Reviewed By ryc710Excellent view with private balcony in both the bedroom and living room. We saw fire works directly from our suite. The suite was various spacious with a separate guest bathroom. The service was great even though it was during a long national holiday.

Grandiose but lacking in a few minor areas
Reviewed By Nick TThe rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are very impressive; the shower set up being a highlight. The gym is very decent for a hotel in these parts. The breakfast spread however, was somewhat disappointing. Not so much in terms of variety, but more the quality.

Perfect place and perfect staff
Reviewed By SEBY68One of the best Hotel in the area. Rooms are Seaview with Jacuzzi on the big balcony. The pool are open during all year and if cold there are the polls in the Hot Spring. Breakfast good, nice afternoon tea at 3pm with singers, big buffet in the evening with nice manager Wendy so kind with us. Thanks for the managers Winni and William to satisfy our requests and Kiki for making us visiting different rooms before check in. We will come back for sure but I always suggest to avoid weekends as I usually do.

Great pools and beach front Resort
Reviewed By JoshuaM1144We had a great time at the Regal Palace Resort! We met some friends here for 5 days. The children loved the pools and the beach. Great place for kids as they have a kiddie pool and a kids play area. It is nice place to come and relax! The food is slow but they have a lot of different selections.

Sea Prince Conference Center and Resort
Reviewed By b0daweiI enjoyed my stay at the Sea Prince Conference Center and Resort in Huizhou, Guangdong. I guess that must be the English name for it. When I first got to my room, I wasn't happy because the fridge wasn't working and I was responsible to bring the drinks for a family barbecue, so I needed a fridge. A quick call to the front desk and staff was there shortly after to move me to an even bigger room, and even moved the luggage for me. haha, I had a lot of luggage. The hotel had all the amenities of a 5 star hotel (you know, like a phone by the toilet, etc.), but just not as polished as a big modern hotel. For example there were no carpets anywhere, but it is a beach hotel so I was just fine with that. Beach sandals were in the room waiting for me. A hair dryer in every room. Some hotels, even nicer ones in China don't provide coffee in the room but this hotel does (thankfully.) A nice outdoor pool, but it opened a little late for me (8:30 a.m.) I am a morning person and would have loved to go in earlier. Instead I headed for the private beach, just a few feet away. The water was quite salty, but the hotel can't control that. The breakfast buffet was not the most delicious but it was a nice spread with plenty to choose from. Selection similar to what you would expect in a five star place. The beds were comfortable, the rooms quiet and private. I had a nice balcony with a sea view. I have a bit of a story that goes with my visit to this hotel. Here in China, every hotel is supposed to collect or take copies of your passport. Unfortunately for my, I forgot my passport for this trip. Other hotels have given me a really hard time about this in the past. This hotel is less intrusive. My girlfriend checked in with her i.d. card, got two room keys and we were good to go. That kind of sums up my review, pretty much a hassle free hotel, which I like. Don't tell the hotel, but we ended up having the barbecue on the balcony of one of the family members, and we got zero hassle. I don't recommend having a barbecue on the balcony, but I was outvoted. Traffic getting to this hotel is hellish, but it is a resort town, so you have to expect that. Especially on nice days when everyone wants to go to the beach. But if you are in the Huizhou area, want to enjoy a nice private beach and will stay overnight, this is a good hotel. Reasonably priced.
