Best part was the front office team lead by Mr. Surchand for giving me a home life feeling. That day i found brother who treated me like his own biological brother, the way he treated and the hospitality provided by his team was top class. In future iam planning to visit this hotel and i wish to meet his team once again ??

In my assessment, the hotel provides the best hospitality, service and care amongst all the hotels in town. I would like to specifically mention the elaborate complimentary breakfast and sumptuous meals at the Wild Rice restaurant. Similarly, the reception, housekeeping and travel desk provide exceptional and personalised service. I would particularly mention the top class assistance provided by Ms. Rachna and the travel services by Mr. Okram. Highly recommended.

The Classic Hotel is the first and Three Star Hotel in Manipur. It is centrally located and over looking the Kangla, which is the most important historical and archaeological site of Manipur. Rooms: Most of the rooms are specious and are set to comfort your stay with air conditioning and other amenities. Food and Beverages: Classic Cafe is the multi cuisine restaurant and Rita Cafe is the coffee lounge where there is live band playing on Sundays. Conference and Banquet: Classic Royale has seating capacity of 250 in theatre style and 100 in table set up. Classic Regency has seating capacity of 100 in theatre style and 50 in table set up. Classic Regal is for ideal for Executive board meeting with seating capacity of 10.
Worse Experience at classic hotels at AOI Imphal
Reviewed By Teresa2787The Classic hotels Imphal have a small outlet at AOI, Babina Speciality hospital Imphal, My experience there was the worst experience in my life so far. on the 14 may i went there with my husband for my chemo, n before i start my treatment i wanted to have a light breakfast which they call puri sabji, I went there n i requested to one of the steward named Dhiren if i could get puri, i have explained to him as i am cancer patient i am on strict diet n i can only have puri at this time,, however to my surprise the way he response shocked me, " now its 12noon n breakfast time is over, y dont u have lunch or else why dont u order for dinner, chefs are busy n they dont have time to make puri." tht was his answer. I hve never expected such a rude and ill mannered behaviour from the staff of well known branded called Classic Hotels. I wish n suggest the Management to carefully select their staff not only that to give a proper training during their probation period, as one spoil staff member can spoil the whole reputation of the branded Classic.Also the staffs should be taught how to value each n every customer or guest.

It is also situated very close to the famous Ema Keithel and Kangla Fort. Hotel rooms located at the east have beautiful views of Kangla Fort and the Baruni Hills.
Great place to stay while you are at Imphal
Reviewed By Wander45417916531Its a great place to stay when you are travelling to this eastern most state of India. Lovely courteous and friendly staffs. Good rooms with hot and cold water supply. Surprisingly they dont have AC in a room when we paid 2100 for a double occupancy room. Overall its a great stay.

They respond immediately to your needs.They even packed a breakfast for us on the last morning as we had to check out early morning to catch our flight. I'd recommend this hotel to everyone.

Reviewed By sunilmishra2014A beautiful homestay in Imphal after staying two times in the best hotel in Imphal on my last visit I decided to stay in a cosy homestay and found this on the internet. Good value for money a living room, a good-sized bedroom, nice neat and clean toilet with nice open area just outside of the room with breakfast is undoubtedly a good deal. Nice family and especially Son takes good care of all your needs. I recommend this stay to all my friends.

Reviewed By swathihariharanI learned that yum means house, so this place is basically house and hills, true to its name it has great views of hills and the house is actually like a house not a typical homestay or a hotel. My husband and I stayed in their cottage for 2 night and it was the highlight of our trip to Imphal. The owners are friendly and they have a great know how about the place and things to see around. They helped us with our itineraries. The cottages are designed like traditional Manipuri houses, the property is not in the centre in the town but you can easily reach there in an auto which the taketakers at the property can help you with, they infact even negotiated with the auto guy for us. The location of this property is in my opinion perfect, as it quite and pretty there. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Yum & Hills cottages and would recommend this place to you.

It is located at Kabo Leikai Nongpok, North A.O.C., near Airtel Office within the zero point of the Imphal City. It is a comfortable, convenient and secure hotel with 18 rooms. It has two restaurants, out of which one is a beautiful open air restaurant on the roof top where one can have a delicious meal and enjoy the wonderful scenic view of Kangla Fort, Imphal river and surrounding places.

Reviewed By RAHULSg86Rooms without Room Heater at 6-7 Degrees in winter cant even think off. Water Geysers also not working properly. Lift too small. No Carpets in Rooms the floors are so chilling. Poor Internet Connectivity for business travel.
