Part of the Maltese archipelago, Gozo is the second-largest of the seven-island chain and basks in the Mediterranean off the coast of Sicily. More rural than its sister island, Malta, Gozo has a population of 31,000. Home to some of the oldest religious structures in the world, the fascinating Ggantija temples, the island offers dramatic orange-red sands and perfect snorkeling waters at striking Ramla Bay. Rickety buses ply Gozo's roads, making getting about the island an exciting component of your trip.

Excellent and exceptionally friendly staff and management !. Especially the young Italian guy who gave as at "check-in" so valuable recommendations especially for the restaurant. Cleanliness: amazing. Breakfast: just amazingly rich and VERY GOOD. Wow! The best omrlette - we compare with 5star Radisson Blu at Golden Bay on Malta where we stayed before. ROOMS: we had a jacuzzi on the terasse, view to a historic terasse and a double bed. All very nice and we slept good and it was quiet. We come back.

Kempinski Hotel San Lawrenz - Where European luxury meets Mediterranean flair! Malta's blissful sister island Gozo is the Mediterranean's best kept secret and home to the hideaway resort Kempinski Hotel San Lawrenz. Indulge in luxury, culture, sun & sea - and find the undiscovered island you have been dreaming of!
Mixed experience, good point, the room was spacious, comfy beds, nice newly refurbished bathroom, warm indoor pool, parking, friendly staff. Not so good, the building is a maze, it seems to be part timeshare? Out of date milk sachets, very limited tea/ coffee in room, expensive evening meals and no choice of restaurant as a large conference were using all of one - it would have been nice to know in advance, breakfast all cold even when ordered from the kitchen! That was the worst aspect, cold coffee, cold eggs, cold plates, miserable, and the staff seemed unable to improve it, even though they were all lovely and willing. So not really five star, but very pleasant in lots of ways

Wondeful location and views, but clearly something has happened to this hotel. Room dirty, shower inadequate, lumpy ancient pillows and room in need of decoration. Staff friendly and standard of food very good however. Need to check your bill for 'extras' and 'errors'. 3 star standard but could be 5 star with some detergent and a mop, and a regular cleaning schedule. Feels like it needs a manager and some modest investment.

A stone’s throw away from the bright, blue Mediterranean Sea sits Hotel Calypso. Perfectly-positioned on the north shore of the Island in the fishing harbour of Marsalforn, Hotel Calypso blends effortlessly within this picturesque seaside resort. Whether it’s a diving holiday you’re after, a base for your days on the beach or walks in the countryside, Hotel Calypso is the ideal hideout in Gozo, offering a cocktail of comfortable surroundings, breathtaking views and friendly service to accompany the ultimate island vacation in Gozo.
Hotel Calypso is well situated on a pretty bay, lined with bars and restaurants. The hotel overlooks the bay at the front but backs onto an untidy Street area so best to upgrade to a front or side sea view if possible. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is fine and the restaurant is light and airy. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The Aircon works and is adjustable. The bathrooms are a little dated and they need to supply rubber mats for the baths as they are very slippy when standing to shower. I would have preferred a walk-in shower and no bath. They charged a deposit for two very old thin and holey pool towels which was ridiculous as all the towels needed replacing. Apart from that, we enjoyed our stay and would return.

St Patrick's Hotel in Xlendi is the ideal place to relax while enjoying nature, a variety of water sports, and meeting people from all walks of life. It is a modern comfortable hotel with a truly unique location just a few metres away from the sea. It has 64 rooms, of which 20 have a sea view, 25 have a valley view and 19 have a view over the charming internal courtyard. Rooms are all very attractive and spacious with a relaxing decor. Whatever the view the rooms are a real delight. The sea views are impressive, the valley views are captivating and the charismatic internal courtyard is the hub around which the hotel was built.
Absolutely amazing hotel ! Staff second to none and very friendly and very helpful ! Sea view room a must we were on the 4th floor amazing views ! Breakfast had plenty of choice but would have liked some fresh fruit ! Half board have a choice of 2 starters and 2 mains /or omelette and a slice of cake or a coffee! Downsides: building work at each side of the hotel and it starts at 5am do not expect a good sleep ! Roof top terrace has no chairs to sit on no sun loungers to sunbathe on and the plunge pool is only a quarter full and dirty ! Xlendi was a good base for exploring Gozo but next time we would stay In marsalforn !

One cannot deny that Casa Gemelli is found at one of the most central spots of the island of Gozo both from a cultural and commercial point of view. It’s literally under the Citadel bastions, meters away from the old historical centre of the town, various museums and churches, the market, St. George’s Square and Basilica. On another note, it's minutes away from the bus station and car park.
Amazing rooms (impressive furniture) rooms with amazing views to Victoria’s cathedral in Gozo. Amazing homemade breakfast but the most amazing is the kindness of one of the owners, Anna. We will come back. AMAZING

Murella Living is a small family run boutique hotel of 24 individually designed rooms 1 min away from the seafront of the most sought after resort in Gozo.
Stayed 3 days here for a wedding, could not fault anything, staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast really good, although continental everything was of good standard and lots of variety. The room was very comfortable with everything you would need, the hosts certainly have thought of everything, even down to bottles of water on arrival. It is also a bonus to be able to book a car parking space in the garage, as parking is a problem, for 5 euros a day it was certainly worth it. 2 minutes walk to the sea where there is plenty of eating places and bars. Will certainly return if visiting Gozo

Ta' Maria B&B is a farmhouse of the 19th century. Set in the open countryside, it is located in Ghasri, the smallest village in Gozo. In 7 minutes, you can walk to the bus stop for links with Victoria. Ta' Maria offers 2 terraces with tables and chairs, and an outdoor swimming pool, open all year. The rooms are furnished with antiques, and offer a private bathroom. Some rooms have air condition which is at an extra daily charge. Free Wi-Fi is available at reception. A sweet and savory buffet is served daily, in the former mill with fireplace, or by the pool. Cakes and jams are homemade, by the pastry chef. Bus 308 connects the village with Victoria, 3 km away. From Victoria, it is a 15-minute ride on bus 301 to reach Mgarr ferry terminal.
A magical place! Singing birds, quiet very peaceful area. Maltese-style villa decorated with taste. Rooms spacious bed very comfortable, the bathroom toiletries every day, clean towels, daily service. The hotel has a lot of common spaces in the building and outside in the evenings you can sit and relax after sightseeing. Breakfast is completely sufficient (cold meat, cheese, fried or scrambled eggs with extras, bread, sweet options such as yogurt, fruit, jam, cake for coffee and of course coffee / tea) and everything is fresh and tasty. There is a swimming pool and grill at guests' disposal. You can also freely use the kitchen. The hosts, I don't know where to start, Sonia was very helpful, she gave us all the necessary information and patiently answered all our questions. She made sure that we knew everything, helped rent a car from a trusted rental company. Everything was done without any problems and without a deposit. Victor is a very charming, super funny man and also has a lot of historical knowledge! If anyone wanted to talk or joke he always found the time. He gave us many tips where to go and what to see. At breakfast he always entertained us with stories but not pushy as he saw discreetly made sure that no table was missing anything. Ladies from the staff (sorry but I do not remember their names) always smiling, with a heart prepared breakfast trying with the utmost care to take care of empty stomachs of guests. To the city of Victoria 7 min by car but you can also take the bus stop is very close to the B&B
