Our 32 rooms in the main building dispose of balcony and air-conditioning. We serve local dishes as well as Pizza in our Resturant from tuesday to sunday, the Café is open from tuesday to sunday
We booked this hotel as accommodation during a bicycle race week. Already from check in on we felt welcomed and at home. All the staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the breakfast had everything you’d need. Our room was great, with a big terrace. I really can recommend this hotel.

The young team of Thomas and Patrick welcomes you in our well furnished hotel in a quiet location near the city center of bolzano (7 km). We have also restaurant, lounge-bar, parking facilities and a big garden. The bicycle route from Brennero to Lake Garda passes just in front of our hotel.
The hotel is modern and clean, offers a desk, good internet and is incredibly quiet. The breakfast is also good. Parking is free. It’s a good place to stop for a night on a longer road trip or if you have business in the area. It is relatively far away from the center of Bolzano, only 17 minutes by car but over an hour by foot and about 40 minutes by public transport. Also a bit too expensive for what it offers.

Our campground lies 8 km south from Bolzano and is surrounded by apple trees, vineyards and elms. You find 180 parcelled pitches with current and wooden bungalows of different measures.
We are very disappointed with the administration of this camping site! We made a reservation on their website the day before arrival. According to their rules we had to reserve 5 days. The camping was expensive but we decided to try it anyway. We arrived on sunday 15th of sept. The first night we discovered that the camping site was very noisy, because of a road with heavy traffic close to the camping site. We went to the camping reception after the first night and asked an older man if there was any free camping pitch with less noise. The camping was almost fully booked and he could not give us any better alternative. We said OK about that but wondered if it was possible to leave the camping earlier. We suggested that we would like to leave 2 days earlier. The old man at the reception told us it was OK. Today after 3 noisy nights we went to the reception to check out. Then the same old man told us that we had to pay for all 5 nights although we had only stayed 3 nights. "But you told us it was possible to leave after 3 nights" we said. "Then we just want to pay for 3 nights!". We also then discovered that the camping already had made a withdrawal from our account for all 5 days. The old man was stubburd and didn't give us any money back. After a long discussion we were fed up with the old man and his stubburdness. Then another personnell of the reception showed up. She gave us a voucher worth 65 Euro for the 2 remaining nights and we could use it to buy things in their shop nearby. Summary: - don't make any reservation on the home page. The shortest reservation is 5 nights. We haven't seen any such reservation rules at any camping on our 2 month travel around Europe. - don't trust the personnell in the reception if they promise anything! Get their promises written and signed on paper! - the camping is of good standard but it is noisy and expensive. - the administration of this camping has their own rules and is NOT customer oriented and NOT flexible. - we cannot recommend this camping site and we will never come back!

This a family run hotel which offers very good value for money. The owner, Petra, and her staff are friendly and helpful. The owner speaks very good English. Rooms are of a good size and well maintained. Fresh towels readily available and separate towels with bag are provided for the pool. The pool has been recently renovated and is of a very good size. The pool area is well equipped with loungers etc and there is a small play area for children. The hotel's garden areas are very attractive with a range of seating areas. Breakfast offers a range of hams, cheeses cereals etc and is more than adequate. Evening meals comprise a limited choice from four courses and vary in quality however are excellent value at €15 for four courses. The view from the room balconies overlooking the pool are fabulous with a clear view right across the valley and up the valley to Bolsano.

We paid 200 euros per night for a room that was not in line with price. So please avoid room 117 or other on the same floor the room was small, very small almost claustrophobic, old and not in line with the other rooms of the hotel . I think the owners should differentiate and being more fair. The restaurant is ok, quality is pretty high and with a good service.

The Gartenresidence Stephanie is located 8 km from the center of Bolzano and 2 km from the motorway exit Bolzano South A22 on a small hill in Steinmannwald mountain. 8 individually designed rooms with W-Lan, 40-inch TV, balcony / terrace or private garden. Wellness shower (partly also with integrated Turkish bath). A small private pool with a waterfall and a lovingly designed garden. Please ask for your desired room, because all 8 rooms are differently furnished. Partly with design furniture.
