We spent 15 wonderful nights and days in the perfectly managed hotel with great staff, excellent services perfect location with highest standard of French cuisine. If you like to know more about GUADALUPE make sure you rent car. Tip: we did it through Hertz because their pick-up location is just across the street less than one minute from the hotel. If you want to save money do it online because sometimes price is cheaper. Next to the Hertz office is small supermarket and souvenirs shop open seven days a week. We would also recommend to buy a boat trip through concierge of the hotel, it is well organized for small group of people and truly beautiful. Concierge is truly exceptional with deep knowledge of the Guadalupe, very useful tips and many advices which saved us lot of time and also money. Location of the Hotel is perfect Beach is beautiful, breakfast is simply extraordinary and hotel is perfectly managed. We do not speak French but we didn't meet with any problems or misunderstanding. All employees of the hotel are wonderful, smiley and very dedicated people.

The Fleur d'Epee Hotel partly renovated in 2014 is located 20 km from the international airport "Caribbean Pole" at the edge of a white sandy beach shaded by coconut trees in the heart of the attractive resort Gosier. In this little corner of paradise, everything has been designed for your well-being. Enjoy your vacation! Be tempted by the rich buffets and a diverse local cuisine, enjoy the sun and sea while our entertainment team prepares you surprises. The Fleur d'Epee Hotel is ideal for family holidays or friends and for your business trips.
We stay at Le Fleur d'Epée on a regular basis because it is a great location, on the beach and well connected (quite central on the island). The rest is ok, no more, no less, nothing outstanding but acceptable by local standards. Especially since they revised their rates downwards a bit. If you expect or need an average internet connection: forget it, it is terrible! You cannot get connected unless you go down to the hall, and it is very unstable. Clearly no up to 21st Century standards.

Canella Beach Hotel is located in Gosier, at the tip of “Pointe de la Verdure”, on a white, sandy beach, surrounded by lush tropical gardens.Located 5 miles from the capital city of Pointe-a-Pitre and 8 miles from the airport POLE CARAIBES, Canella Beach Hotel-Restaurant will offer you a perfect change of scenery. It is within walking distance of hotels, restaurants, shops, a movie theatre and a casino. The architecture of “Creole” inspiration and the colourful tropical decor of the hotel will be a welcome and relaxing change of scenery. The Canella Beach offers all the amenities of a traditional 3 stars hotel while giving you the independence of an apartment hotel.
The location is perfect the rooms more than adequate but need to be verified before clients arrive A/C needs cleaning as they’re filthy dirty, cupboards need airing tiles need replacing. Breakfast is continental with added sausages & bacon & powdered eggs, when the Barman & the two young employees we’re working service was Spock & span now that they’ve left ans the older lady is working service has gone downhill food replaced only when you ask. Great little private beach with access to the sea and water-sports, the bar was closed because of Covid but the same restaurant was open at night (didn’t quite understand that one) unfortunately while we were at the hotel younger clientele were smoking cannabis everywhere and were never asked to stop running up and down the corridor at 2am, unfortunately it wasn’t that relaxing. One morning we couldn’t change our beach towels they had none left or the external company hadn’t delivered fresh ones. Nice swimming pool Difficult to find parking barrier was left open and outside clients took our parking space. Nice reception team always happy to help Badly organized housecleaning always cleaning our room when we wanted to use it even in the afternoon. Overall good 3-star hotel but badly managed, hotel beginning to fall apart badly maintained by the site director or the group.

Les Bananiers looks forward to welcoming you on your visit to Le Gosier.
We were very pleased with our stay. Florence, the owner, welcome us like at home and served goods from the varden for breakfast. The rooms are clean, very cozy and all created with personal owner's touch. The area is surrounded with nature and is very peaceful. Highly recommended.

Located in the entrance of the city of Gosier and close to many stores, the hotel is the ideal starting point to go off to explore the butterfly island. Nearby, you will find stores, night bars and the Casino. The hotel is 20 minutes away from the international airport Guadeloupe Pole Caraibes, 10 minutes away from the city of Pointe-a-Pitre and nearest beaches are at 800 meters. With its architecture and its typically creole colors, > is a charming 3-star hotel residence, where simplicity and conviviality are mixed. It consists of a unique building of 56 rooms either with a view on the tropical garden or on the pool.
Made an unexpected stop at La Maison Creole and we were pleasantly surprised. Friendly service, open late, clean room, strong WiFi and central location. They also serve a breakfast which is good as well. We would stay again!!

L auberge de la vieille tour, facing the turquoise sea with a view panoramique, an exceptionnal elegant building of colonial architecture and style, a reminder of the charms of another timeA perfect scenery for your next business trip or an exotic and authentic vacation
We stayed here for a week and contemplated moving after visiting Le'Creole - thinking it might be worth spending just a little more money. The location of this hotel is pretty great - ten minute walk down Routes des hotels where there are several good restaurants and right next door to Parc du Calvaire where we enjoyed a weekly pop-up market with great local vendors; went to the larger La Datcha Beach; and easily caught the ferry out to Islet Le Gosier. Angel beach is on the property but very small (The food at the beachside cafe there is great though.) The facility itself is dated and definitely has the "charm" of yesteryear. However, the rooms were great - clean, good size, and nice balconies and patios. The restaurant had good food and the daily breakfast was included and did the trick. The staff was mixed - some were engaging and helpful while a few others made us feel like we were an inconvenience for them. After eating dinner at the Arawak and Le'Creole hotels, I think we'll likely stay at one of those newer hotels in the future.

Renovated in 2016, located on the Guadeloupe Riviera of the Pointe de la Verdure, the Zenitude Le Salako stands on the edge of the most beautiful sandy beach of Gosier. Turquoise sea, spacious and well-equipped rooms, children's club, nautical base to explore the nearby islands (Petite Terre, Les Saintes, Marie Galante), the hotel has all the assets for a holiday both active and relaxed. Pointe de la Verdure has many restaurants and shops within walking distance of the hotel. The Casino de Gosier also offers slot machines and gaming tables, a cinema and a theater. Gosier is ideally located in the heart of Guadeloupe which makes it the starting point for many day trips or half day. The hotel offers standard and superior rooms as well as apartments with kitchenette on the terrace for a relaxing stay.
Not the simpiest to found the hotel from highway especially at evening. Buildings are in a lush garden. Clean rooms, super view to pool and to the sea. Free wireless internet. Nice beach area, fine breakfast. Interesting, that breakfast have to pay immediately - may no room credit?

The Mahogany Hotel & Residence is located at Gosier, between Basse-Terre and Grande-Terre, in a wide tropical garden facing to the ocean. It is the ideal spot for a varied vacation, from relaxation to the most extreme sports.7 kms from Pointe à Pitre centre12 kms from Pole Caraibes International Airport.
I must admit I only completed research on the Island of Guadeloupe only after I booked my flight, and it should go noted my french vocabulary consist of possibly 10 words. With that said I will tell you that reviews you read about people around the speaking enough English to communicate with you is not exactly true. I was very happy I chose to book a hotel vs. an air BnB since I knew I would feel more comfortable knowing the hotel would have to have at least one English speaking representative. Hotel & Room- I will start with the start of the weekend trip to Guadeloupe. The staff at the hotel were very delightful and very helpful and they did speak English. *Do know that the Mahogony is a part of Le Creole, so they share all general spaces and it makes it easier when telling your taxi where you are heading.* Each night there was live music in the lobby which was nice. The hotel appeared very nice with modern touches to decor but I will say there was at least one to two roaches that were seen in around the hallways to the rooms daily, never inside the room. Other Caribbean bugs and insects were also see but were expected. The rooms were spacious and cleaned everyday. I did have a king room but was given a two twin bed room where they just pushed the mattresses together. The room was equipped with a kitchenette in the balcony. The room does use the French plug, I suggest you pack an adapter. Pool & beach- The pool was quiet calm and clean, I spent my last full day in the hotel and enjoyed the pool which was great. There weren't too many people so finding chairs wasn't a hassle. The beach was also quiet and calm, beach isnt very large as they have a rock wall that closes in their beach. Everything on the Island is charged in Euros so if you have to and can change before getting to the island I recommend it, the exchange was brutal (believe it or not the best rate was at the hotel but they limit the amount you can change daily). I will say I did not eat at the hotel so I cannoot comment on the food in the hotel but the food around the island was amazing. The hotel is surrounded by so many great dining experiences and restaurants and a casino- all walking distant. Most of the meals were consumed walking distant from the hotel- but again language barriers were a problem as almost all menus were in French and not many of the servers spoke English. My recommendations to try near the hotel are Safari Pizza, D'lys tropikal and Creperie le Boss, and what appeared as a chain bread shop near by that I cant remember the name. Gladys at concierge was extremely helpful in helping us book a two excursions one which was a tour of pointe-a-pitre, we found wasn't exactly worth it but the second which was a tour in Les Saintes which was amazing and I highly recommend. Gladys was able to book us an English translator which helped since every tour guide only spoke french. Cons to the hotel- One would be the roaches seen around the halls of the property. Lack of towels in the room. The charge per person to the room which makes no sense since you dont get any service per person when staying in the Mahogony. Lastly which was extremely disappointing was the quote vs. what I was charged for staying at the hotel. When I book I was quoted a price in USD for the room, when I arrived I was informed I was not yet charged and was given the price in Euros, When I arrived home I realized I was neither charged what I was quoted in USD or in Eur but instead more plus the USD conversion fee by my bank. I dont like they appear to try and sneak charges into your bill by upcharging or finding things to charge you for.

Our rooms are completely renovated as well as the furnishing with new bathrooms. The restaurant welcoming breakfasts was completely rebuilt. Finishing works around the swimming pool as well as on stairs are ended. A new continuation with a view of Marina is available. We specify to our clientele that we are within a residence, and that owners rent certain apartments in residence hotelkeeper. These are not a member (part) of the hotel village sun marinate. It is necessary to pay attention during the reservation that the name Hotel village sun appears on your reservation, to be on to benefit from all the services(performances) of the hotel. Thank you.
Nice and pleasurable location. Very helpful staff and good facilities. The room was comfortable and clean. The location offers excellent views of the marina. Just a quick walk takes you to a range of dining opportunities. Breakfast served is good

The KARAIBES HOTEL** is a 2 star rated hotel. It combines modern and creole décor. 66 rooms with renovated standard rooms. It is ideal and pleasant accommodation for people on vacation, business trips or on transit in Guadeloupe. The hotel is situated in the Pointe de la Verdure area which is the heart of the tourist zone in Gosier, in Guadeloupe F.W.I.. The hotel offers Breakfast (at extra cost), swimming pool, meeting room, automatic laundry, and other services. The first beach is located 150m walking distance from the hotel. restaurants and grocery store at 25 metres.
Where to start? We needed wifi to check Covid test results and fill out Covid entry forms to pass through Santo Domingo. Spent four hours trying, wifi access was awful. Had to use wifi at the airport. Travelers need consistent wifi access. Plus, no blankets or bed spread, just bare sheets.
