It served its purpose
Reviewed By Jesse EWe stayed here the night before we flew out of LAX. It served its purpose. The property wasn't exactly in a great neighborhood\. The parking garage was convenient but rather dirty and I saw no security. Handicapped access was adequate. The staff was professional enough. Our room was clean but not real comfortable. I didn't get much sleep. You get what you pay for.

Reviewed By ashwag83Booked the room for my daughter and I close to LAX for an early flight. The motel seemed very run down and the room was horrible. It smelled, sheets were stained and mold on the bathroom ceiling. Had not been vacuumed recently and my biggest concern was the door. Locked you could still see daylight outside and the extra security latch was barely hanging on the wall. The window would not lock securely either. We ended up leaving and finding a place we felt safe.

Convenient for an overnight visit
Reviewed By Grace LThis was a good hotel for an overnight. Short taxi ride and easy to get to and from the airport. The room was clean and spacious - 2 queens and a pullout sofa. Staff were friendly and helpful. The building seemed a little dated, but overall a good stay.

Reviewed By btaxiIt's not far from the car rental firm dollar @ thrifty 0.8 miles there is place to eat and drink the staff are very friendly the place smells a bit the rooms are clean and roomy and parking is $5 a day as it's not far from the airport.

The initial check in was smooth I called before arriving and explained I missed my flight and need a over night stay. The first person on staffing at that time was very professional and nice I didn’t get her name but I arrived by 3pm. Got in my room it was decent for the price and remodeled. I got hungry and headed down stairs to find a vape shop it’s one next door which was perfect. I purchased this pink lush flavor and proceeded to go back to my room. I realized maybe I should order some food or find a place near that I can walk to get a bite to eat. While doing that I’m standing About 10 -15 feet from the front desk off to the side away from door with my fruity scented vape . When all of a sudden a very large woman by the name of Cynthia yells across the parking lot!!! Excuse me sir what room are you in ? Me now startled and embarrassed in front of a couple of people also smoking but a much different race. She singles me out and I replied why is yelling at me across the lot necessary and more importantly why are you asking my room number in front of other guest. I’m alone here in California and don’t know anyone to be sharing my room number loudly and verbally so unprofessionally unpleasant!! I asked what was the problem she said the office door was open and she thought I was smoking something else? Me clueless and embarrassed asked what might that something else be ? Which she ignored my question! So I asked if the vape smoke was bothering anyone 15ft away from the door and would she like for me to move further to the street while I find something to eat on google! I then asked for her name which she rolled her eyes and and slammed the door all while saying Cynthia!! This all happened 20 minutes ago on may 10th Tuesday around 6pm. Now it seems to me your staff hasn’t be trained properly with customer service or guest relations! This very large woman should not be aggressively approaching me with no scent coming from my vape in an open area and a very windy evening. Profiling me with a stereotype of a tall black man with locs outside of a hotel smoking weed in California on my first visit to Los Angeles. I’m very uncomfortable here and don’t feel safe ever staying here again. It was mistreating and unsettling experience, my anxiety was triggered and deserved an apology from this very LARGE AGGRESSIVE WOMAN YOU HIRED FOR THIS INVASIVE ESTABLISHMENT!! Will never recommend STAYING HERE AT THE HOLLYWOOD INN GOOD DAY and the pictures shows my vaping addiction plus validation of it being just a vape not the assumption of this VERY LAGE WOMAN NAMED CYNTHIA. The second picture shows the white couple that was standing closer than me smoking a cigarette and my distance in the second photo is me now catching the elevator heading back to my room 308 not where I was standing while I was verbally attacked by the VERY LARGE WOMAN NAMED CYNTHIA

We booked this motel thinking we just had to spend one night travelling to our destination in the US. It was a terrible experience. There is a busy road next to it which is very noisy. In addition, the hotel is like a prison with one lift that takes you to your floor and concrete floors, making things worse. We were on the first floor and kept hearing footsteps, trolly dragging noise all night. We requested and asked them to store our luggage for a couple of hours they refused. The customer service is also bad; the girl at the counter only had one answer "sorry, no" We moved to a better option by paying a little extra for a good bath and free shuttle to the airport and luggage storage. So please avoid this at all costs.
