Good stay in neat Kivik
Reviewed By Kirstine1984We stayed here one night. Our room and the whole place seems newly decorated abd in good condition. Rooms are small, but good and clean, and the place is cosy. Staff is friendly, and breakfast was good. In the evening we walked to Kivik for dinner, only a very short walk. During the day we went hiking in the surrounding trails.

A pleasant place to stay
Reviewed By kas_munkThe hotel is nice. It is a small hotel, so rooms are quite small and so is the surroundings, but what there is, is very fine. It has been renovated recently, so all is still new and shiny. The dinner was good, and the breakfast was ok. Due to Covid restriction, it was not a buffet, but we were served a plate of assorted toppings and bread. The soft boiled at Kivik eggs were for once actually soft, and not hard boiled as all other hotels'. They were cold, but rather a cold soft boiled, than a warm and grey hard boiled :). The hotel are between 3 and 4 stars, but a not too convincing waiter at the dinner and some details regarding breakfast tip it to 3.

Stenshuvuds fantastiska Kungsgård är mötesplatsen för alla åldrar. I april 2015 har vi startade vi upp vårt gårdshotell, där du kan bo i nyrenoverade rum i gammaldags charm. Att bo på Svabesholms Kungsgård är en upplevelse med sina vackra omgivningar, levande djur och natur och en känsla av att bara "kunna vara". I det gamla vagnslidret på gården har vi inrett ett café och lantkök där vi lagar och serverar gårdens mat. Här serverar vi frukost, scones, söta bakverk till kaffet. Vi har matiga mackor, varma luncher och under delar av säsongen serverar vi söndagens middag. Merparten av grönsakerna, äggen och köttet får vi från gården och närliggande gårdar. Vi erbjuder hembakat och lagat från grunden så långt det är möjligt. Vi har en italiensk kaffemaskin med bästa kaffet ifrån Fogarolli som serverar dig allt från Caffe Latte och Cappuccino till Chai Latte och varm Italiensk Choklad. I vår festlokal kan ni boka in er för konferens, bröllopsfest, 50 årsfest och andra sociala arrangemang. Vi skräddarsyr er vistelse efter era önskemål. Reviewed By ErikToroMusicWe've been to soo many nice places along the way in österlen and this place was the worst. Bad service, overpriced and bad food, lacking personality. Just a typical touristy place on the entrance to the national park. Don't enter!

Unacceptably unfriendly
Reviewed By KarlkoreanderMy clear recommendation comes first: Please do not go. The host is unfriendly to an amazing extent, and I cannot believe she can create a welcoming atmosphere. Here is the thing: She offers her yard as a commercial parking lot for pay. When we stayed overnight, she hyperaggressively treated us like criminals the next morning when she came round. There was no indication or no sign whatsoever that no overnight stay was wanted. Instead, the amount to be paid was clearly stated, and one also has to register the licence plate. Were it just her ground, her behavior would have been perfectly understandable. In the light of the fact that she offers her land for pay, however, her behaviour has been completely unacceptable. You can't have your cake and eat it.

Reviewed By AmigaPortugalAt Hanöbris you climb into the 60's - lovely retro interior! Very welcoming staff, lovely beds, great breakfast, guest kitchen and fresh herbs in the garden! After a day's hike I appreciated the possibility to Wash my shirt. My room had a shared shower in the corridor but that's no problem - it was nice and clean. Here's everything you need. I Will be back!

Went on sightseeing at the beautiful castles close by, and the a really good dinner at 'Farmors Lycka'. Calm place where you can put daily stress behind and find peace in mind. Enjoyed the jacuzzi in the moonlight. /Tony

Reviewed By susannev620Allt var uttänkt till minsta detalj för barnfamiljer, skydd på lådor, dörrgavel, säkerhetsgrindar etc. Även om om mina barn inte behöver detta mera så var det så fint att se hur familjen som driver stället verkligen bryr sig och gör det där lilla extra. Super bra studsmatta med gunga och lekhus på gården. Poolen i växthuset är idealiskt och barnvänlig. En oas för familjer, man gå in i en annan värld och kan verkligen slappna av!

Peacefully Quiet
Reviewed By MartyM388We made the right choice when we booked a nights stay at Agda Lund. As we took our husky with us on our long weekend getaway, we were happy to know that she was welcome, but only in the garden apartment which was seperate from all of the other rooms.. This was perfect for us. A little more expensive than the other rooms, but far more peaceful and quiet. The room was large with all the mod cons needed. A comfy lounge, tv and bed that was worthy of a second nights stay. Boy, did we all sleep well. The only crituque we had was the lighting in the room. Too many celing lights for our taste. A few more lamps or a dimmer would of been nicer. Although we were offered the use of the fridge in the main house, the lack of a small fridge in our room is something I feel would make a good addtion. The main building seemed fully booked, so we were glad we got to the breakfast room before everyone else. The breakfast was nicely presented and everything was farm fresh. While it may not appeal to those who want a hot cooked breakfast, we found the home made granola, the local products, fresh baked bread, eggs and good pot of coffee all kept us both very happy. We both found the whole experience to be wonderful and all the staff were very courteous,open and friendly. Kivik is a beautiful place to visit and we both would recommend Agda Lund as a quaint, clean and a very comfortable place to stay.
