Great Hotel in city center
Reviewed By ItalyGiulio_PI spent here 2 days in July 2021. Hotel is a new structure, rooms are large, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was offering all possible hot and cold dishes. Staff very helpful and friendly, in particular Dominika at the reception. I really recommend this hotel since I cannot find 1 single defect for my whole stay! thanks! Giulio

Reviewed By m00nwheelerThe food was good, the prices fair and the staff efficient and nice .... but ... it lacks any romance, personal atmosphere..you feel like you are in a 50's dining hall. There are not many choices in Levice, and, as I said, the food was really good ..just not for a romantic or couples dinner. Location is in the centre on the square of Levice, about the only nice part of Levice to be honest, but, that's not the hotels fault ..4 star ... not even close.

Reviewed By 883pavelfAn ideal place for active recreation. Amazing environment, great staff, and the owner who tries to satisfy everyone. We enjoyed the weekend at the ranch. The food was excellent, the room cozy and the bathroom beautiful.

Reviewed By MawrickCStrávil som v tomto apartmáne 1 týždeň . Raňajky obed večera tam nie je možné , aspoň v čase , keď som tam bol ja. Apartmán bol čistý , útulný , veľmi príjemný . Ak budete v LV odporúčam tuto možnosť ubytovania. Podkrovne bývanie to je. Nemajú vlastne parkovanie, na izbe sa nachádza wifi, rýchlovarná kanvica a šálka v ktorej nájdete 1ks čaju , 1 ks kávy .

Hotel is offering small tasty complimentary breakfast with good italian coffee. Pleasant staff with italian manager are flexible and allways with good mood. I wish you a lot of successes in the future.

Reviewed By Pitr FI visited this hotel only for one night. It is in close proximity to train station and Levice city center. Hotel is simply furnished, rooms are really spot on clean. It is a cheap mid range hotel, definitely not luxury but everything you need to get a good sleep is there.

Reviewed By Lubos121ubytovanie pre skutočne dobrodružné povahy, vysoké ceny, starý a na pohľad ošuntelý nábytok, stoličky, z ktorých trčí dotrhané futro, odraná sedačka, prevádzka reštaurácie, ktorá končí o 16.00 hodine, ťažké postsocialistické retro v dobách 30 rokov po revolúcii, zásadná pripomienka: nesmiete byť alergický na mačky a za psa si priplatíte 10 eur na noc. Dobrá rada: radšej sa tu neubytujte

Unprofessional staff + disappointing breakfast
Reviewed By Antonis_29We chose this hotel for 1 night stay of family members (grand-parents) coming from Greece for a celebration related to their grand-daughter. In addition to this, we have booked a lunch for ca 20 persons for the same day. It was a Saturday, however the hotel was quite empty (only 2-3 rooms looked occupied). The 1st bad surprise was the location (and the size) of the room: despite the high availability of the rooms, we were given (probably) the smallest double room with “view” only to the inner yard. Most of the rooms have view on the street; however we were given one of the worst rooms. In addition to this, you can have a look on the photo of the bathroom door (next to the shower cabin). Second surprise was when we asked if it is possible to have late check-out on Sunday morning. The (by the way, very POOR) breakfast is served till 10:00. The check-out is also at 10:00 (!!!). We have asked for 1 or 2 hours late check-out and we were told that the hotel policy (price-list) is that we should pay +10 €! Really? When the same day we have paid quite a big amount of money for the lunch of 20 people (while the restaurant was otherwise completely empty), they could not give us free late check-out? The answer of the receptionist was “I will ask my Manager and I will let you know”. So, in the morning, we were expecting to receive an answer on the request. However, when wake-up (at 7:00), there was no warm water in the bathroom! The receptionist answered that they will switch-on the warm water (!!!) and in 15-20’ it would be ready. However, the warm water was available only at 9:00! So, the message here is: no warm water in out-of-office hours! No answer yet to the request for late check-out, so the receptionist was asked and answered: “sorry, you have to pay 10 € if you want to check-out after 10:00”! Even if for 2 hours the guests could not have shower, still no late check-out was granted for free (no apologies either for the lack of warm water). At the check-out the receptionist was asked if the hotel Manager was asked regarding the request for late check-out. She replied “I do not know. I will have to talk to my colleague who was in shift last night and I will let you know”. After some hours, she called back and said by phone: “My colleague told me that she asked the Manager and he agreed on free-of-charge late check-out. Is everything OK now?”. The answer was, of course: “No, it is not OK because we did not get this information on time. Now we have already checked-out, so what is the point on telling us that the Manager agreed on our request?” In few words; besides the really POOR breakfast and the (unacceptable in any hotel of the world) lack of warm water in the morning, the attitude of the hotel staff is completely unprofessional. To be avoided!
