Reviewed By StaidthereWe stayed for two nights at Garden Inn. We loved the convenience of the Valle Restaurant in the lobby, and we had a lunch and a dinner there. We recommend the filet mignon with baked potato. Our room 350 was larger than what we needed, but there was only one peg available to hang up a towel. Everything else was convenient: lots of electrical outlets, a Keurig coffee maker, a microwave, and a refrigerator. We had a view of a shopping center next door. We could see our car from our window. Only TV channels--not cable--were provided. The location is ideal, within walking distance of restaurants and shopping centers. We recommend the Hilton Garden Inn in Lompoc very highly.

Our restaurant is open for dinners Tuesday through Saturday and we offer a wide selection of steaks, pasta, fish, and daily specials. Our rooms are roomy and home-like, and include large flat screen TV's, refrigerators, microwaves, dvd players, pillow top mattresses, full size pillows, and some even have leather recliners. O'Cairns Inn & Suites is a family owned and operated hotel and our goal is to treat our guests like extended family. We are a dog friendly hotel that offers certain allocated rooms for dogs at an additional charge.

Large (for motel) wide screen Samsung TV with DirecTV, HBO etc., large clean fridge, hairdryer, microwave, coffee maker, one complimentary free drink at the bar (Friday & Saturday), excellent hot breakfast made to order (not the lame continental version). The bistro has a small bar, billiards table few large screens playing sports, decent menu (very well prepared food). The swimming pool is nice too. Amazingly good place for Lompoc. Previously we stayed in nearby Solvang in motels for double the price and miserable conditions. Location is excellent if you want to visit the Santa Ynez wine country (like us), but can't find reasonable accommodation in the valley (like us). The motel is at the boulevard which becomes highway 246 to Santa Ynez Valley - 20 min. drive. Strongly recommended.

Reviewed By janworner2333Good value. The hotel has a friendly staff. Clean throughout and seems has been newly renovated. Be aware though that rooms are a little loud (walls seem pretty thin). I could def hear the other room. The bathroom was very big. Overall good experience.

Toilets have these very loud flushing Jet engine type sound, the entire block might hear that sound. Very close to a whole bunch of restaurants. So easy to get some food quickly and start your day. Due to COVID, room cleanup is restricted for every 5 days or so I think. So had to remove the trash ourselves so that room doesn't stink. Holiday Inn Express was known for their good breakfast. But due to covid it was just a grab and go bags. ( yogurt, danish pastry, banana) . Might stay next time if I get the price right.
