$300/ night room with NO Air and No Help- WOULD NEVER recommend!
Reviewed By kristenbF7672CTWe arrived later in the night last night (11 pm) for checkin with 3 kids in tow. From first glance the hotel looks nice. We walked into our VERY hot room and went to adjust the thermostat which was not functioning. Checked the unit in the room which was not plugged in and needed an adapter to plug into the electrical outlet, so we had NO air on a very warm May Day. I called to the front desk and explained the issue, and the employee stated he would be right up to check it. 15-20 minutes later when he still had not come up to “check it”, we called back to the front desk. At this point he stated “oh, I just found out the air doesn’t work in that room”. We asked to be moved and he stated they were overbooked with no other rooms available. We asked for a fan and he said he would check on it and call back in 5 minutes. After 20-25 minutes and no call, we went down to the front desk. He stated that there were no fans available, and the manager was currently unavailable. We requested a refund and he stated he was not able to process the refund but we would “surely be refunded by the manager tomorrow”. We explained to him that we have young kids with us and the room is extremely hot. He stated to talk to the manager tomorrow. We asked when the manager would be in because we would be checking out and had tickets to a Waterpark. He said between 9 am and 1 pm! What?!? He took my name and number, and I requested a number and email for the manager. We asked a few more questions and he ignored us as if we were not even speaking. Another guest came up and said had a large leak in his bathroom, and he had previously heard another guest complaining about their air as well. Today when I checked out at 9 am, I asked to speak to the manager and was told he wasn’t there yet. The front desk employee took my name and number again. I explained that I want a refund and had previously been told I would receive a refund. He seemed surprised. I explained that we had ZERO air in our room and had to sleep with the balcony door open on the 2nd floor with 3 kids in the room just to get a little air flow. We could smell cigarette smoke all night from the 100% non-smoking hotel balconies and hear traffic noise all night while sweating in our $300/ night room! He said we would surely receive a refund under these circumstances, and I should receive a call by 1 pm. At 1:45 pm I had not received a call, so I called the hotel and asked to speak to the manager and shockingly he was “taking care of something” but was aware of the situation and “handling it” and would call me back in 2 minutes. 1 1/2 hours later with no call, I called back and was hung up on. I called back again and was told “the manager is still taking care of that thing I told you about before” and would call me back. He stated I would be receiving a “discount” on my room. I stated “no I want a full refund”. He said he wouldn’t be able to do that because we slept in the room. What?!? They gave us no choice but to sleep in the room because there were no other rooms available and the employee could not process a refund last night. He stated the manager would call me back soon. I asked for a call and an email. Needless to say I did not receive either. I would run far far away and book anywhere else in the area and would NEVER consider staying at this hotel again.

Making several recommendations for local eating and details of the ball game I attended while there. Tickets were available at the checkin desk. Room was clean and comfortable as expected when visiting a Hilton property. Breakfast bar was always stocked and fresh. Glad I chose this location for my weekend outing stay in the Sevierville/pigeon forge area.

All rooms have exterior doors but we felt safe. breakfast was a decent hotel hot breakfast with egs, sausage, bscuits and gravy as well as a wafle machine, ceral, yogurt, muffins, etc. Coffee and tea in lobby 24/7 Coffee machine in breakfast are makes esspresso, lates and other assorted coffee drinks. some highway noise but not exsessive Lower floor had many "j1" exchange students lodged there as they often are working in area attractions and there is a housing shortage; all were quiet and the hotel was kept very clean. J1's do not go to the hotel breakfast and the only reason i noticed them was a bus picks them up and drops them off for work. Do not let this deter you from statying hee as it is an excellently run property, clean and priced for good value. All Quality Inns could learn something from this small hotel. Cleanliness. Smiles, Little things like the two bottles of water and a few sancks that welcomed our tired selves to the room. On weekends a huge flea arket is right down the road and it was interesting to walk around. It is about a 20-30 min drive to the gatlinburg welcome center where you can park free and ride the free trolly to gatlinburg attractions or if you want Pigeon Forge drive to the Lconte center and park free, walk to the island or get a $3 ride all day pass for PF trolleys(these are more erratic in schedule than the gatlinburg ones)

Reviewed By hoteltogoThe room was clean, quiet stay, but we noticed the trash right by elevator and our room smelled like a nasty dirty diaper when we checked in on Monday, it’s now Wednesday and that trash has still not been emptied, the horrid smell makes you lose your appetite for sure, the “COVID” housekeeping rules are understandable but when you see the 3 -4 housekeepers sitting out on folding chairs smoking most of your stay, you’d think they have time to empty the trash. This was the only poor remark I have, the pool is extremely small, by small I mean one family is all it will fit, the construction is still ongoing here, the small breakfast area is a madhouse but at least they offer hot breakfast. It’s close to everything so it was at least nice to lay your head on a soft pillow at night. The only other thing I can think was the water pressure was almost a trickle, ladies I had to wash my hair bent over the tub! It’s an okay place to stay: felt safe, but for a few extra dollars I could have stayed in a much nicer place.

Reviewed By ktowe903474Was in town for a truck show and went to go to bed and there was blood on the mattress. The only thing was done about it was mattress changed and $20 back. We will never be back. It was a very horrible experience
