira ata ung drainage. Eat dinner wow ang mahal.. Sa staff okey naman need lng ng improvement sa facilities and rates

It feels so relaxed swimming in the night with its warm water and breezy fresh air and chilling out in the area near Laguna De Bay. I have been recommending this place to people!

While my husband and I stayed here a couple of times in the past, it's only recently that we did together with our child. The hotel staff (receptionist) was nice, courteous, and very helpful. The hotel, however, isn't the same as it used to be. The room, especially the toilet and bath, definitely needs upkeep. There's not much food choices at the resto, too.

Nice & Hot Pool But...
Reviewed By MASTERPETERTAYGood experience to swim in warm water but I will says hot water with no control of temperature. Paid Php5,000.00 for a Suite Room but not worth the money. No good service and the pool are dirty with no maintenance or cleaning. Had dinner and it taste bad, BBQ Pork is like STONE, can't bite. First & last experience... :-(

Needs improvement
Reviewed By loids2014My family and I booked an overnight stay at Centtro Residences via a booking app. Upon check-in, however, we were given a room which was different from the one we booked. Thus, we requested for a transfer to a room similar to the one we expected. After about 30 minutes, we got the room. The room is big enough, has a working water heater in the bathroom, a coffee and side table, and other basic room fixtures. However, it would be better if a chair or two may be provided for guests' convenience, especially those who bring in takeout food in the room. Cleanliness may be improved also as the beddings already have some little stains. Further, the hotel may consider providing one-time use hotel slippers to the guests instead of rubber slippers. As the hotel is in a good location, this can be more of an advantage if matched with much improved service.
