Hythe Imperial is a hotel that I would recommend to anyone. The setting is perfect right by the sea and the gardens are stunning, everything about this hotel is impeccable, the food the rooms and the service. We got married at the weekend in this hotel and the management team from Georgia, Russ the Toastmaster, David the manager from the restaurant and Hobbie the trainee and so many more staff that waited on us. The rooms are so clean and the beds are so comfortable. The food is so tasty and the portions are big. This hotel will always be special to us. It was a magical place to get married as we chose the Gazebo and the wedding breakfast was in the ballroom that lead on to the sun deck.. lost for words magical. Thank you so much Hythe Imperial for giving us such great memories.

Seabrook House is a lovely property with spacious rooms with high ceilings. It has been a Bed and Breakfast for over 20 years. We have given it a major refurbishment last year(2016) We have also installed a real-sunlight retreat( a private beach with surround sound waves inside the property, offering guaranteed sun shine 365 day a year).Which comes in the apartment booking or can be booked for sessions, depending on availability. We are in the process of installing a guest bar by end May 2017 offering alcoholic, soft drinks, tea, coffee and light snacks.
The room needed an update, looked tired. the bed was fine. The bathroom was nice however there was NO HOT WATER! We notified the manager (Suzy) who assured us it would be fixed the next day, and that it was on a separate boiler system. It was NOT fixed the next day as promised. She did give us the key to another room across the hall so that we could use the shower in there. Not acceptable as we paid for a deluxe sea view room! When we complained again, we were told and I quote “the boiler was working fine at the time we checked it.” In other words, we were told we were wrong. If there’s no hot water, there is not hot water. Period. Unacceptable attitude from manager. Using the shower in another room is not reasonable.

I mean what can I say. It's worse that they saw the burnt burger before it was out in the bun, then still served it. Just shows really how much they don't care. No real need to say more. Shame as it's a nice location and could be nice. The portion size was good. It's run by Kids so not surprised

We had booked the hotel for August with Hotels.com back in April. We received a phone call only on 22/7 from the hotel itself to say the booking was cancelled. They would not give any reason.[Latter found out being used to house Asylum Seekers] We then had to cancel via Hotels.com to get a refund as the hotel had seemingly not even informed them. If real paying customers can be treated like this they do not deserve to get any bookings in the future. Who would ever trust them again.

Five-star hospitality. In an atmosphere that was welcoming, homely and cozy. The host looked after us very well and they really went the extra mile with hospitality, especially for my 9-year-old granddaughter. Real kindness! The breakfast was freshly cooked with quality ingredients and every whim catered for. It was lovely to have the lounge to relax in and cereal, bread for toast, spreads and fresh milk provided. The location is superb, as described. Off-road parking was a real plus.
